Specifically, each sealing plate 12 is slidable along the sealing plate 12 to which it is connected, thereby achieving relative sliding of the plurality of sealing plates 12.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1,2 and 9, the number of the sealing plates 12 is two, namely a first sealing plate 12a and a second sealing plate 12b, respectively, and the widths of the first sealing plate 12a and the second sealing plate 12b are the same; the number of the connection plates 14 is one, and the connection plates 14 connect the first and second sealing plates 12a and 12b, respectively. Of course, the number of the sealing plates 12 can be three, and the number of the connecting plates 14 can be two; or the number of sealing plates 12 is four, the number of connecting plates 14 is three, etc.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 14 and 15, each sealing plate 12 includes a plate body 122 and two bending portions 124, the two bending portions 124 being located on the same side of the plate body 122. Further, the thickness L1 of the plate 122 and the extension length L2 of the bending portion 124 along the thickness direction of the plate 122 satisfy 12mm < L1+L2 < 30mm.
In this embodiment, each sealing plate 12 is defined to include a plate body 122 and two bending portions 124 located on the same side of the plate body 122, and since the bending portions 124 extend at least partially along the thickness direction of the plate body 122, the extending length of the sealing plate 12 in the thickness direction of the plate body 122 is increased, so that the area of the outer side surface of the sealing plate 12 extending along the sliding direction is advantageously increased, and thus the sealing plate 12 is advantageously tightly fitted to a window; in addition, the provision of two bends 124 is also beneficial for increasing the structural strength of the seal plate 12. Further, the thickness L1 of the plate body 122 and the extension length L2 of the bending portion 124 along the thickness direction of the plate body 122 satisfy that 12mm is less than or equal to l1+l2 is less than or equal to 30mm, that is, the dimension of the whole sealing plate 12 in the thickness direction of the plate body 122 ranges from 12mm to 30mm, which can be 1.5 times to 2.5 times of the relevant dimension of the sealing plate 12 in the related art, so that the compressive capacity of the sealing plate assembly 1 can be remarkably improved, the stress capacity of the sealing plate assembly 1 in the direction perpendicular to the plate body 122 can be enhanced, the mechanical strength of the sealing plate assembly 1 can be further improved, and the sealing plate assembly can be better attached to a window.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the thickness L1 of the plate 122 and the extension length L2 of the bent portion 124 in the thickness direction of the plate 122 satisfy 15 mm. Ltoreq.L1+L2. Ltoreq.20 mm.
In this embodiment, the thickness L1 of the plate body 122 and the extension length L2 of the bending portion 124 along the thickness direction of the plate body 122 are specifically limited, and 15mm is less than or equal to l1+l2 is less than or equal to 20mm, that is, the extension length of the whole sealing plate 12 in the thickness direction of the plate body 122 is between 15mm and 20mm, so that the mechanical strength of the sealing plate assembly 1 can be improved, and meanwhile, the sealing plate assembly 1 can be ensured to have a sufficient bonding surface to be bonded with a window, so that the sealing plate assembly 1 is not excessively heavy due to the excessively large extension length in the thickness direction, and the structural strength is not influenced due to the excessively small extension length in the thickness direction of the sealing plate assembly 1. Specifically, the sum of the thickness L1 of the plate body 122 and the extension length L2 of the bent portion 124 in the thickness direction of the plate body 122 may be 18mm or 20mm.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in any two adjacent sealing plates 12, the sum of the thickness L1 of the plate body 122 of each sealing plate 12 and the extension length L2 of the bent portion 124 in the thickness direction of the plate body 122 is different.
In this embodiment, the sum of the thickness L1 of the plate body 122 of any two adjacent sealing plates 12 and the extension length L2 of the bending portion 124 along the thickness direction of the plate body 122 may be set to be different, so that after the sealing plate assembly 1 is assembled together, in the case that two adjacent sealing plates 12 are partially stacked together, one sealing plate 12 may extend to the other sealing plate 12 beyond the connecting plate 14, which is beneficial to reducing the gap between the outer side surfaces of the two adjacent sealing plates 12 extending along the sliding direction, and also beneficial to wrapping the connecting plate 14, thereby being beneficial to improving the tightness of the sealing plate assembly 1. Of course, the sum of the thickness L1 of the plate body 122 of each of the adjacent two seal plates 12 and the extension length L2 of the bent portion 124 in the thickness direction of the plate body 122 may also be set to be the same.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 13, each of the connection plates 14 is provided at both ends in the width direction thereof with a first slide groove 144 and a second slide groove 146; with the two seal plates 12 adjacent to the connection plate 14 inserted in the first slide groove 144 and the second slide groove 146, respectively, the outer side surfaces of the plurality of seal plates 12 extending in the sliding direction are flush.
In this embodiment, by providing the first sliding groove 144 and the second sliding groove 146 at two ends of the connecting plate 14 in the width direction, on one hand, two sealing plates 12 adjacent to the connecting plate 14 can slide along the first sliding groove 144 and the second sliding groove 146 respectively, so as to ensure connection stability and sliding stability of the sealing plates 12 and the connecting plate 14; on the other hand, in the case that two sealing plates 12 adjacent to the connecting plate 14 are respectively inserted into the first sliding groove 144 and the second sliding groove 146, the outer side surfaces of the plurality of sealing plates 12 extending along the sliding direction are flush, that is, the outer side surfaces of the plurality of sealing plates 12 extending along the sliding direction are flush through the limiting of the first sliding groove 144 and the second sliding groove 146, so that the sealing plate assembly 1 is tightly attached to a window, and the sealing performance of the sealing plate assembly 1 is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 11 and 12, each of the connection plates 14 is provided at both ends in the width direction thereof with a burring structure 142, and a first slide groove 144 and a second slide groove 146 are provided on the burring structure 142. By arranging the first sliding groove 144 and the second sliding groove 146 on the flanging structure 142, the extending length of the connecting plate 14 in the thickness direction is increased due to the flanging structure 142, and then by inserting two adjacent sealing plates 12 into the first sliding groove 144 and the second sliding groove 146 respectively, the extending length of the whole sealing plate assembly 1 in the thickness direction is improved, and the mechanical strength of the sealing plate assembly 1 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 14, the opening of the first chute 144 is toward the widthwise center of the connection plate 14 or away from the widthwise center of the connection plate 14; the opening of the second chute 146 is directed toward the widthwise center of the web 14 or away from the widthwise center of the web 14.
In this embodiment, by setting the opening of the first sliding groove 144 toward the center in the width direction of the connection plate 14 or away from the center in the width direction of the connection plate 14, the sealing plate 12 inserted in the first sliding groove 144 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the connection plate 14, and the connection strength between the sealing plate 12 and the connection plate 14 can be improved. Particularly in the case where the opening of the first slide groove 144 is directed away from the widthwise center of the connection plate 14, the sealing plate 12 may be installed in the first slide groove 144 in the widthwise direction, thereby facilitating the outer side of the sealing plate assembly 1 extending in the sliding direction to be flush after the sealing plate 12 is mounted on the connection plate 14. Similarly, by setting the opening of the second sliding groove 146 toward the center of the width direction of the connection plate 14 or away from the center of the width direction of the connection plate 14, the sealing plate 12 inserted in the second sliding groove 146 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the connection plate 14, and the connection strength between the sealing plate 12 and the connection plate 14 is improved. Particularly in the case where the opening of the second runner 146 is away from the widthwise center of the connection plate 14, the sealing plate 12 may be installed in the second runner 146 in the widthwise direction, which is advantageous in that the outer side surface of the sealing plate assembly 1 extending in the sliding direction is flush after the sealing plate 12 is mounted on the connection plate 14.
In some embodiments of the present invention, where a plurality of seal plates 12 are assembled with at least one connection plate 14, each connection plate 14 is sandwiched between any adjacent two seal plates 12. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, 8, 11 and 17, the connection plate 14 is sandwiched between the first sealing plate 12a and the second sealing plate 12 b.
By setting the plurality of seal plates 12 to be assembled with at least one of the connection plates 14, each of the connection plates 14 is sandwiched between any adjacent two of the seal plates 12, and the overall extension length of the seal plate assembly 1 in the thickness direction is increased, which is advantageous in improving the sealability and mechanical strength of the seal plate assembly 1, as compared with the case where the connection plates 14 are located on the same side of the two seal plates 12 to which they are connected.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, 14 and 15, in either one of the connection plates 14 and the two sealing plates 12 adjacent thereto, a portion of one sealing plate 12 beyond the connection plate 14 in the width direction thereof is provided with a guide groove 126, and a portion of the other sealing plate 12 beyond the connection plate 14 in the width direction thereof is provided with a guide projection 128, the guide projection 128 being engaged with the guide groove 126.
In this embodiment, the two sealing plates 12 adjacent to any one of the connecting plates 14 are grouped together, and in one group, the guide groove 126 is provided by setting a portion of one of the sealing plates 12 that exceeds the connecting plate 14 in the width direction, and the guide projection 128 is provided by setting a portion of the other sealing plate 12 that exceeds the connecting plate 14 in the width direction, so that the guide projection 128 can be inserted into the guide groove 126 when the connecting plate 14 and the sealing plate 12 are assembled together. On the one hand, because the two adjacent sealing plates 12 are connected with each other through the guide groove 126 and the guide protrusion 128, the connection strength and the sliding stability between the two sealing plates are improved; on the other hand, the sealing plates 12 are tightly adhered, the gap between the outer side surfaces of two adjacent sealing plates 12 in the thickness direction is reduced, and the sealing performance of the sealing plate assembly 1 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 11, at least one bending portion 124 of each of the two adjacent sealing plates 12 at both ends in the width direction thereof at least partially covers the connection plate 14.
In this embodiment, the bent portions 124 of at least one sealing plate 12 at both ends in the width direction thereof are set in any adjacent two sealing plates 12 to at least partially wrap the connection plate 14. It may be that the bending portion 124 of one of the sealing plates 12 extends completely to the sealing plate 12 at the other side of the connection plate 14, and the bending portion 124 completely wraps the connection plate 14 in the thickness direction of the connection plate 14; the two bending portions 124 of the two sealing plates 12 located at two sides of the connecting plate 14 may extend along the thickness direction of the connecting plate 14 and butt against each other in the thickness direction of the connecting plate 14, and the two bending portions 124 are matched with each other in the thickness direction of the connecting plate 14 to completely include the connecting plate 14. On one hand, the area of the outer side surface of the sealing plate 12 extending along the sliding direction is increased, and the contact area of the sealing plate 12 and a window is increased, so that the sealing performance of the sealing plate 12 is improved; on the other hand, the connecting plate 14 is completely wrapped, the connecting plate 14 is contained between two adjacent sealing plates 12, the two sealing plates 12 are effectively attached, and the sealing performance of the sealing plates 12 is further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, a guide groove 126 or a guide projection 128 is provided on the bent portion 124.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7,8, 16 and 17, the seal plate assembly 1 further includes: the fixing portion 16 fixes the relative position between any adjacent sealing plate 12 and the connecting plate 14 by the fixing portion 16.
In this embodiment, the seal plate assembly 1 further includes a fixing portion 16, and the fixing portion 16 is set to fix the relative position between any adjacent seal plate 12 and the connection plate 14, thereby ensuring that the seal plate assembly 1 can be effectively attached to the window.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1,3,4, 9, 11 and 13, the number of the fixing portions 16 is two, namely a first fixing portion 16a and a second fixing portion 16b, respectively, each fixing portion 16 includes a butterfly nut 162, a slider 164 and a threaded rod 166, and any two adjacent sealing plates 12, one of which is a first sealing plate 12a and the other of which is a second sealing plate 12b; one end of a threaded rod 166 of the first fixing portion 16a passes through the first sealing plate 12a to be connected with the butterfly nut 162, and the other end of the threaded rod 166 is connected with a sliding block 164 positioned in a sliding rail of the connecting plate 14; one end of a threaded rod 166 of the second fixing portion 16b passes through the connecting plate 14 to be connected with the butterfly nut 162, and the other end of the threaded rod 166 is connected with a slider 164 located in a slide rail of the second sealing plate 12 b.
By setting each of the fixing portions 16 to include a butterfly nut 162, a slider 164, and a threaded rod 166. The butterfly nut 162 has the advantages of labor saving in screwing, attractive appearance and the like. Specifically, one connection plate 14 and two adjacent sealing plates 12 are set as a group, one sealing plate 12 in the group is set as a first sealing plate 12a, and the other sealing plate 12 is set as a second sealing plate 12b. One end of a threaded rod 166 of the first fixing portion 16a penetrates through the first sealing plate 12a to be connected with the butterfly nut 162, the other end of the threaded rod 166 is connected with a sliding block 164 located in a sliding rail of the connecting plate 14, on one hand, the sliding block 164 can slide in the sliding rail, so that the threaded rod 166 connected with the sliding block 164 drives the first sealing plate 12a to slide relatively with the connecting plate 14 where the sliding rail is located, the relative position of the first sealing plate 12a and the connecting plate 14 can be conveniently adjusted, on the other hand, the butterfly nut 162 can rotate on the threaded rod 166 until the butterfly nut 162 is located at the shortest distance from the sliding block 164, at the moment, the sliding block 164 abuts against the wall surface of the sliding rail to clamp the connecting plate 14 and the first sealing plate 12a, and the fixing of the relative position between the first sealing plate 12a and the connecting plate 14 is achieved. In addition, one end of the threaded rod 166 of the second fixing portion 16b passes through the connecting plate 14 to be connected with the butterfly nut 162, the other end of the threaded rod 166 is connected with the slide block 164 located in the slide rail of the second sealing plate 12b, on one hand, the slide block 164 can slide in the slide rail, so that the threaded rod 166 connected with the slide block 164 drives the connecting plate 14 to slide relatively with the second sealing plate 12b where the slide rail is located, the relative position between the second sealing plate 12b and the connecting plate 14 is convenient to adjust, on the other hand, the butterfly nut 162 can rotate on the threaded rod 166 until the butterfly nut 162 is at the shortest distance from the slide block 164, and at this time, the slide block 164 abuts against the wall surface of the slide rail to clamp the connecting plate 14 and the second sealing plate 12b, so that the fixing of the relative position between the second sealing plate 12b and the connecting plate 14 is realized.
Preferably, a plurality of butterfly nuts 162 are located on the indoor facing side of the connection plate 14 to facilitate the installation of the seal plate assembly 1 on a window using tightening of the butterfly nuts 162. Preferably, threaded shaft 166 is a flat head screw to improve assembly safety. Of course, the threaded shaft 166 may be a pointed screw.
In some embodiments of the present invention, at least one seal plate 12 of the plurality of seal plates 12 is a light transmissive seal plate; and/or at least one of the connection plates 14 is a light-transmitting connection plate.
In this embodiment, by setting at least one sealing plate 12 of the plurality of sealing plates 12 to be a light-transmitting sealing plate and/or at least one connecting plate 14 to be a light-transmitting connecting plate, it is advantageous to improve the light-transmitting effect of the sealing plate assembly 1 as a whole, to improve indoor luminance, and to increase indoor brightness.
Hereinafter, a seal plate assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
The seal plate assembly 1 includes a first seal plate 12a, a second seal plate 12b, and a connection plate 14, the connection plate 14 connecting the first seal plate 12a and the second seal plate 12b, respectively, the first seal plate 12a and the second seal plate 12b being the same in width. The first sealing plate 12a is installed to face the indoor side, and the second sealing plate 12b is installed to face the outdoor side. The first fixing parts 16a are respectively arranged between the first sealing plate 12a and the connecting plate 14 and between the second sealing plate 12b and the connecting plate 14, the first fixing parts 16a comprise butterfly clip type rotating parts containing nuts, namely butterfly nuts 162 and threaded rods 166, one ends of the threaded rods 166 are provided with sliding blocks 164 serving as base parts, the butterfly nuts 162 are used for being rotationally fixed with the threaded rods 166, and the butterfly nuts 162 are butterfly clip type parts manually held by hands, so that the butterfly clip type rotating parts have the advantages of labor saving in screwing, attractive appearance and the like; the slide block 164 is fixed with the sealing plate 12 by pressing the butterfly nut 162, so that the relative position between the sealing plate 12 and the connecting plate 14 is fixed. Threaded rod 166 may be flat-ended or pointed, with flat-ended screws being optional for safety reasons.
The width of the first sealing plate 12a is 165.8mm, the width of the second sealing plate 12b is 165.8mm, the widths of the first sealing plate 12a and the second sealing plate 12b are consistent, and the first sealing plate 12a and the second sealing plate 12b are combined together through the flanging sliding grooves of the connecting plates 14, so that after the sealing plate 12 is attached to a window, no gaps are left and right, and the sealing performance of the sealing plate 12 and the window is further enhanced.
The sum of the thickness L1 of the plate body 122 of the first sealing plate 12a and the extension length L2 of the bending portion 124 along the thickness direction of the plate body 122 is 19.6mm, the sum of the thickness L1 of the plate body 122 of the second sealing plate 12b and the extension length L2 of the bending portion 124 along the thickness direction of the plate body 122 is 17mm, and the size of the sum is far greater than the relevant size of the relevant sealing plate 12 and is not less than the width of the window frame in most families, so that the cladding of the sealing plate 12 and the window can be well realized, and the sealing performance of the sealing plate 12 is improved.
The length of the first sealing plate 12a is 420mm, the length of the second sealing plate 12b is 500mm, the length of the connecting plate 14 is 250mm, the theoretical addition length of the three plates is 1170mm, the length requirement of the sealing plate assembly 1 is met, and the applicability of the sealing plate assembly 1 is improved.
As shown in fig. 9 to 17, in another embodiment of the present invention, the width of the first sealing plate 12a is 165mm, the width of the second sealing plate 12b is 165mm, and since the heights of the sealing plates 12 are the same, no gap can be formed between the sealing plates 12 and the window.
The second sealing plate 12b is located the outdoor side, and first closing plate 12a is located the indoor side, and when three boards were in the overlap state, the part that first closing plate 12a exceeded connecting plate 14 was equipped with the direction protrusion 128 towards one side of second closing plate 12b, is equipped with the guide slot 126 of this direction protrusion 128 of adaptation on the second closing plate 12b, so, the cooperation at the part accessible direction protrusion 128 that first closing plate 12a and second closing plate 12b crossed and guide slot 126 effectively realizes laminating between each closing plate 12, and then improves the structural strength of closing plate assembly 1.
An embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides a mounting accessory for a mobile air conditioner, including: the seal plate assembly 1 according to any one of the above embodiments.
The mounting accessory of the mobile air conditioner provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of any one of the embodiments due to the sealing plate assembly 1 of any one of the embodiments, and is not described in detail herein.
An embodiment of a third aspect of the present invention provides a mobile air conditioner, including: a mounting accessory comprising a seal plate assembly 1 as in any of the above embodiments.
The mobile air conditioner provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of any one of the embodiments because the mobile air conditioner is provided with the installation accessory comprising the sealing plate assembly 1 of any one of the embodiments, and the description is omitted herein.
Further, the mounting accessory further comprises a ventilation pipe, one end of the ventilation pipe is connected with the machine body of the mobile air conditioner, and the other end of the ventilation pipe is connected with the mounting hole on the sealing plate assembly 1.
