In order to better improve the traditional functions of snow-melting agent blocking, wind shielding and trampling prevention and further prolong the service life, the invention integrates and refines the whole preparation process, and the preparation process of the color-printed hedge protection plate surface comprises the following steps:
and gluing the ink surface layer of the color-printed PET film, covering an aluminum foil, heating and curing, covering a PE film on the surface of the aluminum foil, and compounding the aluminum foil on the surface layer of the substrate by hot melting the PE film.
Or the following steps:
and gluing the ink surface layer of the color-printed PET film, covering an aluminum foil, heating and curing, gluing the surface of the aluminum foil, and thermally compounding the aluminum foil on the surface layer of the substrate.
The invention is in principle not particularly limited to the specific modes and parameters of the printing patterns, and those skilled in the art can select and adjust the printing patterns according to the actual production conditions, technical requirements and quality requirements, and the invention is preferably color printing or laser printing.
The heating and curing parameters are not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to actual production conditions, technical requirements and quality requirements, so that the traditional functions of snow-melting agent blocking, wind shielding and trampling prevention can be better improved, the service life can be further prolonged, and the heating and curing temperature is preferably 80 ℃. The heating curing time is preferably 72 to 120 hours, more preferably 78 to 114 hours, more preferably 84 to 108 hours, and more preferably 90 to 100 hours.
In order to better improve the traditional functions of snow-melting agent blocking, wind shielding and trampling prevention and further prolong the service life, and to complete and refine the whole preparation process, the method preferably further comprises a post-treatment step after the color printing film composite layer is compounded on the surface of the substrate in a hot pressing manner. The present invention does not specifically limit the specific steps of the post-treatment, which may be selected and adjusted by those skilled in the art according to the actual production situation, technical requirements and quality requirements, as the conventional post-treatment steps of such production processes known to those skilled in the art, including one or more of trimming, slitting, semi-finished web, cold roll forming and shearing, more preferably trimming, slitting, semi-finished web, cold roll forming and shearing.
Finally, the color-printed hedge protection plate is obtained by assembling the surface of the color-printed hedge protection plate obtained in the step and the frame of the hedge protection plate.

5. color printing: feeding the PET anti-aging film into a printer for printing;
6. coating anti-aging glue: coating anti-aging glue on the bottom surface of the printing film;
7. coating an aluminum foil, namely coating an anti-aging adhesive on the bottom surface of the printing film and then coating the aluminum foil;
8. heating and curing: heating for 72-120 hours for curing;
9. coating with high polymer: covering a PE film hot melting layer or a glue coating layer on the surface of the aluminum foil after curing;
10. hot laminating: one side of the aluminum-zinc-plated color-coated plate is an aluminum-zinc-plated surface layer, and the other side of the aluminum-zinc-plated color-coated plate is an aluminum-zinc-plated color coating layer;
11. and (3) detection: and (3) carrying out appearance inspection on the color-coated plate of the color-printed film aluminum-zinc-plated plate produced by hot lamination, and carrying out an acid-base experiment, a salt spray experiment, a peeling tension experiment, a boiling experiment and a freezing experiment.
12. Trimming: trimming burrs;
13. longitudinally shearing: longitudinally shearing according to the required width;
14. semi-finished coiled material: after longitudinally shearing the color-printed film aluminum-zinc-plated color-coated plate, rolling the color-printed film aluminum-zinc-plated color-coated plate into a semi-finished coiled material;
15. cold roll forming: the color-printed film aluminum-zinc-plated color-coated plate is formed by cold bending according to the design shape of the hedge protection plate;
16. shearing: shearing according to the required length;
17. assembling: superposing the cut color printing film aluminum foil-coated anticorrosive hedge protection plate surface and a hedge protection plate frame together, and nailing to assemble the surfaces into a whole;
17-1, a hedgerow protection plate frame production process:
17-2, blanking: cutting the small-size square tube into designed length;

10. hot laminating: one surface of the aluminum-zinc-plated color-coated plate is an aluminum-zinc-plated surface layer, and the other surface of the aluminum-zinc-plated color-coated plate is an aluminum-zinc-plated color coating layer, and the aluminum-zinc-plated surface layer of the aluminum-zinc-plated color-coated plate and the surface layer coated with the printed film polymer are hot-pressed and fused into a whole at the high temperature of 170-220 ℃;
11. and (3) detection: carrying out appearance inspection on a color-coated plate of a color-printed film aluminum-plated zinc plate produced by hot lamination, and carrying out an acid-base experiment, a salt spray experiment, a peeling tension experiment, a boiling experiment and a freezing experiment;
wherein, acid-base experiment:
5 percent of hydrochloric acid is dripped on the surface of the color printing film, and no change is caused after the color printing film is stood for 48 hours.
Salt spray test:
adopting a 5% sodium chloride aqueous solution, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to be in a neutral range (6-7) to be used as a solution for spraying. The test temperature is 35 ℃, and the sedimentation rate of the salt spray is required to be 1-2 ml/80cm2H.
The salt spray test result shows that the corrosion resistance level of the natural environment can reach more than 10 years.
Boiling experiment:
the color-coated plate with the color-printed film aluminum-zinc plated plate is boiled in boiled water at 100 ℃ for more than 2 hours, and the color-coated plate with the color-printed film aluminum-zinc plated plate has no change.
Freezing experiment: after the plate is placed in a cold storage room below 20 ℃ below zero for 68 hours, the color-coated plate of the color-printed film aluminum-plated zinc plate has no change.
Peeling test:
the method comprises 180-degree stripping and 90-degree stripping; the 180-degree peeling test is a tensile test, two joints of the sample are peeled off and are respectively clamped in the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the testing machine, and the adhesion test is carried out.
The result of the mechanical test completely meets the use requirement of the hedge protection plate.
12. Trimming: trimming burrs;
13. longitudinally shearing: longitudinally shearing according to the required width;

17-1, a hedgerow protection plate frame production process:
17-2, blanking: cutting the small-size square tube into designed length;
17-3, stamping and shaping: the left and right frames are stamped and molded according to design; the left frame and the right frame are in a straight strip state continuously without stamping;

A color-printed hedge protection plate according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the surface of the color-printed hedge protection plate is a composite surface in which a color-printed film composite layer is combined on the galvanized or aluminized zinc surface of the substrate through an adhesive layer.
