After the bamboo tube is processed, the thrust cylinder 16 is started and pushes the material pushing ring 15 to slide in the positioning tube 2, and the processed bamboo tube is pushed out from the positioning tube 2. The processing personnel replaces the next bamboo tube.
The bamboo tube processing device can realize quick positioning, accurate punching, automatic discharging and scrap recovery of the bamboo tube, ensures the correspondence between the position of the bamboo tube and the position of the cutter 7, ensures that the cutter 7 not only can punch through the bamboo partition but also can polish the inner wall of the bamboo tube, the cutter 7 which advances spirally can process the inner wall of the bamboo tube by one-step forming and has small damage to the structure of the bamboo tube, and the automatic processing mode ensures that the bamboo tube is formed more quickly, thereby greatly improving the processing efficiency of the bamboo tube, ensuring the processing quality of the bamboo tube and facilitating the filling of bamboo salt in the later period.
