Abstract
A water-based polyester baking paint for teaching boards comprises the following ingredients: 0.5-1.3 parts of a leveling agent, 0.2-0.6 part of an auxiliary agent, 6-10 parts of an adhesion promoter, 8-16 parts of epoxy resin, 1-3 parts of a catalyst, 16-20 parts of amino resin, 38-44 parts of methylated amino resin and 2-6 parts of deionized water, wherein the ingredients are weighed according to a formula and then sequentially added into 320-360 parts of water-based white paint for continuous stirring. The prepared water-based polyester baking paint for teaching boards has the characteristics of water-based paint, high hardness, environmental protection, high luster, high whiteness, good adhesive force and good writing and wiping effects of white board pens. Meanwhile, the discharge of VOC is reduced, and the environment is protected.

At present, the coating industry in China faces huge challenges, the competition of the coating market is unprecedented, domestic enterprises want to occupy a place in the market, and the development of new technologies and new products is a key. In another largest application area, industrial coatings, waterborne coatings have accounted for 20% of the world's industrial coatings, and will reach over 30% by 2010.
Recently, higher requirements are also made on the functionality of baking paint, the common coating used in the domestic coil industry cannot meet the coating requirements of teaching boards at present, and 90 percent of the used coating is solvent-based.

weighing the ingredients according to a formula, sequentially adding the ingredients into 320-360 parts by weight of white paint, continuously stirring, and blending to obtain the finished product;
secondly, the manufacturing method of the white paint comprises the following steps:
grinding and batching: 18-23 parts of water-soluble polyester resin, 1-1.5 parts of deionized water, 1-1.5 parts of dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of anti-settling agent and 30-35 parts of titanium dioxide, wherein the materials are added into a kettle and stirred at a high speed, then the stirred materials are fully ground by a sand mill, and the materials are ground to below 15 mu m by high-speed stirring to prepare slurry.
And (3) finished product batching: 0.05-0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of flatting agent, 20-30 parts of water-soluble polyester resin, 8.5-13.5 parts of amino resin, 0.3-0.8 part of catalyst, 0.3-0.8 part of wax slurry, 0.1-0.3 part of auxiliary agent and 0.5-1 part of deionized water, and the components are added into the slurry which is ground before and fully stirred and prepared.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be further realized by the following technical scheme that in the step one, 0.8 part by weight of leveling agent, 0.4 part by weight of auxiliary agent, 8 parts by weight of adhesion promoter, 12 parts by weight of epoxy resin, 2 parts by weight of catalyst, 18 parts by weight of amino resin, 42 parts by weight of methylated amino resin and 4 parts by weight of deionized water are added.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be further realized by the following technical scheme, and the common white paint is 34 parts by weight.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be further realized by the following technical scheme, wherein the adhesion promoter is a non-polysiloxane-free nonionic compound.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be further realized by the following technical scheme, and the flatting agent is fluorocarbon modified acrylate.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be further realized by the following technical scheme, wherein the preparation method of the water-based white paint comprises the following steps: grinding and batching: 20 parts of water-soluble polyester resin, 1.2 parts of deionized water, 1.2 parts of dispersing agent, 1 part of anti-settling agent and 32 parts of titanium dioxide; and (3) finished product batching: 0.08 part of defoaming agent, 0.7 part of flatting agent, 25 parts of water-soluble polyester resin, 10.5 parts of amino resin, 0.6 part of catalyst, 0.5 part of wax slurry, 0.2 part of auxiliary agent and 0.8 part of deionized water.
Compared with the prior art, the water-based baking paint for teaching boards is a water-based functional paint, a coil paint and an environment-friendly paint. The coiled material produced by the coating is mainly applied to the stationery industry and is a main material for manufacturing teaching white boards. The water-based polyester baking paint for teaching boards prepared by adding a unique formula and a unique process into the water-based common white paint has the characteristics of water-based paint, high hardness, environmental protection, high luster, high whiteness, good adhesive force and good writing and wiping effects of white board pens. Meanwhile, the discharge of VOC is reduced, and the environment is protected.

The flatting agent is fluorocarbon modified acrylic ester.
