Technical Field

Background
At present, in the existing platelet constant-temperature oscillation storage box for the transfusion department, gas heated by a refrigerating or heating device is directly conveyed into a box body through a compressor. When the gas is compressed or heated, especially in heating, the phenomenon of temperature non-uniformity can be caused due to non-circulation of air, and local high temperature or low temperature can be caused, thus causing irreversible damage to blood platelets. Temperature control is carried out between the constant-temperature exchange chamber and the constant-temperature working chamber through the operation of the exchange circulating fan, the flow of the air flow reaches a preset target value, the temperature at each position in the constant-temperature working chamber cannot be uniform due to strong flowing directionality of the air flow, and when a plurality of bags of blood bags are stacked, the internal temperature of the blood bags is higher than the temperature at the edge part, and irreversible damage is caused to blood platelets.

When in use, the water pump 601, the motor 11, the heating plate 2 and the PLC are connected with 220V mains supply, so that the storage box is connected with a stable power supply; pouring liquid water into the box body 1 through the water filling port 101 or opening the box door 102, enabling the liquid water to flow to the lower box body 104, starting the PLC controller, setting a temperature target value, controlling the temperature sensor 3 to be started by the PLC controller, controlling the heating plate 2 of the lower box body 102 to heat the water if the water temperature does not reach the target value, and controlling the power of the heating plate 2 to keep the heating plate in a heat preservation state after the water temperature reaches the target value; closing the first electromagnetic valve 9, opening the water pump 601 positioned in the lower box body 104, opening the second electromagnetic valve 603 on the first pipeline 602, raising the water to the upper box body 103, and opening the heating plate 2 of the upper box body 103 to keep the water in a heat preservation state; then, the heating plate 2 and the water pump 601 in the lower box body 104 and the second electromagnetic valve 603 on the first pipeline 602 are closed, the water pump 601 on the upper box body 103 and the second electromagnetic valve 603 on the second pipeline 604 are opened, water circulates in the upper box body 103, the box door 102 is opened, the platelet blood bag is placed on the box body 5, the motor 801 is started to drive the cam 802 to rotate, the vertical rod 803 slides up and down, under the drive of the vertical rod 803, one end of the cross rod 804 rises or descends along with the vertical rod 803, the other end drives the retainer 4 to rotate, the retainer 4 rotates up and down around the vertical section of the retainer, and then the platelet blood bag is in an oscillation state. When not in use, the first solenoid valve 9 and the third solenoid valve 10 are opened to discharge the water in the tank 1.
