Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In view of the above-mentioned technical problems, the reason why the existing credit reference method is inefficient is mainly that a start position and an end position of a block to be referenced need to be set in advance, that is, a bookmark setting process is additionally required, and the basic concept of the present application is to edit information contents in the form of a recording group composed of a plurality of recording units, the start position and the end position of each recording unit are equivalent to a naturally bookmarked information block, and each recording unit can be used as a block to be referenced. Thus, when the user wants to reference the recording units of other sources in the first recording group which is in operation, the user only needs to select the recording unit to be referenced from the displayed list of the recording units to be referenced, and does not need to pre-bookmark the information content of other sources. Therefore, the information quotation mode provided by the embodiment of the invention completely avoids the bookmark setting step in the existing information quotation mode, so that each recording unit in the recording group can be directly selected as an information block of the information application, and the information quotation efficiency can be obviously improved.
It should be understood that the information referencing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to any form and kind of information content, and the information content recorded by the recording units in the corresponding recording group may also include any form and kind of information content. For example, the information content may be plain text content, and a record group may correspond to a complete document, and a record unit in the record group may correspond to a text paragraph in the complete document.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the information content may also be a combination of a plurality of messages in a plurality of media forms, for example, a record group corresponds to a message record list, where the message record list may include one or more of text, picture, video, audio, link, location mark, action mark, file and reminder, and one record unit in the record group may correspond to one text, picture, video, audio, link, location mark, action mark, file or reminder in the message record list. It follows that by causing the recording unit to store the information content in the form of a message. Because each recording unit exists in the form of one message, the recording unit is convenient to be cited, is convenient to store, archive and instantly share, and meets the use experience requirements and social requirements of users in the mobile Internet age. In addition, the file is not used as an operation unit, but the recording unit is used as an operation unit, so that editing, batch copying and batch deleting of recorded contents are more convenient and quick, the efficiency of recording and editing is improved, and the operation experience of a user is also improved.
Having described the basic principles of the present application, various non-limiting embodiments of the present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an information referencing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information content to which the information referencing method is applied takes the form of a record group comprising at least one recording unit. The contents and forms of the recording group and the recording unit are described above, and are not repeated herein, and the specific forms and types of the information contents recorded by the recording group and the recording unit are not limited. Specifically, the information referencing method includes the steps of:
step 101: a reference instruction initiated by a current user for a first recording unit of the first record group is received.
The current user is a user who edits or views the current information content, and the first recording unit in the first recording group is a recording unit which is being edited or viewed by the current user. When a current user edits or views the first recording unit, a need may arise to reference information content from other sources, thereby creating an information reference need. Since the current new content is also in the form of record groups, the reference instruction initiated by the current user is actually initiated for one record unit in the first record group corresponding to the current information content. That is, the essence of the referencing operation is that it establishes a corresponding referencing relationship between the other source recording unit and one of the first recording units in the first record group.
It should be understood that, while the information referencing process is described above and in the following description taking the reference instruction initiated for one first recording unit as an example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the current user may initiate multiple reference instructions for multiple first recording units in the first recording group, respectively, or initiate the same reference instruction for multiple first recording units in the first recording group at the same time, and the recording units referred to by the first recording units that initiate the reference instruction may be the same or different, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
Step 102: a list of to-be-referenced recording units including at least one recording unit is displayed.
The list of to-be-referenced recording units is a list of reference objects selected by the current user, the list of to-be-referenced recording units is composed of recording units, and the recording units listed in the list of to-be-referenced recording units can comprise a first recording unit in a first recording group which is being edited by the current user and can also comprise a second recording unit in a second recording group from other users. The specific recording units listed in the list of recording units to be referenced can be adjusted by a designer according to actual scene requirements, which the present invention is not limited to.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable a user to more efficiently find a recording unit to be referred to in a recording unit to be referred to list, the recording unit to be referred to list may include a secondary list, wherein a first level menu in the secondary list corresponds to a list of recording groups to be referred to, and a second level menu corresponds to a list of recording units of recording groups to be referred to. For example, when the to-be-referenced recording unit is called, a first-level menu including two recording groups A and B is presented, and when the user selects the recording group A, a corresponding second-level menu including the recording unit A1, the recording unit A2 and the recording unit A3 is popped up.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the list of to-be-referenced recording units may not list specific contents of the recording units, but list reference information of the recording units, such as link or summary information. In another embodiment of the present invention, a check box may be set for each entry corresponding to a recording unit in the to-be-referenced recording unit list, so that the current user can select to reference the recording unit in the to-be-referenced recording unit list in a check manner.
It should be understood, however, that although some specific presentation and selection forms of the list of to-be-referenced recording units are given in the above description, the specific presentation and selection forms of the list of to-be-referenced recording units are not particularly limited, so long as the list of to-be-referenced recording units can eventually present recording units for user selection for reference.
Step 103: a first selection instruction of a current user for at least one recording unit in the list of recording units to be referenced is received.
The present user may select at least one recording unit from the list of recording units to be referenced for a first recording unit to reference, and specifically, how many recording units are selected by the present user according to the reference requirement, which is not limited by the present invention.
As described above, when the list of recording units to be referenced includes check boxes corresponding to each entry of the recording unit, the first selection instruction is then a check instruction for these check boxes. However, it should be understood that the first selection instruction may be implemented in other manners, such as voice input, operation gesture input, and text input, and the specific implementation form of the first selection instruction is not limited in the present invention.
Step 104: and adding the record unit selected by the current user into the information reference list of the first record unit for which the reference instruction aims.
The information reference list is a list of recording units referenced by the first recording unit, and the recording unit selected by the current user is added to the information reference list, namely, the reference relationship between the first recording unit and the selected recording unit is established. When the first recording unit is to be checked later, the information reference list of the first recording unit is only required to be called.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the information reference list may also list reference information of the referenced recording unit, such as link or summary information, instead of listing the specific content of the referenced recording unit. The specific form of the list of information references is likewise not particularly limited by the present invention.
It can be seen that by adopting the information referencing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the information content is edited in the form of a record group composed of a plurality of record units. Thus, when the user wants to reference the recording units of other sources in the first recording group which is being operated, the user only needs to select the recording unit to be referenced from the displayed list of recording units to be referenced. Therefore, the information quotation mode provided by the embodiment of the invention completely avoids the bookmark setting step in the existing information quotation mode, so that each recording unit in the recording group can be directly selected as an information block of information application, and the information quotation efficiency is obviously improved.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of an information referencing method according to another embodiment of the present invention. Unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the information referencing method shown in fig. 2 may further include the following steps after receiving the first selection instruction of the current user:
Step 105: the link of the first recording unit for which the reference instruction is directed is stored in a reverse link list of recording units whose reverse link demand attribute selected by the current user is in an effective state.
Specifically, the recording unit is configured with a reverse link demand attribute that is selectable as a productive state or an inactive state. When the reverse link requirement attribute of one recording unit is in effect, this means that the links of the recording unit referenced by that recording unit need to be recorded in order to see that the recording unit is referenced by those other recording units. When the directional link demand attribute of one recording unit is in an inactive state, it indicates that the recording unit is referenced by another recording unit, and the recording unit does not need to store the links of the other recording units referencing the recording unit in the reverse link list.
In an embodiment of the present invention, considering that a record group represents the entire content of information content, the presentation subject of the information content is better reflected, so that when a user views a record unit referencing a current record unit through a reverse link mechanism, he may want to quickly know which record group has performed the referencing operation and the approximate content of the record group, without specific attention being paid to the fact that one of the record units in the record group has performed the referencing operation. For example, when a recording unit is referenced by a segment in another complete document, the user may simply want to know what is summary of the subject matter representing the complete document. At this time, the links of the first record group to which the first record unit belongs may be not the links of the first record unit but the links listed in the reverse link list. However, it should be understood that the specific contents and forms of the reverse link list may be adjusted according to actual application scenarios, and the present invention is not limited to the specific contents and forms of the reverse link list.
In an embodiment of the present invention, unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, as shown in fig. 3, after receiving a current user first selection instruction, the information referencing method shown in fig. 3 may further include the steps of:
step 106: and judging whether the reverse link demand attribute of the recording unit selected by the current user is in a validity state or not.
Step 107: and when the judgment result is yes, feeding back prompt information which stores the link of the first recording unit aimed at by the reference instruction into a reverse link list of the recording unit with the reverse link requirement attribute in an effective state to the current user. And when the judgment result is negative, the record unit selected by the user is not required to be in reverse link, and the prompt information is not required to be sent at the moment.
Step 108: after the confirmation instruction of the current user for the prompt information is obtained, the link of the first recording unit for which the reference instruction is aimed is stored in the reverse link list of the recording unit with the reverse link requirement attribute in an effective state.
It can be seen that the embodiment shown in fig. 3 actually further introduces a confirmation mechanism for the current user, i.e. the link of the first recording unit being edited by the current user is stored in the reverse link list of the selected recording unit only if the current user agrees to the reverse link mechanism, thereby further improving the privacy and security of the user information.
By establishing a reverse link mechanism, a bidirectional link record between the first recording unit that initiated the reference instruction and the recording unit being applied can be established. That is, for each recording unit, it is not only possible to know which recording units or recording groups the recording unit references, but also to know which recording units or recording groups the recording unit references, so that the reference relationship between the information contents is more clear and easy to manage, and the information reference experience of the user is further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 1, after receiving the first selection instruction, the information referencing method shown in fig. 4 may further include the steps of:
step 401: and judging whether the first preset position of the first recording unit aimed at by the reference instruction comprises a reference mark or not.
The reference mark is used for intuitively indicating that the first recording unit currently edited references other recording units, and the first preset position is the adding position of the reference mark.
Step 402: and when the judging result is negative, adding a reference mark at a first preset position, wherein the reference mark is configured to point to the information reference list.
When the first preset position of the first recording unit does not have the reference mark, it is indicated that the recording unit selected by the user is the first recording unit referenced by the first recording unit, and the reference mark needs to be added at the first preset position in order to indicate that the first recording unit references other recording units. Thus, when other users read the first record group, the first record unit can be known to refer to other record units.
When the first preset position of the first recording unit has the reference mark, the first recording unit is indicated to have referenced other recording units, and the recording unit selected by the user is not the first recording unit referenced by the first recording unit. Since the reference mark can already indicate that the first recording unit references other recording units at this time, the recording unit selected by the user is directly added to the information reference list of the first recording unit.
It should be appreciated that the first preset position for adding the reference mark may be selected or adjusted by a designer according to the actual application scenario. For example, when the recording unit is a text segment, the first preset position added with the reference mark may be the beginning or the end of the text segment. The first preset position is not particularly limited in the present invention.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the reference mark may display a list of information references when a preset operation is performed. It should be appreciated, however, that the specific form of the preset operation may be adapted according to the specific implementation of the reference label. For example, when the reference is marked as a reference icon available for clicking, the preset operation is a clicking operation on the reference icon. The invention is not limited to the specific form of the preset operation and the specific implementation form of the reference mark.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the information reference list is editable, and the current user can adjust and manage which recording units are included in the information reference list according to actual needs. When a deletion instruction of the current user is received, the recording units in the information reference list may be deleted according to the deletion instruction according to the current user. In a further embodiment, when it is determined that all recording units in the information reference list have been deleted, it is stated that the first recording unit has not referenced any other recording units at this time, and the reference mark needs to be deleted at this time, so as to avoid misunderstanding when the first recording unit is read by other users.
In an embodiment of the present invention, considering that when a user views the referenced recording units through the information reference list, editing requirements (for example, copying, inserting text, etc.) for the recording units may be simultaneously generated, after receiving a second selection instruction of the current user for the recording units in the information reference list, a recording group to which the recording unit corresponding to the second selection instruction belongs may be displayed, and a cursor may be displayed at a second preset position of the recording unit corresponding to the second selection instruction. The second preset position is a position that facilitates the current user to edit the displayed recording unit, for example, may be a starting position of the displayed recording unit, however, it should be understood that the second preset position is not specifically limited by the present invention.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an information referencing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information content is in the form of a record group comprising at least one recording unit.
