[ detailed description ] embodiments
The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings for illustrating the specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. In the present invention, directional terms such as "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", "side", etc. refer to directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention. In the drawings, elements having similar structures are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a liquid crystal display panel according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the liquid crystal display panel of the present invention includes: a liquid crystal cell 10, a first polarizer 20, and a second polarizer 30.
The first polarizer 20 is attached to a first surface (for example, an upper surface) of the liquid crystal cell 10 through a first adhesive layer 40; the first adhesive layer 40 includes a first main body portion 41 and a first bending portion 42. Wherein the first body portion 41 is mainly used for adhering the first polarizer 20 to the liquid crystal cell 10. The first bending portion 42 is used to facilitate tearing off the first main body portion 41. The second polarizer 30 is attached to a second surface (e.g., a lower surface) of the liquid crystal cell 10 through a second adhesive layer 50; the second adhesive layer 50 includes a second main body portion 51 and a second bending portion 52. The second main body 51 is mainly used for adhering the second polarizer 30 to the liquid crystal cell 10, and the second bending portion 52 is used for facilitating tearing off the second main body 51.
Wherein the first body portion 41 and the second body portion 51 are both arranged parallel to a horizontal plane, i.e. parallel to the liquid crystal cell 10. The first bent portion 42 is disposed obliquely with respect to the first body portion 41; or the first bent portion 42 is disposed obliquely to the horizontal plane. The second bent portion 52 is disposed obliquely with respect to the second main body portion 51, or the second bent portion 52 is disposed obliquely with respect to the horizontal. In a depression view, the first adhesive layer 40 and the second adhesive layer 50 are both shaped like suction cups. It is understood that the structure of the first bent portion 42 and the second bent portion 52 is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 3, and may also be an arc shape or other irregular shapes.
In one embodiment, to further prevent damage to the liquid crystal cell, the first bent portion 42 is inclined downward relative to the first main body portion 41, and the second bent portion 52 is inclined upward relative to the second main body portion 51. For example, the first bent portion 42 is bent downward, and the second bent portion 52 is bent upward. It is of course understood that the first folded part 42 and the second folded part 52 may be symmetrically disposed with respect to the liquid crystal cell 10. For example, the first bent portion 42 and the second bent portion 52 may be bent upward or downward at the same time.
In order to better prevent damage to the liquid crystal cell, the first bent portion 42 is disposed outside the first main body portion 41, and the second bent portion 52 is disposed outside the second main body portion 51. In one embodiment, the first bent portion 42 is disposed partially outside the peripheral edge of the first main body portion 41, or the second bent portion 52 is disposed partially outside the peripheral edge of the second main body portion 51. In another embodiment, to further prevent damage to the liquid crystal cell, the first bending part 42 surrounds the periphery of the first main body part 41. At this time, the second bent portion 52 may surround the periphery of the second main body 51 or partially surround the periphery of the second main body 51.
In order to facilitate better tearing off the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer, the adhesion force between the first bending portion 42 and the liquid crystal cell 10 is smaller than the adhesion force between the first main body portion 41 and the liquid crystal cell 10, and the adhesion force between the second bending portion 52 and the liquid crystal cell 10 is smaller than the adhesion force between the second main body portion 51 and the liquid crystal cell 10. That is, the adhesion between the bent portion and the liquid crystal cell is smaller than the adhesion between the main body portion and the liquid crystal cell 10.
Wherein, in order to prevent the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer from being damaged, the material of the first adhesive layer 40 and/or the material of the second adhesive layer 50 is a flexible material. Preferably, the material of the first adhesive layer 40 and the material of the second adhesive layer 50 are both flexible materials, and the flexible materials may include at least one of silicone, flexible PVC, flexible TPE, flexible TPU, flexible rubber, and flexible foam.
In another embodiment, the adhesion between the first adhesive layer 40 and the liquid crystal cell 10 is less than a predetermined value, and the adhesion between the second adhesive layer 50 and the liquid crystal cell 10 is less than a predetermined value, which may be set according to an empirical value, so as to prevent the first adhesive layer 40 and the second adhesive layer 50 from being damaged when the liquid crystal cell is returned.
As shown in fig. 4, the first polarizer 20 includes an optical retardation plate 21, a polarizing film 22 and a protective layer 23 sequentially disposed from bottom to top. The material of the protection layer 23 is TAC (triacetyl cellulose), the material of the polarizing film 22 is PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), and the optical retardation plate 21 is a quarter-wave plate, which may be COP (cyclic olefin polymer). The second Polarizer 30 includes a protection layer 31, a polarizing film 32, a third adhesive layer 33, and an apf (advanced Polarizer film) layer 34 sequentially disposed from top to bottom. The material of the third adhesive layer 33 may be a PSA pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
Because, set up the kink respectively on first viscose layer and second viscose layer to be convenient for tear first viscose layer and second viscose layer, prevent that the liquid crystal cell from dragging the deformation or damaging the liquid crystal cell when doing over again, can also prevent that first viscose layer or second viscose layer from damaging simultaneously, the polaroid of being convenient for reuses, and then has reduced manufacturing cost.
The invention also provides a liquid crystal display device which comprises the liquid crystal display panel.
According to the liquid crystal display panel and the device, the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are convenient to tear off by respectively arranging the bent parts on the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer, so that the liquid crystal box is prevented from being pulled and deformed or damaged during reworking, and the production cost is further reduced.
In summary, although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, the above-described preferred embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, therefore, the scope of the present invention shall be determined by the appended claims.
