本发明公开了一种重卡斜交轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算,该胶料是由100份结合40%苯乙烯的丁苯橡胶、炭黑50~60份、氧化锌2~4份、硬脂酸1~3份、防老剂2.5~3.5份、软化剂7~9份、芳烃油4~6份、硫磺1~1.5份、促进剂1~2份和防焦剂0.1~0.5份制备而成。采用本发明制得的重卡斜交轮胎胎面胶料,可以提高胶料的抗撕裂能,使轮胎具有很好的耐切割、耐刺扎性能,并降低胶料生热,可延长轮胎使用寿命。

一种斜交重卡轮胎胎面胶料
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶领域,尤其涉及一种斜交重卡轮胎胎面胶料。
背景技术
斜交重卡轮胎主要在各种矿山、大型建筑工地场内倒运使用,路面粗糙,以山石路面为主,有较多的拐弯和坡道、泥洼、碎石遍布,路面高低不平,并且负荷较大,路况非常恶劣,不可避免地会接触各种碎石和尖利的矿石块,对轮胎进行切割损伤,易导致轮胎胎面崩花掉块。因此现有的斜交重卡轮胎的胶面还是不够理想,不能满足重卡轮胎的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种重卡斜交轮胎胎面胶料,提高斜交轮胎胎面的耐切割、耐刺扎等性能,从而延长重卡轮胎的使用寿命。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明的一种重卡斜交轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由100份结合40%苯乙烯的丁苯橡胶、炭黑50~60份、氧化锌2~4份、硬脂酸1~3份、防老剂2.5~3.5份、软化剂7~9份、芳烃油4~6份、硫磺1~1.5份、促进剂1~2份和防焦剂0.1~0.5份制备而成。
进一步地,所述炭黑为50~57份、氧化锌为2~3份、硬脂酸为1~2份、防老剂为3~3.5份、软化剂为8~9份、芳烃油为5~6份、硫磺为1~1.3份、促进剂为1~1.5份、防焦剂为0.1~0.3份。
采用本发明的以上技术方案,通过提高胶料中苯乙烯的含量,提高了胶料的弹性模量,从而使受到外力作用时的弹性储能降低,同时增加滞后损失,提高了胶料的抗撕裂能,具有很好的耐切割、耐刺扎性能,并适当降低轮胎生热,使用本发明胶料制成的轮胎可延长使用寿命。

本发明的一种重卡斜交轮胎胎面胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由100份结合40%苯乙烯的丁苯橡胶;炭黑50~60份,优选为50~57份;氧化锌2~4份,优选为2~3份,硬脂酸1~3份,优选为1~2份;防老剂2.5~3.5份,优选为3~3.5份;软化剂7~9份,优选为8~9份;芳烃油4~6份,优选为5~6份;硫磺1~1.5份,优选为1~1.3份;促进剂1~2份,优选为1~1.5份;防焦剂0.1~0.5份,优选为0.1~0.3份制备而成。
实施例1
本发明的一种重卡斜交轮胎胎面胶料胶料,按照质量份计算(单位:kg),该胶料是由100份结合40%苯乙烯的丁苯橡胶;炭黑57份;氧化锌 3份,硬脂酸1份;防老剂3.3份;软化剂8.5份;芳烃油5份;硫磺1.3份;促进剂1.4份;防焦剂0.3份制备而成。

1.一种重卡斜交轮胎胎面胶料,其特征在于:按照质量份计算,该胶料是由100份结合40%苯乙烯的丁苯橡胶、炭黑50~60份、氧化锌2~4份、硬脂酸1~3份、防老剂2.5~3.5份、软化剂7~9份、芳烃油4~6份、硫磺1~1.5份、促进剂1~2份和防焦剂0.1~0.5份制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重卡斜交轮胎胎面胶料,其特征在于:所述炭黑为50~57份、氧化锌为2~3份、硬脂酸为1~2份、防老剂为3~3.5份、软化剂为8~9份、芳烃油为5~6份、硫磺为1~1.3份、促进剂为1~1.5份、防焦剂为0.1~0.3份。
