背景技术
现有技术中常用epe、eva、ixpe、xpe、橡胶发泡材料等作为发泡材料,此类产品具有保温隔热作用,但是导热性能差,在很多应用领域受到了局限,并且能耗高。
CN101974208A(2011-2-16)公开了一种高导热树脂组合物及使用其制作的高导热覆金属箔板,然而该材料的散热性仍有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的状况,克服上述缺陷,提供一种防水减震发泡复合材料。
本发明采用以下技术方案,所述一种防水减震发泡复合材料,它是通过以下步骤制成;
S1:初混物的获取,按重量份将6-12份导热材料加入35-95份密度为0.900~0.915克/立方厘米的低密度聚乙烯、密度为0.918~0.935克/立方厘米的线性低密度聚乙烯或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中的一种或多种混合均匀获得初混物;
S2:通过原料工混改性塑化挤出造粒,向所述初混物中按重量份添加2-8份阻燃剂、6-10份软化增塑剂、3-7份增韧剂、1-4份偶联剂和0.6-1.2份抗氧剂共混改性塑化,挤出造粒获得第一粒子;所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂或铝钛复合偶联剂;所述抗氧剂为按重量比3-4:6-7混合而成的酚类主抗氧剂1010和辅助抗氧剂168的混合物;
S3:再混发泡:按重量份将15-25份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或偶氮化合物中的一种或两种与所述第一粒子以及30-70份密度为0.900~0.915克/立方厘米的低密度聚乙烯、密度为0.940~0.978克/立方厘米的高密度聚乙烯、密度为0.918~0.935克/立方厘米的线性低密度聚乙烯或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中的一种或多种在温度为180-200℃下混合成型后,对型材进行电子辐照交联改性,辐照剂量为20-40KGy,辐照交联后放置24-30h,然后在温度为220-245℃下加热5-10min后挤出发泡;
S4:复合:通过胶水在所述发泡材料上依次按顺序复合半开孔发泡材料层和防潮膜层形成高散热防水减震材料;所述半开孔发泡材料层为半开孔EPDM发泡海绵层、半开孔PVC发泡材料层或聚乙烯改性材料层。

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防水减震发泡复合材料,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯改性隔音材料的制备方法依次包括以下步骤:
原料准备:聚乙烯30-75份、锌氧粉10-40份、氧化镁8-25份、玻璃纤维10-15份、过氧化二异苯丙交联剂0.8-1.5份、硬脂酸活性润滑剂1-2份;
初混:将所述交联剂、锌氧粉、氧化镁和玻璃纤维混合,获得初混反应物;
全混:将所述初混反应物与所述聚乙烯和润滑剂混合获得全混混合物;
密炼成型:将所述全混混合物在温度为160-180℃、压力为40-50MPa下密炼成型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水减震发泡复合材料,其特征在于,所述软化增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化石蜡或环烷油中的一种或多种。
