A dust removal device for tunnel construction comprises a vehicle body (1), a water tank (2) and an injection pump (3), wherein the water tank (2) is mounted on the vehicle body (1), a placing cavity is formed in the water tank (2), and the input end of the injection pump (3) extends into the placing cavity from the top end of the water tank (2); the device is characterized by further comprising a front injection cylinder (4), a rear injection cylinder (5), a fixed support (6), a first motor (7), a connecting rod (8), a piston rod (9), a front support rod (10), a rear support rod (11), a front hinged rod (12) and a rear hinged rod (13), wherein the fixed support (6) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the water tank (2), a piston sleeve (14) is arranged at the top end of the fixed support (6), the bottom end of the piston rod (9) penetrates through the piston sleeve (14) from the top end of the piston sleeve (14) to the lower side of the piston sleeve (14), the first motor (7) is arranged at the top end of the water tank (2) and is positioned below the piston sleeve (14), a rotary table (15) is arranged at the left output end of the first motor (7), one end of the connecting rod (8) is hinged with the bottom end of the piston rod (9), the other end of the connecting rod (8) is rotatably connected with the eccentric position of the left end of the rotary, one end of the front support rod (10) is fixedly connected with the middle part of the rear end of the front injection cylinder (4), the other end of the front support rod (10) is hinged with the top end of the piston rod (9), one end of the rear support rod (11) is fixedly connected with the middle part of the front end of the rear injection cylinder (5), the other end of the rear support rod (11) is hinged with the top end of the piston rod (9), one ends of the front hinge rod (12) and the rear hinge rod (13) are respectively hinged with the top part of the front side and the top part of the rear side of the piston sleeve (14), the other ends of the front hinge rod (12) and the rear hinge rod (13) are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the front support rod (10) and the rear support rod (11), the output end of the injection pump (3) is provided with two groups of communication hoses (16), and the output ends of the two groups of communication hoses (16) are respectively communicated with the input ends of the front; still include box (17), spray pump (18), strutting arrangement, air exhauster (19) and suction hood (20), box (17) and strutting arrangement are all installed on automobile body (1) top to be provided with the working chamber in the inside of box (17), transversely be provided with filter screen (21) in the working chamber, a plurality of shower (22) are installed to the top of filter screen (21), and all communicate and be provided with multiunit shower head (23) in the bottom of a plurality of shower (22), the input and water tank (2) intercommunication of spray pump (18), the output of spray pump (18) stretches into to the working chamber and all communicates with multiunit shower (22) from box (17) left end top, suction hood (20) are installed in strutting arrangement's top, the input of air exhauster (19) and the output intercommunication of suction hood (20), the output of air exhauster (19) stretches into to the working chamber and be located the lower of filter screen (21) from the right-hand member of box (17) and stretch into to the working chamber An exhaust pipe (24) is arranged at the top end of the box body (17).

The dust removing device for tunnel construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting device comprises a supporting plate (25), two sets of threaded pipes (26) and two sets of threaded rods (27), the top end of the vehicle body (1) is provided with two sets of mounting grooves, ball bearings (28) are fixedly mounted in the two sets of mounting grooves, the bottom ends of the two sets of threaded pipes (26) are respectively inserted into the two sets of ball bearings (28), the top ends of the two sets of threaded rods (27) are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the supporting plate (25), and the bottom ends of the two sets of threaded rods (27) are respectively inserted into and screwed into the top ends of the two sets of threaded pipes (26).
