Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a device for automatically uploading attachments and matching associations, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring an electronic part for customs declaration data; obtaining a sub-electronic part by cutting the electronic part, and naming the sub-electronic part according to a preset naming rule, wherein the sub-electronic part is used for representing the corresponding attribute of the customs declaration data; uploading the sub-electronic parts to a remote file server according to a preset time interval; creating a customs declaration form corresponding to the customs declaration data; and scanning the sub electronic parts uploaded to the remote file server at regular time, analyzing the names of the sub electronic parts through scanning, finding out a corresponding customs declaration form, matching the customs declaration form with an attachment column of the customs declaration form, and associating the sub electronic parts with the attachment column of the customs declaration form if matching is successful. The scheme disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of simplifying the customs declaration process, reducing the labor intensity of personnel, improving the efficiency and reducing the error rate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of file processing, in particular to a method and a device for automatically uploading attachments and matching associations.
Background
Customs declaration refers to the process of transacting procedures for goods, articles or vehicles to enter and exit from customs and relevant customs affairs when the goods are imported and exported. In the daily customs clearance business, a customs clearance system is required to input a file containing a large amount of information requested by a client by a customs clearance operator.
Currently, most customs clearance enterprises still adopt a traditional mode to upload customs clearance data, scanning acquired paper customs clearance files into pdfs, distributing the pdfs to corresponding responsible customs clearance personnel according to waybill numbers, dividing all the pdfs into independent pdfs by the customs clearance personnel through a pdf dividing tool, finally finding corresponding customs clearance accessories, and manually uploading different accessories according to types of the accessories to complete customs clearance reporting. The single pdf file needs to be manually copied to upload the attachment separately, which seriously affects the customs declaration efficiency under the condition of large amount of single file, and the manual attachment uploading mode is easy to upload errors, which may cause great influence and damage to enterprises and countries.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for automatically uploading accessories and matching and associating the accessories, which has the characteristics of simplifying a customs clearance process, reducing the labor force of personnel, improving the efficiency and reducing the error rate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: by acquiring customs clearance materials, automatically scanning and cutting the customs clearance materials, the obtained sub-electronic parts are automatically matched and associated with the created customs clearance sheet, the steps of manual participation in processing are greatly reduced, and the system can automatically match corresponding accessories only by simply presetting rules for file matching. The invention greatly simplifies the customs clearance process, so that customs clearance enterprises can upload a large number of accessories in a short time, the labor cost between accessory distribution is reduced, the customs clearance personnel only need to concentrate on the customs clearance information, and the error rate possibly caused by uploading the accessories manually is greatly reduced while the customs clearance efficiency is improved. In addition, a file matching algorithm is set in the system background, so that diversified accessory matching rules can be supported, and the matching speed and accuracy are improved.

Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for automatically uploading an accessory and matching an association disclosed in this embodiment is shown, where the method for automatically uploading an accessory and matching an association includes the following steps:
step S101, obtaining an electronic part of customs clearance data;
in this embodiment, the customs data may be sequentially subjected to image noise removal, enhancement, restoration, segmentation and feature attribute extraction processing to generate an electronic component conforming to a preset upload format, where the electronic component corresponds to the customs data and includes keywords, and the generated electronic component may be in a pdf format, a text format or a picture format; the name of the electronic part may be identical to the name of the customs declaration.

The information category number can be set according to different categories of information in the customs declaration data, and the categories of the information are as follows: item number, source order number, document item number, enterprise material number, record serial number, commodity name, commodity specification, country of production and sale, certificate code, declaration unit, declaration quantity and the like. For example, the scanned electronic part is named as 809809111222.pdf, and the electronic part is cut according to different categories of information and named as sub-electronic parts of 809809111222-00001.pdf, 809809111222-00002.pdf, 809809111222-00003.pdf, etc.
Step S103, uploading the sub-electronic parts to a remote file server according to a preset time interval; this time interval may be configurable, such as running an upload task once per minute.
Step S104, creating a customs declaration form, wherein the customs declaration form corresponds to customs declaration data;
in this embodiment, the customs declaration server creates a customs declaration form corresponding to the customs declaration data in the operation module, and the customs declaration form has different accessory fields for inserting accessories. The name of the customs declaration form can be consistent with the name of the customs declaration data, the customs declaration form corresponds to the customs declaration data, and the customs declaration form corresponding to the customs declaration data can be found by screening the names of the customs declaration form.

The file matching algorithm can be set in the system background, diversified accessory matching rules are supported, and matching speed and accuracy are improved.
In an optional embodiment, after step S105, the method further includes retrieving customs data, performing a check on the information of the customs data and the sub-electronic component associated with the corresponding customs declaration form attachment column, and outputting check information after the check is completed.
The introduced manual checking step can reduce the errors generated by the system to the maximum extent, such as customs information acquisition errors, electronic part cutting errors and sub-electronic part naming errors.
Compared with the existing customs declaration operation process, the embodiment has the following advantages:
1. the flow is simplified, and the steps of manual operation are reduced;
2. the file matching algorithm which can be set by the system background can support diversified accessory matching rules, and the matching speed and accuracy are improved;
3. the customs clearance enterprise can upload a large number of accessories in a short time, reduce the labor cost between accessory distribution and ensure that the customs clearance personnel only need to concentrate on the customs clearance information.
Referring to fig. 2, a second flowchart of the present embodiment discloses a method for automatically uploading an accessory and matching an association, which includes the following steps:
step S201, acquiring a file of a custom information pdf format, and storing the pdf in a to-be-processed directory;
step S202, cutting the pdf in the to-be-processed directory according to different plates to obtain a sub-pdf, naming the sub-pdf according to a preset naming rule, and placing the sub-pdf in the to-be-uploaded directory;
step S203, uploading the sub-pdfs in the directory to be uploaded to a remote file server according to a preset time interval;
step S204, a customs declaration form corresponding to the customs declaration data is created;
step S205, scanning the sub-pdf uploaded to the remote file server at regular time, finding out the corresponding customs declaration form by scanning and analyzing the name of the sub-pdf, matching the corresponding customs declaration form with the accessory column of the customs declaration form, and associating the sub-pdf to the accessory column of the customs declaration form if the matching is successful.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the sequence between the step S201, the step S202, the step S203, and the step S204 and the step S101, the step S102, the step S103, and the step S104 are not limited.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for automatically uploading and matching an accessory is shown, where the apparatus for automatically uploading and matching an accessory includes:
an operation module 301, configured to create a customs declaration; the customs declaration personnel creates a corresponding customs declaration form according to the customs declaration data,
the scanning module 302 is used for collecting images and/or characters of customs clearance data to generate an electronic part;
the automatic cutting module 303 is used for performing information identification on the electronic part, extracting keywords, cutting different plates of the electronic part according to the keywords to obtain sub-electronic parts, and naming the sub-electronic parts according to a preset format;
the automatic uploading module 304 is used for uploading the electronic parts to be sub-uploaded to a file server according to a preset time interval;
and the remote file server 305 is used for scanning and analyzing the names of the sub electronic parts at regular time, finding out the corresponding customs declaration and matching the corresponding customs declaration with the attachment columns of the customs declaration.
In an alternative embodiment, the operation module 301 is further configured to input the verification information after the customs declaration invokes the customs declaration data and the sub-electronic components associated with the customs declaration form attachment for verification and verification.

uploading the sub-electronic parts to a remote file server according to a preset time interval; creating a customs declaration corresponding to the customs declaration data;
and scanning and analyzing the names of the sub-electronic pieces according to a preset time interval to find a corresponding customs declaration form, matching the corresponding customs declaration form with an accessory column of the customs declaration form, and associating the sub-electronic pieces with the accessory column of the customs declaration form if the matching is successful.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic component is in pdf format, text format, or picture format.

and the remote file server is used for scanning and analyzing the names of the sub electronic parts according to a preset time interval, finding out a corresponding customs declaration form, matching the corresponding customs declaration form with an attachment column of the customs declaration form, and associating the sub electronic parts with the customs declaration form attachment column if the matching is successful.
6. A computer arrangement comprising a processor for executing a computer program stored in a memory to implement the method of automatically uploading attachments and matching associations as claimed in any one of claims 1-3.

A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that a processor is configured to execute the computer program stored in the storage medium to implement the method of automated uploading of attachments and matching associations as claimed in any of claims 1-3.
