fifthly, as shown in fig. 2, the luggage compartment door panel which is bent by an operator is taken down from the horizontal roller way and then placed on the luggage compartment door panel placing support, and one luggage compartment door panel is placed on each layer of luggage compartment door panel placing support (the luggage compartment door panel is supported on the first support plate and the second support plate, wherein the rubber layer is used for preventing the luggage compartment door panel from being scratched by the first support plate or the second support plate).

Claims (7)

1. A passenger car luggage compartment door plate forming device is characterized by comprising an underframe, a horizontal roller way arranged on the underframe, a luggage compartment door plate piece-by-piece feeding auxiliary device, a luggage compartment door plate trimming die, a luggage compartment door plate bending machine and a luggage compartment door plate placing frame, wherein the luggage compartment door plate piece-by-piece feeding auxiliary device is close to one end of the horizontal roller way, the luggage compartment door plate placing frame is close to the other end of the horizontal roller way, and the luggage compartment door plate trimming die and the luggage compartment door plate bending machine are sequentially distributed along the feeding direction of the horizontal roller way;
the luggage compartment door plate piece-by-piece feeding auxiliary device comprises a rack, a supporting flat plate arranged at the lower part of the rack, a top frame arranged at the top of the rack, a vertical guide rod positioned below the top frame, a lifting frame lifting along the vertical guide rod, a horizontal guide rod arranged on the lifting frame, a horizontal sliding frame sliding along the horizontal guide rod, a translation executing mechanism used for pushing the horizontal sliding frame to translate along the horizontal guide rod, a vertical support rod positioned below the horizontal sliding frame, a supporting roller rotatably arranged at the lower end of the vertical support rod, a push plate frame positioned at one side of the vertical support rod, a connecting rod connecting the vertical support rod and the push plate frame, and a luggage compartment door plate pushing mechanism arranged,
the upper end of the vertical guide rod is connected with the top frame, the upper end of the vertical support rod is connected with the horizontal sliding frame, the rotating shaft of the support roller is horizontally arranged and is vertical to the horizontal guide rod,
the translation executing mechanism comprises a vertical push rod positioned above the horizontal sliding frame, a sliding sleeve sleeved on the vertical push rod in a sliding manner, and a pushing cylinder arranged on the top frame, the lower end of the vertical push rod is connected with the horizontal sliding frame, the telescopic direction of the pushing cylinder is parallel to the horizontal guide rod, and a piston rod of the pushing cylinder is connected with the sliding sleeve;
the luggage compartment door plate pushing mechanism comprises a horizontal supporting plate arranged on a pushing plate frame, a vertical pushing plate positioned below the horizontal supporting plate, a vertical guiding through hole arranged on the horizontal supporting plate and penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the horizontal supporting plate, a vertical adjusting rod arranged in the vertical guiding through hole in a sliding manner, an annular stop block arranged at the upper end of the vertical adjusting rod, a compression spring sleeved on the vertical adjusting rod and positioned between the annular stop block and the horizontal supporting plate, a vertical adjusting screw hole arranged on the horizontal supporting plate and penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the horizontal supporting plate, and an adjusting bolt arranged in the vertical adjusting screw hole;
the vertical push plate is provided with a stop block matched with the adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt is positioned above the stop block, the lower end of the adjusting bolt is propped against the upper surface of the stop block,
the vertical push plate is parallel to the rotating shaft of the supporting roller, and the vertical push plate and the supporting roller are distributed along the axial direction of the horizontal guide rod.
2. The passenger car luggage compartment door panel forming apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a vertical limit baffle is further provided on an upper surface of the support flat plate, and the vertical limit baffle is perpendicular to the horizontal guide rod.
