Abstract

本发明涉及到一种新能源汽车电池放置装置,包括壳体和电池组,所述电池组放置在壳体的正上方;所述壳体呈蜿蜒弯道状,所述壳体底部的凹陷处插装有若干组储存框,所述储存框内径直排列有电池组,两两相邻的储存框之间连接有齿条插槽,所述齿条插槽内至的齿条组与屉板固定连接,所述屉板外侧连接有把手。本发明采用了片状结构组成的壳体,同时充分利用曲折技术扩大存储容量,解决了汽车内部存储空间小的技术问题;采用液体换热的冷却技术,提升了电池电量存储量的性能。一体式抽拉的存储技术,解决了快速拆卸或者组装电池组的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车技术领域,特别是新能源汽车电池放置装置。
背景技术
目前,在将汽车电池放置到电池箱内过程中,已放入一块汽车电池,在放入另一块时,通常使汽车电池沿电池箱的内壁直接滑下,而汽车电池在滑落的过程中无任何缓冲,受到的力较大,并且两块汽车电池也易于发生碰撞,从而造成损坏,在使用中较为不便。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种实时散热、储存空间大、占地面积小的新能源汽车电池放置装置。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种新能源汽车电池放置装置,包括壳体和电池组,所述电池组放置在壳体的正上方;所述壳体呈蜿蜒弯道状,所述壳体底部的凹陷处插装有若干组储存框,所述储存框内径直排列有电池组,两两相邻的储存框之间连接有齿条插槽,所述齿条插槽内至的齿条组与屉板固定连接,所述屉板外侧连接有把手。
进一步,所述包括换热层和导热层,所述换热层呈空心状,密封状态的换热层插装在开口向上的导热层正上方,所述换热层的首尾两端分别固定安装有输液口和排液口。
更进一步,所述导热层底部侧边装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机的输出端部与传动轴连接,所述传动轴与齿条组的交接处安装有齿轮,所述齿轮与齿条组传动配合。
更进一步,所述齿条组包括正向齿条和逆向齿条,所述正向齿条和逆向齿条分别分布在齿轮上下方,所述正向齿条和逆向齿条的颈部通过插板与储存框固定连接。
采用上述结构后,与现有技术相比较,本发明采用了片状结构组成的壳体,同时充分利用曲折技术扩大存储容量,解决了汽车内部存储空间小的技术问题;采用液体换热的冷却技术,提升了电池电量存储量的性能。一体式抽拉的存储技术,解决了快速拆卸或者组装电池组的技术问题。

图中:1为壳体、1-1为换热层、1-2为导热层、2为电池组、3为屉板、4为把手、5-1为输液口、5-2为排液口、6为齿条组、6-1为正向齿条、6-2为逆向齿条、7为齿条插槽、8为储存框、9为伺服电机、9-1为传动轴、9-2为齿轮、10为插板。
具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种新能源汽车电池放置装置,包括壳体和电池组,所述电池组放置在壳体的正上方;所述壳体1呈蜿蜒弯道状,所述壳体1底部的凹陷处插装有若干组储存框8,所述储存框8内径直排列有电池组2,两两相邻的储存框8之间连接有齿条插槽7,所述齿条插槽7内至的齿条组6与屉板3固定连接,所述屉板3外侧连接有把手4。壳体1的弯道内存放有电池组2,有效的压缩了存放体积,同时也加速了电池组2的散热能力。齿条插槽7与储存框8的配合,是的电池组2的存放和抽取变得更为便捷。
如图2所示,所述包括换热层1-1和导热层1-2,所述换热层1-1呈空心状,密封状态的换热层1-1插装在开口向上的导热层1-2正上方,所述换热层1-1的首尾两端分别固定安装有输液口5-1和排液口5-2。换热层1-1内不断流动的吸热液体将导热层1-2带来的大量热能吸收并排出。加速了电池的冷却。
如图2和图3所示,所述导热层1-2底部侧边装有伺服电机9,所述伺服电机9的输出端部与传动轴9-1连接,所述传动轴9-1与齿条组6的交接处安装有齿轮9-2,所述齿轮9-2与齿条组6传动配合。伺服电机9可以能够通过编程达到智能化控制处理,从而无需人工控制电池组2的收取或者存放。
如图3所示,所述齿条组6包括正向齿条6-1和逆向齿条6-2,所述正向齿条6-1和逆向齿条6-2分别分布在齿轮9-2上下方,所述正向齿条6-1和逆向齿条6-2的颈部通过插板10与储存框8固定连接。双向的啮合传动效果,大大压缩了正向齿条6-1和逆向齿条6-2存放空间,同时也提高了电池组2的存放和收取效率。

1.一种新能源汽车电池放置装置,包括壳体和电池组,所述电池组放置在壳体的正上方;其特征是:所述壳体(1)呈蜿蜒弯道状,所述壳体(1)底部的凹陷处插装有若干组储存框(8),所述储存框(8)内径直排列有电池组(2),两两相邻的储存框(8)之间连接有齿条插槽(7),所述齿条插槽(7)内至的齿条组(6)与屉板(3)固定连接,所述屉板(3)外侧连接有把手(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车电池放置装置,其特征是:所述包括换热层(1-1)和导热层(1-2),所述换热层(1-1)呈空心状,密封状态的换热层(1-1)插装在开口向上的导热层(1-2)正上方,所述换热层(1-1)的首尾两端分别固定安装有输液口(5-1)和排液口(5-2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新能源汽车电池放置装置,其特征是:所述导热层(1-2)底部侧边装有伺服电机(9),所述伺服电机(9)的输出端部与传动轴(9-1)连接,所述传动轴(9-1)与齿条组(6)的交接处安装有齿轮(9-2),所述齿轮(9-2)与齿条组(6)传动配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新能源汽车电池放置装置,其特征是:所述齿条组(6)包括正向齿条(6-1)和逆向齿条(6-2),所述正向齿条(6-1)和逆向齿条(6-2)分别分布在齿轮(9-2)上下方,所述正向齿条(6-1)和逆向齿条(6-2)的颈部通过插板(10)与储存框(8)固定连接。
