Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for illustration and explanation of the present invention only, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Examples: referring to fig. 1-15, a valve well vent valve of the present invention comprises:
the valve body L11, the valve body R12, the valve plate 13, the valve cavity sealing element 14, the valve body sealing element 15, the valve rod 21, the valve rod nut 22, the supporting rod 23, the valve rod seat 24, the bearing seat 27, the upper bearing 28, the lower bearing 29, the gland 210, the framework sealing element 211, the sealing gasket 212, the operating rod 31, the sliding block 32, the locking cap 33, the hand wheel 34, the self-locking pin rod 35, the quick pipe joint 41, the check valve 42, the spray pipe 43, the spray head 44 and the protective cover 151, a first valve well emptying valve body in the prior art is arranged at the outlet end of the emptying pipe 3 through the emptying valve mounting screw 6, an emptying pipe 4 is arranged on a well wall opposite to the emptying pipe 3, and the opening or closing needs an operator to go into a valve well, and the operator opens or closes the first valve well emptying valve body 2 through rotating the first valve well emptying valve hand wheel 1, as shown in fig. 1; the second valve well blow-down valve main body 5 is connected with the outlet end of the blow-down pipe 3 through the valve body L11, is arranged at the outlet end of the blow-down pipe 3 through the blow-down valve mounting screw 6, and the blow-down pipe 4 is arranged on the well wall opposite to the blow-down pipe 3 as shown in figure 2; if the second valve well vent valve body 5 is to be opened or closed, the access operation member 72 can be carried out on the valve well surface without being lowered into the well, as shown in fig. 3; the valve cavity sealing piece 14 is embedded on the valve body L11 and the valve body R12, the valve body sealing piece 15 is embedded on the valve body L11, then the valve body L11 and the valve body R12 are connected together by a first screw rod 16, a first elastic pad 17 and a first screw cap 18 to form a valve body sealing and a valve cavity 51, and the valve plate 13 is inserted from an opening of the valve cavity 51 to form a valve cavity 51 sealing and a second valve well emptying valve body 5, as shown in fig. 4 and 11; the upper bearing 28 is arranged at the upper shaft diameter 83 of the valve rod 21, the lower bearing 29 is arranged at the lower shaft diameter 84 of the valve rod 21, then the assembly of the valve rod 21, the upper bearing 28 and the lower bearing 29 is arranged in the bearing hole 102 of the bearing seat 27, the framework seal 211 is arranged in the framework seal mounting hole at the central position above the gland 210, the sealing gasket is arranged below the gland 210, then the gland 210, the assembly of the framework seal 211 and the sealing gasket 212 passes through the head of the valve rod 21 through the inner hole of the framework seal 211 until the gland 210 falls on the bearing seat 27, and then the gland is arranged on the bearing seat through the mounting hole on the gland 210 by using the third elastic pad 213 and the second screw 214, as shown in fig. 12; the support rods 23 are respectively arranged in screw holes at the top corners of the valve body L11 and the valve body R12 until the support rods meet the lower limit steps 92, and 2 support rods of the valve body L11 and the valve body R12 are respectively arranged, as shown in fig. 4 and 6 a; the stem of the valve stem 21 is screwed into the valve stem nut 22, the distance and the position are adjusted, the mounting hole on the valve stem seat 24 passes through the head top of the supporting rod 23 and falls onto the upper limit step 91 of the supporting rod 23, and the mounting hole is fastened by the second elastic pad 25 and the second nut 26, as shown in fig. 4; the distance and position are adjusted again, the clamping groove 103 at the lower part of the bearing seat 27 is clamped on the top head of the valve plate 13, the pin rod holes of the clamping groove and the valve plate are aligned, the pin rod 215 is penetrated, and the clamping groove is fastened by the fourth elastic pad 216 and the third nut 217, as shown in fig. 4; the sliding block 62 is arranged in the hollow circle of the operating rod 31, and then the locking cap 33 is screwed on to lock, so that the sliding block 62 cannot fall out of the hollow circle of the operating rod 31, as shown in fig. 13; the hand wheel 34 is sleeved on the outer circle of the operating rod 31, a proper second pin hole 36 is selected on the operating rod according to the depth of the valve well, then the hand wheel 34 is moved, the pin hole on the hand wheel 34 is aligned with the selected second pin hole on the operating rod 31, and then the hand wheel 34 is fixed on the operating rod 31 by simultaneously penetrating through the aligned pin holes from the locking pin rod 35, as shown in fig. 14; the spray pipe 43 is welded in a reserved hole above the valve body R12, the spray head 44 is welded at the tail part of the spray pipe 43, the check valve 42 is arranged at the head part of the spray pipe 43, and the quick pipe joint 41 is arranged at the water inlet end of the check valve 42, as shown in FIG. 4; the protection cover 151 is a standard part, an independent structure and a hanging ring welded on the upper part. When the second valve well vent valve needs to be opened, the shield 151 is lifted off by a hook, and the operation member 72 is inserted, as shown in fig. 3. If the second valve well vent valve is not used for a long time after being closed, the operating part 72 can be removed, and the upper protective cover 151 is mounted by using a hanging hook, as shown in fig. 2 and 15. The protection cover 151 is used for protecting the matching part of the valve rod 21 and the valve rod nut 22 from being corroded by dust and water vapor, ensuring the flexibility of rotation of the external square four-sided width 81 of the head part of the valve rod 21 and the threads of the valve rod 21 and the valve rod nut 22, and prolonging the service life of the valve well emptying valve.
Further, the valve body sealing member 15 forms a seal between the valve body L11 and the valve body R12, the valve plate 13 is sandwiched between the 2 valve cavity sealing members 14, and forms a body member 71 together with the valve cavity sealing members 14 to seal, so that the body member 71 is effectively prevented from being permeated.
Further, the gland 210 is sealed with the valve rod 21 by a frame seal 211, and is sealed with the bearing seat 27 by a sealing gasket 212.
Further, the valve rod 21 is screwed into the valve rod nut 22 to drive the valve plate 13 to move up and down, so as to realize the opening or closing of the emptying valve of the valve well.
Further, the valve rod seat 24 and the valve rod nut 22 are integrally arranged, and are fixedly arranged on the upper limit step 91 of the supporting rod 23 through the mounting hole on the valve rod seat 24, and are fastened by the second elastic pad 25 and the second nut 26.
Further, the lower clamping groove 103 of the bearing seat 27 is clamped on the top of the valve plate 13, the first pin hole 104 on the clamping groove 103 is aligned with the pin hole on the valve plate 13, the bearing seat 27 and the valve plate 13 are connected together by the pin 215 in a penetrating way, and the fourth elastic pad 216 and the third nut 217 are used for fastening.
Further, a "U" shaped hanging ring is provided on the top of the protective cover 151 for hanging away and installing.
Further, when the main body part 71 of the second valve well vent valve is not used for a long time after opening or closing, the operation part 72 is taken out, and the hanging hook hanging shield 151 is mounted on the outer circle of the valve rod nut 22, so that dust and moisture are prevented from corroding the threaded matching part of the valve rod and the valve rod nut and the outer square four-sided width 81 of the head part of the valve rod 21.
Further, the head of the valve rod 21 is provided with an outer square four-sided frame 81, the tail is provided with a cylindrical boss 82, and the cylindrical boss 82 is clamped between the upper bearing 28 and the lower bearing 29.
The working principle of the valve well emptying valve is as follows:
1. opening the valve
The protection cover is hung by a lifting hook, the inner square four sides of a sliding block arranged in a hollow circle of an operating rod are inserted into the outer square four sides of the head part of the valve rod, the position of a proper pin hole on the operating rod is selected according to the depth of a valve well, a hand wheel is moved to the position, a self-locking pin rod is penetrated, a hand wheel is fixed, then the hand wheel is rotated anticlockwise, the hand wheel transmits power to the self-locking pin rod through the pin hole on the hand wheel seat, the self-locking pin rod drives the operating rod to rotate in the same direction, the operating rod pushes a boss through a guide groove, the boss drives the outer square four sides of the head part of the valve rod to rotate in the same direction through the inner square four sides of the sliding block, so that the valve rod is driven to rotate in the same direction with the valve rod nut under the supporting action of the valve rod seat and the supporting rod, the bearing seat is pulled upwards simultaneously, and the valve plate is pulled upwards through the pin rod when the bearing seat is pulled upwards, so that the emptying valve is opened. When the gland touches the valve rod seat, the emptying valve is opened to the maximum position, and the hand wheel can not rotate any more.
The valve rod continuously ascends while rotating with the valve rod nut in a threaded manner, a reaction force is applied to the sliding block to push the sliding block to synchronously ascend, the sliding block slides upwards along the guide groove by virtue of a boss inserted in the guide groove of the operating rod, and the sliding block synchronously ascends with the valve rod to enter into a hollow circle of the operating rod, so that the pushing force of the valve rod on the operating rod is solved, and the operating rod can always keep the position unchanged by depending on the weight of the operating rod.
2. Closing
The hand wheel is rotated clockwise, the hand wheel transmits power to the self-locking pin rod through a pin rod hole on the hand wheel seat, the self-locking pin rod drives the operation rod to rotate in the same direction, the operation rod drives the boss through the guide groove, the boss drives the outer square four sides of the head of the valve rod to rotate through the inner square four sides of the sliding block, so that the valve rod is driven to rotate in the same direction, the valve rod and the valve rod nut rotate downwards under the supporting action of the valve rod seat and the supporting rod, meanwhile, the bearing seat is extruded to force the bearing seat to downwards, and meanwhile, the valve plate is extruded to downwards through the pin rod, so that the emptying valve is closed. When the valve plate hits the junction of the valve body L and the valve body R, the blow-down valve is completely closed and the hand wheel will not be able to rotate any further.
In this process, the slider follows, and the condition that the emptying valve is opened does not occur.
Operators stand on the well surface of the valve well in the two processes.
3. Dredging device
When the second valve well emptying valve in the valve well is blocked by the sludge dirt of the junction plate, one end of the water hose is connected to a fire-fighting water source or other high-pressure water sources, and the other end of the water hose is connected to a quick pipe connector of the valve well emptying valve. And (3) opening a high-pressure water source, flushing a check valve by the high-pressure water through a quick pipe joint, and finally directly spraying the high-pressure water onto the sludge dirt of the second valve well emptying valve and the emptying pipe inner junction plate under the boosting action of the spray nozzle. The mud dirt of the caking plate is continuously ulcerated and dissolved under the impact action of high-pressure water and is discharged out of the second valve well emptying valve and the emptying pipe together with the sewage, so that the second valve well emptying valve and the emptying pipe are dredged, and the sewage in the ditch or the pool can be normally discharged.
When the second valve well emptying valve can normally discharge, the high-pressure water source is stopped, the check valve is closed under the pressure effect of sewage in the second valve well emptying valve, the outflow of sewage is cut off, and the sewage in the second valve well emptying valve is prevented from flowing out of the emptying valve body.
4. Mounting and hanging-off of protective cover
1. Hanging off
When the second valve well emptying valve needs to be opened, the protective cover is hung off to perform the opening action.
2. Mounting
When the second valve well emptying valve is temporarily not used any more after the work is finished, the operating part is taken out, the protective cover is mounted on the outer circle of the valve rod nut by using the hanging hook through the U-shaped hanging ring above the protective cover, and dust and water vapor are prevented from corroding the threaded matching part of the valve rod and the valve rod nut and the outer square tetrahedron of the valve rod head.

A valve well vent valve comprising a second vent valve body (5), characterized in that: the second emptying valve main body (5) comprises a valve body L (11), a valve body R (12), a valve plate (13), a valve cavity sealing piece (14) and a valve body sealing piece (15), wherein a first screw rod (16), a first elastic pad (17) and a first screw cap (18), the valve body L (11) is connected with the emptying pipe (3), an emptying pipe (4) is arranged on a well wall opposite to the emptying pipe, the valve cavity sealing piece (14) is inlaid on the valve body L (11) and the valve body R (12), threaded holes for installing supporting rods (23) are formed in the top corner positions of the valve body L (11) and the valve body R (12), the valve body R (12) is inlaid with the valve body sealing piece (15), the valve body L (11) and the valve body R (12) form a valve body sealing and a valve cavity (51) after being connected through the first screw rod (16), the first elastic pad (17) and the first screw cap (18), and the valve cavity (51) are formed after the valve plate (13) is inserted from an opening of the valve cavity (51); the stem body of the valve rod (21) is provided with threads, the head part is provided with an external square four-sided frame (81), the tail part is provided with a cylindrical boss (82), an upper shaft diameter (83) is arranged above the cylindrical boss (82), a lower shaft diameter (84) is arranged below the cylindrical boss, the upper shaft diameter (83) is provided with an upper bearing (28), the lower shaft diameter (84) is provided with a lower bearing (29), and the cylindrical boss (82) is clamped between the upper bearing (28) and the lower bearing (29); the valve rod seat (24) and the valve rod nut (22) are arranged into a whole, mounting holes matched with threads at the upper end of the supporting rod (23) and the upper limit step (91) are formed in the 4 corner positions of the valve rod seat (24), and the valve rod nut (22) is connected with the valve rod (21) through threads; A valve well vent valve according to claim 3, wherein: the quick pipe joint (41) receives a high-pressure water pipe, the check valve (42) prevents sewage in a ditch or a pool from flowing backwards after high-pressure water stops opening, the spray pipe (43) changes the water flow direction, the spray nozzle (44) amplifies the water spraying pressure, an external high-pressure water source is connected under the condition that the main body (5) is blocked, the high-pressure water impacts sludge and dirt under the condition that the spray nozzle (44) amplifies the water spraying pressure finally through the quick pipe joint (41), the check valve (42) and the spray pipe (43), the sludge and dirt are discharged out of the main body (5) along with sewage, and the high-pressure water is further penetrated into the blow-down pipe (3) after the blocked main body (5) is flushed, so that the blow-down pipe (3) is dredged, and the sewage in the ditch or the pool is ensured to be discharged normally.
