The method is mainly used for sealing the joint of the insulating blocks fixed at the top or the bottom of the cargo hold of the B-type containment system, effectively solves the problem of sealing failure of the joint of the insulating blocks of the independent bulkhead due to expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold, effectively prevents the insulating blocks from being extruded and ensures that the tightness of the joint is not damaged.
The following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
In a first embodiment, the method for sealing the joint of the insulating blocks of the B-type enclosure system specifically includes the following steps:
step 1: a plurality of first insulating blocks 2 with convex-shaped longitudinal sections are fixed at the target position of the bottom of a cargo compartment (a cargo compartment bulkhead 1) by bolts, so that a first gap 10 of 20-40 mm is formed between the lower sides of two adjacent first insulating blocks 2, and a second gap 11 is formed between the upper sides of two adjacent first insulating blocks.
The first gap between two adjacent first insulating blocks 2 can ensure that when the bulkhead deforms, the two opposite insulating blocks have enough buffer gap without mutual extrusion.
When the first insulating block 2 is installed, the deviation of the installation position and levelness of the first insulating block 2 from theoretical data is ensured not to exceed 1 mm.
Step 2: the first gap 10 is filled with a first thermal insulation buffer material 3, which can be glass wool or low-temperature sponge.
And step 3: a first aluminum foil 4 is arranged in the second gap 11, the first aluminum foil 4 is positioned above the first heat insulation buffer material 3 and completely covers the filling gap of the first heat insulation buffer material 3, and a strip-shaped diversion trench 12 is arranged in the center of the first aluminum foil 4. In the present embodiment, the width of the first aluminum foil 4 is equal to the width between the upper sides of two adjacent first insulating blocks, i.e., the width of the first aluminum foil 4 is equal to the width of the second gap 11.
And 4, step 4: a second insulating block 7 is placed on the first aluminum foil 4, the width of the second insulating block 7 being smaller than the width of the second aperture 11 and the height being smaller than the height of the upper part of the first insulating block 2. The shape of the end face of the second insulating block 7 in contact with the first aluminum foil 4 matches the shape of the first aluminum foil 4.
And 5: after the second insulating block 7 is placed, one side surface of the second insulating block is fixed with the first insulating block on one side through the adhesive 6, and at this time, a gap with the width of 20mm-40mm is reserved between the other side surface of the second insulating block and the first insulating block on the other side, and the gap is filled with the second heat-insulating buffer material 5. In this embodiment, the left side surface of the second insulating block and the left first insulating block are fixed, and a second thermal insulation buffer material 5 is filled between the right side surface and the right first insulating block, and the thermal insulation buffer material may also be glass wool or low-temperature sponge.
It should be noted here that the second insulating block 7 is only placed on the first aluminum foil 4, and is not fixed to the first aluminum foil 4 by an adhesive, because under the effect of thermal expansion and contraction of the bulkhead, compression or stretching occurs between two adjacent first insulating blocks, which may result in failure of the connection of the aluminum foil to the first insulating block 2 if the second insulating block 7 is fixed to the first aluminum foil 4.
Step 6: and arranging a sealing elastic material 8 on the surface of the second insulating block 7, and fixing two ends of the sealing elastic material 8 with the first insulating block 2 through an adhesive 6, wherein the sealing elastic material 8 can be made of rubber and plastic. After the rubber and plastic are fixed, the sum of the thicknesses of the first aluminum foil 4, the second insulating block 7 and the rubber and plastic 8 is equal to the thickness of the upper part of the first insulating block 2.
And 7: a second aluminum foil 9 is attached to the surface of the sealing elastic material 8 such that the second aluminum foil 9 completely covers the joint between the sealing elastic material 8 and the first insulating block 2.
In this embodiment, the adhesive 6 may be a glue resistant to a low temperature of-163 ℃. The thickness of the first aluminum foil 4 is 0.3mm-0.5mm, and the thickness of the sealing elastic material 8 is 47mm-53 mm.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the width of the first aluminum foil 4 fixed in the step 3 is greater than the width of the first gap 10 and less than the width of the second gap 11. At this time, when the first aluminum foil 4 is fixed, the guiding groove 12 in the center of the first aluminum foil 4 is located at the middle position of the first hollow 10. After the first aluminum foil 4 is fixed, the second insulating block 7 is fixed.
The second insulating block 7 has two fixing modes:
the first fixing mode is to bond the lower surfaces of the second insulating blocks 7 on the bosses of the left and right first insulating blocks, so that certain gaps are reserved between the two side surfaces of the second insulating blocks and the left and right first insulating blocks, and then the second heat-insulating buffer materials 5 are respectively filled between the two gaps.
The second fixing method is to bond the left side and the lower surface of the second insulating block 7 to the first insulating block on the left side (or bond the right side and the lower surface to the first insulating block on the right side), so that a certain gap is left between the right side and the first insulating block on the right side, and then fill the second thermal insulation buffer material 5 between the two gaps.
Other specific embodiments are substantially the same as the first embodiment, and are not described in detail herein.
In a third embodiment, the method for sealing the joint of the insulating blocks of the B-type enclosure system of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step 1: a plurality of first insulating blocks 2 with convex-shaped longitudinal sections are fixed at the target position of the top of the cargo compartment, so that a first gap 10 of 20-40 mm is formed between the lower sides of two adjacent first insulating blocks, and a second gap 11 is formed between the upper sides of two adjacent first insulating blocks.
Step 2: the first thermal insulation cushion material 3 is filled in the first space 10.
And step 3: a second insulating block 7 is placed on the first insulating and cushioning material 3, the width of the second insulating block 7 being greater than the width of the first gap 10 and less than the width of the second gap 11.
And 4, step 4: the second insulating block 7 and the first insulating block 2 are fixed by an adhesive 6, a gap of 20mm to 40mm in width is left between the second insulating block 7 and the first insulating block 2, and the gap is filled with a second heat insulating buffer material 5.
When the second insulating block 7 is fixed, one side surface of the second insulating block and the first insulating block on one side thereof can be bonded and fixed, a gap with the width of 20mm-40mm is reserved between the other side surface of the second insulating block and the first insulating block on the other side, and the gap is filled with the second heat-insulating buffer material. Or the lower surface of the second insulating block and the first insulating blocks at two sides of the second insulating block can be bonded and fixed, so that certain gaps are reserved between the two sides of the second insulating block and the adjacent first insulating blocks, and the two gaps are filled with second heat-insulating buffer materials.
And 5: a sealing elastic material 8 is provided on the surface of the second insulating block 7 and both ends thereof are fixed to the first insulating block 2 by an adhesive 6.
Step 6: an aluminum foil is attached to the surface of the sealing elastic material 8 such that the aluminum foil completely covers the joint between the sealing elastic material and the first insulating block.
In this embodiment, the sum of the thicknesses of the second insulating block and the sealing elastic material is equal to the thickness of the upper portion of the first insulating block, the first heat insulation buffer material and the second heat insulation buffer material can both be made of glass wool or low-temperature sponge, the sealing elastic material can be made of rubber and plastic, and the thickness of the sealing elastic material is 47mm-53 mm. The adhesive can adopt glue which can resist the low temperature of-163 ℃.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention and not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that; modifications to the specific embodiments of the invention or equivalent substitutions for parts of the technical features may be made; without departing from the spirit of the present invention, it is intended to cover all aspects of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
