本发明创造涉及一种新型复合过滤布,包括基布和过滤布,所述复合过滤布包括至少两层过滤布,第一层过滤布由若干经线和纬线编织而成,其经线和纬线互相垂直;第二层过滤布由若干经线和纬线编织而成,其经线与纬线之间的夹角大于零度小于90度。所述第二层过滤布经线与纬线之间的夹角为45度;过滤布的经线是玻璃纤维、丙纶长丝或玄武岩纤维,过滤布的纬线是丙纶撕裂膜。相对于现有技术,本发明复合过滤布在除尘器较大的风压下经线和纬线连接稳固、不会产生滑移,能够有效保持较好的孔径和过滤精度,过滤稳定、除尘效果好,使用寿命更长。

一种新型复合过滤布
技术领域
本发明涉及过滤布技术领域,尤其是一种用于工业除尘设备的新型复合过滤布。
背景技术
目前,现有工业除尘器使用的过滤布一般有长丝和短纤纱制成的过滤布,或者是由单丝和长丝织成的过滤布。前者由于硬度小、强度低,在除尘设备的喷吹除尘过程中容易损坏,使用寿命较短。后者的过滤布在除尘器的较大风压下单丝和长丝易滑移,造成过滤布的局部孔径增大,从而影响到过滤除尘效果。
发明内容
针对以上现有过滤布的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种过滤精度稳定、使用寿命长,过滤除尘效果更好的新型复合过滤布。
本发明的目的是通过采用以下技术方案来实现的:
一种新型复合过滤布,包括基布和过滤布,所述复合过滤布包括至少两层过滤布,第一层过滤布由若干经线和纬线编织而成,其经线和纬线互相垂直;第二层过滤布由若干经线和纬线编织而成,其经线与纬线之间的夹角大于零度小于90度。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述第二层过滤布经线与纬线之间的夹角为45度。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述过滤布的经线是玻璃纤维、丙纶长丝或玄武岩纤维,所述过滤布的纬线是丙纶撕裂膜。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述基布包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯或涤纶无纺布。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述过滤布与基布通过粘合或针刺连接复合为一体。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述复合过滤布的整体厚度为0.20毫米至0.55毫米。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本发明复合过滤布在除尘器较大的风压下经线和纬线连接稳固、不会产生滑移,能够有效保持较好的孔径和过滤精度,过滤稳定、除尘效果好,使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,一种新型复合过滤布,包括基布1和过滤布2,所述过滤布2有两层,第一层过滤布21由若干经线和纬线编织而成,其经线和纬线互相垂直;第二层过滤布22由若干经线和纬线编织而成,其经线与纬线之间的夹角大于零度小于90度。
本实施例中,所述第二层过滤布22的经线与纬线之间的夹角为45度。所述过滤2布的经线是玻璃纤维、丙纶长丝或玄武岩纤维,所述过滤布2的纬线是丙纶撕裂膜。所述基布1包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯或涤纶无纺布;过滤布2与基布1通过粘合或针刺连接复合为一体。本实施例复合过滤布的整体厚度为0.20毫米至0.55毫米。
本发明纬线采用表面较为粗糙的丙纶撕裂膜,使得经线和纬线之间的摩擦阻力增大,基布1采用无纺布并与过滤布2复合为一体,进一步增强了经线和纬线之间的作用力,即使在除尘器较大的风压下,经线和纬线也不会滑移,连接稳固,从而使过滤布能够有效保持稳定的过滤孔径,提高除尘效果,过滤布的使用寿命也进一步延长。
