Abstract
The invention provides a built-in air pump cutting machine with a condensing device, which comprises: the built-in air pump is used for providing compressed air; the condensing device is connected with the built-in air pump and used for condensing and dewatering the compressed air; and the cutting gun is connected with the condensing device. The cutting machine with the built-in air pump provided by the invention is provided with the condensing device, so that the service life of the equipment can be prolonged, the working effect of the equipment can be improved, the production efficiency can be improved, and convenience is provided for producers.

the built-in air pump is used for providing compressed air;
the condensing device is connected with the built-in air pump and used for condensing and dewatering the compressed air;
the cutting gun is connected with the condensing device.
In this embodiment, the condensing means includes:
one end of the metal tube is connected with the built-in gas pump to obtain compressed gas;
the cooler can adopt a fan and is arranged outside the metal pipe to cool the metal pipe so as to condense moisture in the compressed gas;
and the oil-water separator is connected with the other end of the metal pipe and used for discharging condensed water and outputting compressed gas to a cutting gun of the air pump cutting machine.
In this embodiment, the cooler adopts the fan, and the tubular metal resonator is copper, aluminum pipe, and has a spiral part or a flexion, and the fan carries out the forced air cooling to spiral part or flexion to promote the cooling effect.

When the cutting machine starts to work, the built-in air pump starts to work to generate compressed air, and the temperature of the air is higher at the moment because the air is compressed. The exhaust port of the built-in air pump is connected to the copper pipe, compressed air enters the copper pipe at the moment, the fan is arranged outside the copper pipe, when the cutting machine works, the fan starts to rotate, and the temperature of the compressed air in the copper pipe is cooled through air cooling. The compressed air passing through the condensing device generates condensed water due to cooling, at the moment, the compressed air enters the oil-water separator, and the condensed water is discharged out of the cutting machine through the oil-water separator. The compressed air after cooling and dewatering has reached the applicable condition of the cutting gun, and the compressed air enters the cutting gun through the air pipe.
