Figures 1-18 schematically illustrate one embodiment of a bench press ridge physiotherapy couch.
As shown in fig. 1 to 18, the ridge-trimming physiotherapy bed comprises a bed body 1, a bottom frame 2, an electric lifting column 3, a first pressing device 4, a second pressing device 5 and a third pressing device 6. The bed body 1 is arranged above the underframe 2. The bed 1 of the present embodiment includes a first fixing frame 16, a head bed 11, a shoulder bed 12, a waist bed 13, a leg bed 14, and a foot bed 15, which are sequentially installed above the first fixing frame 16 from the beginning to the end. The first fixing frame 16 is connected with the underframe 2 through the electric lifting upright post 3. The electric lifting upright post 3 is electrically connected with the electric control system and is used for controlling the lifting of the whole bed body 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the first pressing device 4 of the present embodiment is mounted on the first fixing frame 16 and located below the tail portion of the shoulder bed 12 and the head portion of the lumbar bed 13, and the first pressing device 4 is used for implementing pressing at the tail portion of the shoulder bed 12 and the head portion of the lumbar bed 13. The second pressing device 5 is mounted on the first fixing frame 16 and located below the shoulder bed 12, and the second pressing device 5 is used for realizing pressing of the head position of the shoulder bed 12. The third pressing device 6 is installed below the head bed 11, and the third pressing device 6 is used for realizing the pressing of the head bed 11.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the first pressing device 4 of the present embodiment includes a first connection plate 41, a first control mechanism 42, a pressing position switching mechanism 43, a first pressing mechanism 44, and a first pressure adjusting mechanism 45. The first control mechanism 42 and the first pressing mechanism 44 are both mounted on the first connection plate 41, the pressing position switching mechanism 43 is mounted on the first pressing mechanism 44, and the first pressure adjusting mechanism 45 is mounted on the first pressing mechanism 44.
The first pressing mechanism 44 of the present embodiment includes a first connection block 441, a first support column 442, a first spring 443, and a first steel ball 444. The first connecting block 441 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the first supporting column 442 and fixedly mounted on the first connecting plate 41 by screws. As shown in fig. 4, an arc-shaped first limiting groove 4421 is formed on the right side wall of the first support column 442, and a first steel ball 444 and a first spring 443 are mounted on the first connecting block 441. The right end of the first steel ball 444 abuts against the first spring 443, and the left end of the first steel ball is clamped into the first limiting groove 4421 and is matched with the first limiting groove 4421. The first control mechanism 42 cooperates with the lower end of the first support column 442 for triggering upward movement of the first support column 442. The pressing position switching mechanism 43 is disposed at an upper end of the first supporting column 442 for selecting different pressing positions.
The cogging position switching mechanism 43 of the present embodiment includes a turntable 431, a second connection block 432, a second steel ball 433, and a second spring 434. The second connection block 432 is fixedly connected with the first connection block 441 by bolts and is located above the first connection block 441. The turntable 431 is disposed above the second connection block 432, and the upper end of the first support column 442 sequentially passes through the first connection block 441 and the second connection block 432 to be connected with the turntable 431. The middle part of the turntable 431 in this embodiment is a disc, and the two ends of the turntable 431 are provided with handles, and the middle part of the turntable 431 is fixedly sleeved on the upper end part of the first support column 442. As shown in fig. 3, the turntable 431 is provided with a plurality of first limiting holes 4311. In the present embodiment, three first limiting holes 4311 are provided, and the three first limiting holes 4311 are distributed in an arc shape identical to the rotational movement track of the turntable 431. A second spring 434 is vertically installed in the second connection block 432. The lower end of the second steel ball 433 is propped against the second spring 434, and the upper end is matched with the first limiting hole 4311. The rotary table 431 can rotate around the first support column 442, the first steel balls 444 and the first limiting holes 4311 can be matched to achieve clamping of the rotating positions, and the second steel balls 433 are clamped into different first limiting holes 4311 to rotate to different pressing positions corresponding to the rotary table 431. The three first limiting holes 4311 correspond to three pressing modes, and the rotating turntable 431 can select three different angles, and further select different pressing positions.
As shown in fig. 8, a second limiting hole 4312 is formed on the turntable 431, and the second limiting hole 4312 corresponds to the first limiting hole 4311. The second limiting hole 4312 is an arc slot and is symmetrical with the first limiting hole 4311 with the center of the disc. The upper end of the second connection block 432 is fixedly provided with a first limiting member 4321, and the first limiting member 4321 is a bolt. The first limiting member 4321 is slidably engaged with the second limiting hole 4312. The cooperation of the first limiting member 4321 and the second limiting hole 4312 can limit the rotation position of the turntable 431, so as to avoid exceeding the travel range during rotation.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the first control mechanisms 42 of the present embodiment are two, and the two first control mechanisms 42 have the same structure and are arranged symmetrically about the central axis of the first connection plate 41. Each first control mechanism 42 includes a third connection block 421, a first control 422, a second support post 423, a linkage rod 424, a tension spring 425, and a pin 426. The third connection block 421 is fixedly disposed at the lower end of the first connection block 441 by a screw. The link 424 is hinged to the first connection plate 41 by a pin 426. One end of the linkage rod 424 is sleeved at one end of the second support column 423, and the other end is located right below the first support column 442 and is matched with the first support column 442. One end of the tension spring 425 is hooked to the third connection block 421, and the other end is hooked to an end of the link lever 424. The first control member 422 is mounted on the second supporting column 423 and is in linkage fit with the second supporting column 423. The pin 426 is mounted to the link 424 and the distance between the pin 426 and the second support post 423 is greater than the distance between the pin 426 and the tension spring 425. The linkage rod 424 and the pin shaft 426 in this embodiment form a labor-saving lever structure, the pin shaft 426 serves as a lever fulcrum, and the linkage rod 424 can rotate around the pin shaft 426. The first control mechanism 42 of this embodiment adopts the labor-saving lever principle, so that the control is more labor-saving and the operation is convenient. By driving the first control member 422, one end of the second supporting column 423 and one end of the linkage rod 424 can be driven to move downwards together, and since the linkage rod 424 is hinged to the first fixing frame 16, the other end of the linkage rod 424 can move upwards to lift the first supporting column 442, so as to trigger the whole first pressing device 4, at this time, the pressing can be performed, and after the first supporting column 442 is lifted, the linkage rod 424 can be reset due to the action of the tension spring 425.
The first control member 422 of the present embodiment includes a foot first control member 422 and a handle first control member 422. The first pedal control member 422 is a foot pedal and is disposed at the bottom end of the second supporting column 423 and is in linkage fit with the second supporting column 423. The handle first control piece 422 is a foldable handle, and the handle is connected with the second supporting column 423 through a third steel ball and a third spring, so that the handle can be folded. The movement of the linkage rod 424 may be triggered by either depressing the trigger handle or stepping down on the foot pedal.
As shown in fig. 9, the first pressure adjustment mechanism 45 of the present embodiment includes a handle nut, a screw, and a hammer nut. The handle nut is sleeved at the right end of the screw rod, and the hammer nut is sleeved at the left end of the screw rod. The left end of the hammer nut abuts against the right end of the first spring 443. By tightening the handle nut, the hammer head nut can be pressed against the first spring 443, so that the first steel ball 444 can be pressed against the second supporting column 423 with larger force, and the force required during the pressing is larger; otherwise, if the handle nut is loosened, the pressing can be easier. The first pressure adjusting mechanism 45 can control the force of the first steel ball 444 acting on the supporting column, so that the adjustment of the degree of the cogging pressure is realized, and different requirements are met.
The first acupressure device 4 of the present embodiment operates on the following principle:
when the pressing is needed, the handle is pulled downwards or the pedal is stepped downwards to drive the second supporting column 423 to move downwards, one end of the linkage rod 424 moves downwards along with the downward movement, the linkage rod 424 is hinged to the first fixing frame 16, the other end of the linkage rod 424 moves upwards to push the first supporting column 442 upwards to drive the turntable 431 of the pressing position switching mechanism 43 to move upwards, at the moment, the first steel ball 444 always moves in the first limiting groove 4421, the first limiting groove 4421 moves upwards, the first steel ball 444 slides into the lower end of the first limiting groove 4421, and at the moment, the bed above the turntable 431 can be pressed; after the pressing, the bed body is pressed downwards to enable the first support column 442 to move downwards for resetting, and the first steel ball 444 is reset along with the first support column. By providing the pressing position switching mechanism 43, the pressing position can be selected before pressing, and the second steel balls 433 are clamped into different first limiting holes 4311 to rotate to different pressing positions corresponding to the turnplate 431. The three first limiting holes 4311 correspond to three pressing modes, and the rotating turntable 431 can select three different angles, and further select different pressing positions.
As shown in fig. 2, the lumbar bed 13 of the present embodiment is mounted on the first mount 16 obliquely upward from left to right, and the shoulder bed 12 is mounted on the first mount 16 obliquely upward from right to left.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, a plurality of circular third limiting holes 4313 are formed in the turntable 431. The number of the third limiting holes 4313 in the present embodiment is three, and the three third limiting holes 4313 are distributed on the turntable 431 in a triangular shape and are close to the edge of the turntable 431. The lower end of the tail part of the shoulder bed body 12 is fixedly provided with two second limiting parts 121. The lower end of the head of the waist bed body 13 is fixedly provided with a third limiting part 131, and the number of the third limiting parts 131 is two. The second stopper 121 and the third stopper 131 of the present embodiment are bolts. The two second limiting members 121 and the two third limiting members 131 form a quadrilateral, and the second limiting members 121 and the third limiting members 131 are matched with the third limiting holes 4313.
The bed body of each part of the massage bed of the embodiment corresponds to each part of the human body. The head bed 11 corresponds to the head and neck of a human body; the head of the shoulder bed 12 corresponds to the shoulder or chest of the human body; the tail part of the shoulder bed body 12 corresponds to the upper part of the waist of the human body; the head of the waist bed 13 corresponds to the lower waist of the human body; the tail of the waist bed body 13 corresponds to the buttocks of the human body; the leg bed 14 corresponds to the legs of a human body; the foot bed 15 corresponds to the foot of a human body.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, when the upper lumbar part of the patient needs to be pressed, the rotary table 431 is rotated to make the second steel balls 433 clamped into the rightmost first limiting holes 4311, at this time, the two third limiting members 131 correspond to the two third limiting holes 4313, the head part of the lumbar bed 13 cannot be pressed, the two second limiting members 121 correspond to the rotary table 431, at this time, the tail part of the shoulder bed 12 is pressed down, so that the second limiting members 121 press down the rotary table 431, and then the first supporting column 442 is pushed to move down to finish the pressing at the position.
When the lower lumbar region of the patient needs to be pressed, the rotary table 431 is rotated to enable the second steel balls 433 to be clamped into the leftmost first limiting holes 4311, at this time, the two second limiting pieces 121 correspond to the two third limiting holes 4313, the tail position of the shoulder bed 12 cannot be pressed, the two third limiting pieces 131 correspond to the rotary table 431, at this time, the third limiting pieces 131 can be pressed down on the rotary table 431 by pressing the head position of the lumbar bed 13, and the first support column 442 is pushed to move downwards to finish the pressing of the position.
When the upper lumbar part and the lower lumbar part of the patient need to be simultaneously pressed, the rotary table 431 is rotated to enable the second steel balls 433 to be clamped into the first limiting holes 4311 in the middle, at this time, the two third limiting pieces 131 and the two third limiting pieces 131 correspond to the rotary table 431, and simultaneously the head part of the lumbar bed 13 and the tail part of the shoulder bed 12 are pressed down, so that the second limiting pieces 121 and the third limiting pieces 131 can be simultaneously pressed down on the rotary table 431 together, and the first support column 442 is pushed to move downwards to finish the pressing at the position.
The first pressing device 4 of this embodiment can switch and select the pressing position, and a first pressing device 4 can be applicable to the pressing of two different positions, has simplified the structure greatly, reduces the assembly degree of difficulty, and the regulation control is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 10, the second pressing device 5 of the present embodiment includes a second connection plate 51, a second control mechanism 52, a second pressing mechanism 53, and a second pressure adjusting mechanism 54. The second connecting plate 51 is fixedly mounted on the first fixing frame 16, and the second control mechanism 52 and the second pressing mechanism 53 are mounted on the second connecting plate 51. The second pressing mechanism 53 includes a second connection block 432, a third support column 532, a third spring 533, and a third steel ball 534. The second connection block 432 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the third support column 532 and is fixedly mounted on the second connection plate 51. The third support post 532 is provided with a second limiting groove 5321, and a third steel ball 534 and a third spring 533 are mounted on the second connection block 432. One end of the third steel ball 534 is propped against the third spring 533, and the other end is matched with the second limiting groove 5321. The second control mechanism 52 is engaged with one end of the third support column 532 for triggering the third support column 532, and the other end of the third support column 532 is engaged with the head of the shoulder bed 12. The second control mechanism 52 of the present embodiment is identical in structure to the first control mechanism 42 of the first swage device 4. The third support column 532 can be pushed out upwards to prop against the bottom end of the shoulder bed body 12 by driving the second control mechanism 52, at this time, the third steel ball 534 moves in the second limiting groove 5321, the second limiting groove 5321 moves upwards, the third steel ball 534 slides into the lower end of the second limiting groove 5321, at this time, the head position of the shoulder bed body 12 can be subjected to the pressing, the shoulder bed body 12 is pressed downwards, the third support column 532 moves downwards to reset, and the third steel ball 534 also resets, namely the pressing of the shoulder position is completed. The head of the shoulder bed 12 corresponds to the shoulder of the human body, and the second pressing device 5 can realize the pressing of the shoulder.
The second pressure adjustment mechanism 54 of the present embodiment is identical in structure to the first pressure adjustment mechanism 45. By adjusting the second pressure adjusting mechanism 54, the force of the third steel ball 534 acting on the third support column 532 can be controlled, and further the adjustment of the shoulder position on-press force can be realized, so as to meet different requirements.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 11 to 13, the head bed 11 of the present embodiment includes a head soft body 111, a fixing plate 112, a second fixing frame 113, a third fixing frame 114, a first angle adjustment mechanism 115, a second angle adjustment mechanism 116, and a height adjustment mechanism 117. The height adjustment mechanism 117 includes a second control member 1171, a post 1172, and a fixed block 1173. The fixing block 1173 is sleeved on the periphery of the upright post 1172, and the left end of the fixing block is fixedly connected to the first fixing frame 16 through a screw. A second control member 1171 is mounted to the fixed block 1173 and mates with the post 1172. The second control member 1171 of this embodiment is a control handle, and one end of the second control member 1171 passes through the fixing block 1173 and abuts against the outer wall of the upright 1172. By unscrewing the second control member 1171, the post 1172 can be moved up and down in the fixed block 1173, thereby achieving height adjustment; conversely, tightening of second control member 1171 locks post 1172. The left end of the second mount 113 is hinged to the upper end of post 1172. The second fixing frame 113, the third fixing frame 114 and the fixing plate 112 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The left end of the third fixing frame 114 is hinged with the right end of the second fixing frame 113, and the two ends of the bottom of the fixing plate 112 are respectively hinged with the third fixing frame 114. The head software 111 is fixedly mounted above the fixing plate 112 by screws. The two ends of the first angle adjusting mechanism 115 are respectively hinged with the second fixing frame 113 and the upright post 1172, so as to adjust the angle of the whole head bed 11. The first angle adjustment mechanism 115 of the present embodiment may be an electric putter. The first angle adjusting mechanism 115 can be normally contracted through electric control, then the second fixing frame 113 is automatically or manually controlled to realize integral angle adjustment of the head, and meanwhile, the first angle adjusting mechanism 115 can be locked through electric control or manual control, so that locking of angles is completed.
The second angle adjusting mechanism 116 is mounted at the left end of the second fixing frame 113 and cooperates with the left end of the third fixing frame 114 to adjust the angle between the second fixing frame 113 and the third fixing frame 114. The second angle adjustment mechanism 116 of the present embodiment includes a third control member 1161, a support rod 1162, a support plate 1163, and a compression spring 1164. The pressure spring 1164 is installed at the left end of the second fixing frame 113, one end of the supporting plate 1163 is pressed on the pressure spring 1164, and the other end of the supporting plate 1163 is sleeved on the periphery of the supporting rod 1162. The supporting plate 1163 is provided with a circular fourth limiting hole 1163a, and the fourth limiting hole 1163a is matched with the supporting rod 1162. The third control member 1161 of this embodiment is a curved tubular handle, and one end of the third control member 1161 is fixedly connected to the support plate 1163, so as to control the support plate 1163 to compress or release the compression spring 1164. In a normal state, a certain angle is formed between a fourth limiting hole 1163a on the supporting plate 1163 and a straight line where the length direction of the supporting rod 1162 is located, the edge of the fourth limiting hole 1163a abuts against the outer wall of the supporting rod 1162, and the supporting rod 1162 is blocked by the fourth limiting hole 1163a and cannot move; when the angle adjustment is needed, the third control piece 1161 is pulled downwards, the third control piece 1161 can drive one end of the supporting plate 1163 to downwards compress the pressure spring 1164, the fourth limiting hole 1163a at the other end of the supporting plate 1163 can loosen the supporting rod 1162, the edge of the fourth limiting hole 1163a leaves the outer wall of the supporting rod 1162, at the moment, the supporting rod 1162 can freely stretch out and draw back along the fourth limiting hole 1163a, the angle adjustment between the second fixing frame 113 and the third fixing frame 114 is further completed, and after the angle adjustment is completed, the locking of the supporting rod 1162 can be completed only by loosening the third control piece 1161.
The head bed body 11 of the ridge physiotherapy couch is provided with three adjusting structures of the first angle adjusting mechanism 115, the second angle adjusting mechanism 116 and the height adjusting mechanism 117, so that different angle adjustments and height adjustments can be respectively carried out, the adjusting function is complete, and different treatment demands can be met.
As shown in fig. 13, the third acupressure apparatus 6 of the present embodiment is provided to a third fixing frame 114. The third pressing device 6 includes a third pressing mechanism 61, a third control mechanism 62, and a third pressure adjusting mechanism 63. The third pressing mechanism 61 and the third control mechanism 62 are mounted to the third mount 114. The third pressing mechanism 61 includes a fourth support column 611, a fourth spring 612, and a fourth steel ball 613. The fourth support column 611 may pass through the third fixing frame 114. The fourth supporting column 611 is provided with a third limiting groove 6111, and a fourth steel ball 613 and a fourth spring 612 are installed on the third fixing frame 114. One end of the fourth steel ball 613 is propped against the fourth spring 612, and the other end is matched with the third limit groove 6111. The third control mechanism 62 is engaged with one end of the fourth support column 611 for triggering the fourth support column 611. The other end of the fourth supporting column 611 is matched with the fixing plate 112 of the head bed 11. The third control mechanism 62 in this embodiment is a control handle, and one end of the handle passes through the third fixing frame 114 to be matched with the bottom end of the fourth supporting column 611. A groove is formed at the bottom end of the fourth supporting column 611, and a screw is fixedly disposed at one end of the third control mechanism 62, and abuts against the groove. Pulling the third control rod upwards and anticlockwise, the screw will push up against the groove, and then drive the fourth support column 611 to lift upwards. The fixing bar 1521 of the present embodiment is made of POM (polyoxymethylene). Therefore, the fixing strip 1521 made of polyoxymethylene has good lubricity, and the surface of the second guide pillar 154 is not scratched, so that the service lives of the fixing strip 1521 and the second guide pillar can be prolonged simultaneously.

in the initial state, the two ends of the limiting plate 155 are respectively located in the fourth limiting groove 1531 and the fifth limiting groove 1521a, due to the action of gravity, the adjusting member 153 moves downward, the limiting screw 156 abuts against the upper end of the sixth limiting groove 1532, the upper edge of the fourth limiting groove 1531 abuts against the left end of the limiting plate 155 and presses the limiting plate 155 downward, the right end of the limiting plate 155 abuts against the upper edge of the fifth limiting groove 1521a obliquely arranged on the fixing strip 1521 upward, the limiting plate 155 which is originally perpendicular to the length direction of the second guide pillar 154 rotates by a certain angle, the limiting plate 155 forms a certain angle with the straight line where the length direction of the second guide pillar 154 is located, the second guide pillar 154 is clamped and locked by the limiting plate 155, and at this time, the second guide pillar 154 and the foot software 151 cannot be lifted and adjusted. When the height of the foot software 151 needs to be adjusted, the adjusting member 153 is only lifted, so that the edge of the upper end of the fourth limiting groove 1531 is far away from the left end of the limiting piece 155, and at this time, the limiting piece 155 is restored to be perpendicular to the second guide post 154, and the second guide post 154 can move up and down. The foot bed body 15 of the embodiment can adjust the height of the foot soft body 151 only by lifting the adjusting piece 153, and can be locked by loosening the adjusting piece 153, so that the locking is completed by utilizing the gravity principle, and the locking structure is simple and convenient to adjust.
