step e, tax staff select the type of the claimed tax disc according to the display on the display screen (3);
step f, the tax office scans the two-dimension code again to finish the payment of the tax disc, and after the payment operation is finished, the payment information is sent to a background server;
step g, the server sends the paid information to a self-service selling and issuing system of the tax control equipment, and after the self-service selling and issuing system of the tax control equipment receives the information sent by the server, the tax disc cabinet (14) is controlled to output a corresponding tax disc;
step h, tax staff takes away the tax disc to finish self-service declaration of the tax disc;
step i, the tax handling personnel selects whether to issue the tax disc or not, if the tax handling personnel does not need to issue the tax disc, the tax handling personnel only finishes the application of the tax disc, the process is finished, and if the tax disc needs to be issued, the step j and the subsequent steps are executed;
