A smokeless barbecue oven is characterized by comprising a motor (1), a rotating shaft (2), a chassis (3), a rotating frame (4) and a mounting frame (5); the motor (1) is connected with the lower end of the rotating shaft (2) through a coupler (6); a rotating shaft (2) hole is formed in the middle of the base plate (3), the rotating shaft (2) penetrates through the rotating shaft (2) hole, an annular track (8) is arranged on the base plate (3), and a supporting leg (9) is arranged below the base plate (3); the rotating frame (4) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (2) and arranged on the chassis (3) and comprises a connecting plate (10) and support arms (11) extending to the periphery of the connecting plate (10), and the number of the rotating frame (4) comprising the support arms (11) is even; a lower mounting hole (12) is formed in the support arm (11), and the mounting frame (5) is connected with the rotating frame (4) through the lower mounting hole (12); the mounting frame (5) comprises a connecting rod (13), an I-shaped frame (14) and a sliding mechanism (15); the number of the I-shaped frames (14) is consistent with that of the support arms (11), each I-shaped frame (14) comprises an upper cross rod (16), a lower cross rod (17) and a middle column (18), the upper cross rods (16) and the lower cross rods (17) are provided with string placing holes (19) and connecting holes (20) which correspond in position, and the middle columns (18) penetrate through the connecting holes (20) and are fixed on the upper cross rods (16) and the lower cross rods (17); the part of the middle column (18) penetrating out of the upper cross bar (16) and the lower cross bar (17) is a connector (21); a spring (25) is arranged below the connection part of the middle column (18) and the upper cross rod (16); a pull ring (26) is arranged at the top of the connection part of the middle column (18) and the upper cross rod (16); upper mounting holes (22) are formed in two ends of the connecting rod (13), and a connector (21) above the I-shaped frame (14) is sleeved in the upper mounting holes (22); the sliding mechanism (15) comprises a sliding block (23) and a connecting arm (24), the sliding block (23) is located at one end of the connecting arm (24), and the other end of the connecting arm (24) is sleeved on a connector (21) below the I-shaped frame (14); the sliding block (23) is arranged in a track on the chassis (3); the I-shaped frames (14) are connected in pairs through the connecting rods (13).

A smokeless barbecue according to claim 1, characterized in that a meat string rack joint (27) is fixed above the rotating shaft (2), and the meat string rack joint (27) is connected with a meat string rack; the meat stringing frame joint (27) comprises a groove with internal threads, and external threads are arranged at the lower end of the meat stringing frame.

A smokeless barbecue oven according to claim 3, characterized in that the smokeless barbecue oven further comprises a housing (30), a heating resistance wire (31); the shell (30) comprises an outer shell layer (32), a heat insulation layer (33) and an inner shell layer (34); the heat-insulating layer (33) is made of aluminum silicate fibers; the heating resistance wire (31) is arranged on the inner shell layer (34), and a protective net is arranged on the inner side of the inner shell layer (34); the upper side of the shell (30) is provided with a vent hole (35).
5. A smokeless barbecue according to claim 4, characterized in that the periphery of said base plate (3) is evenly distributed with oil leakage holes (36); the bottom layer of the shell (30) is provided with a water tank (37), and the chassis (3) is positioned above the water tank (37).
6. A smokeless barbecue stove according to claim 5 characterized in that said housing (30) is cylindrical, with an upper cover (38) above it and a water outlet hole (39) below it, and handles (40) at both ends of the housing (30).
7. The smokeless barbecue oven according to claim 6, characterized in that an egg frying groove (41) and a groove cover (42) matching with the egg frying groove (41) are provided on the upper cover (38), and a handle (43) is further provided on the upper cover (38).
