本发明公开了一种高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,包括外护套、凯夫拉扎丝、十字骨架和四组屏蔽型对线组,其特征在于,外护套设置于整个高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆的最外层,凯夫拉扎丝螺旋绕设于外护套的内侧面,十字骨架设置于整个高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆的最中间,四组屏蔽型对线组分别嵌于十字骨架的四个线槽中,屏蔽型对线组由铝箔屏蔽层和对线组组成,铝箔屏蔽层包覆于对线组外侧,对线组由2根绝缘线芯与2根pp撕裂带填充绳通过星形绞合制成。本发明结构稳定、电缆弯曲性能、抗干扰和保密性能高,电缆的特性阻抗小且传输性能高,针对6类及以上数据电缆加工方便,制造成本低。

Description

一种高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆
技术领域
本发明属于数据电缆的技术领域,具体涉及一种高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆。
背景技术
目前市场上的数据电缆主要包括两种,即美标100Ω的非屏蔽类数据电缆和欧标150Ω的屏蔽类数据电缆。非屏蔽类数据电缆受电缆结构的影响,其抗外界干扰能力和保密性较差,而且传输带宽达到300MHz后,其传输速率受限制;屏蔽类数据电缆增加了屏蔽层,具备良好的抗干扰能力,但屏蔽类数据电缆的特性阻抗为150Ω,其传输速率相对较慢,而且屏蔽类数据电缆由于采用分屏蔽,2芯对绞线对的结构不圆整,在成缆过程会导致结构不对称,进而导致串音衰减性能下降。现有的屏蔽数据电缆虽可提高抗电磁干扰能力和抗信号串扰性能,但它们的特性阻抗为150Ω,适用范围受限制,无法用于阻抗为100Ω的传输端口,而且这些屏蔽数据电缆采用分屏蔽,加工难度较大,很难达到工艺要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构稳定、针对6类及以上数据电缆加工方便、电缆弯曲性能、传输性能、抗干扰和保密性能高且特性阻抗为100Ω的高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,包括外护套、凯夫拉扎丝、十字骨架和四组屏蔽型对线组,其特征在于,外护套设置于整个高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆的最外层,凯夫拉扎丝螺旋绕设于弹性体外护套的内侧面,十字骨架设置于整个高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆的最中间,四组屏蔽型对线组分别嵌于十字骨架的四个线槽中,屏蔽型对线组由铝箔屏蔽层和对线组组成,铝箔屏蔽层包覆于对线组外侧,对线组由2根绝缘线芯与2根pp撕裂带填充绳通过星形绞合制成。
为优化上述技术方案,采取的具体措施还包括:所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体外侧挤塑发泡型聚四氟乙烯绝缘制成。
所述的对线组包含的2根绝缘线芯与2根pp撕裂带填充绳呈几何对称结构绞合,同时绝缘线芯采用预扭进行退扭。
所述的凯夫拉扎丝螺旋绕设于四组屏蔽对线组的外侧,以固定四组屏蔽型对线组。
所述的外护套采用EVA弹性体外护套。
所述的铝箔屏蔽层采用皱纹铝箔。
所述的铝箔屏蔽层通过激光冷焊接方式包覆于对线组外侧,与各个绝缘线芯的发泡型聚四氟乙烯绝缘和pp撕裂带填充绳的外侧面相切。
本发明相对于现有技术的优势是:
1)绝缘线芯采用的发泡型聚四氟乙烯绝缘较常用的聚乙烯绝缘具有更优异的物理性能,其介电常数更低,同时采用发泡结构,可更有效地降低绝缘线芯的同轴电容;
2)绝缘线芯与pp撕裂带填充绳采用星形绞合组成对线组,星形绞合可有效地增加对线组的导体之间的距离,从而降低对线组的工作电容,同时绝缘线芯采用预扭进行退扭,可有效地降低因绝缘偏心造成的对地电容不平衡系数,提高电缆的均匀性,从而提高电缆传输性能;同时pp撕裂带具有优异的电气性能,pp撕裂带填充绳也可明显地降低对线组的工作电容且使对线组的结构更加圆整稳定;
3)铝箔屏蔽层采用激光冷焊接方式包覆对线组,可避免烫伤较细的绝缘线芯,同时焊接工艺可保证铝箔屏蔽层完全密封,较重叠包覆铝箔屏蔽具有更加优异的屏蔽抗干扰性能且节省制造成本;
4)进一步地,铝箔屏蔽层采用皱纹铝箔,外护套采用EVA弹性体外护套,可有效提高数据电缆的抗拉和抗弯曲等机械物理性能。
5)四组屏蔽型对线组成缆,分布于十字骨架四角处,外侧疏绕一条凯夫拉扎丝,可有效提高数据电缆的结构稳定性,从而提高数据电缆的防串音干扰能力,同时疏绕的凯夫拉扎丝可用作撕裂绳。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,一种高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,包括弹性体外护套1、凯夫拉扎丝2、十字骨架3和四组屏蔽型对线组4,弹性体外护套1设置于整个高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆的最外层,凯夫拉扎丝2螺旋绕设于弹性体外护套1的内侧面,十字骨架3设置于整个高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆的最中间,四组屏蔽型对线组4分别嵌于十字骨架3的四个线槽中,屏蔽型对线组4由铝箔屏蔽层5和对线组组成,铝箔屏蔽层5包覆于对线组外侧,对线组由2根绝缘线芯6与2根pp撕裂带填充绳7通过星形绞合制成。
实施例中,绝缘线芯6由铜导体8经连续拉丝退火后,在外面连续挤塑一层发泡型聚四氟乙烯绝缘9制成,发泡型聚四氟乙烯绝缘9较常用的聚乙烯绝缘具有更优异的物理性能,其介电常数更低,同时采用发泡结构,可更有效地降低绝缘线芯的同轴电容。
所述的对线组包含的2根绝缘线芯6与2根pp撕裂带填充绳7呈几何对称结构绞合,同时绝缘线芯6采用预扭进行退扭,可有效地降低因绝缘偏心造成的对地电容不平衡系数,提高电缆的均匀性,从而提高电缆传输性能。
实施例中,凯夫拉扎丝2螺旋饶设于四组屏蔽型对线组4的外侧,以固定四组屏蔽型对线组4,提高数据电缆的结构稳定性,进而提高数据电缆的防串音干扰能力,同时凯夫拉扎丝还可用作撕裂绳。
实施例中,铝箔屏蔽层5采用皱纹铝箔,外护套7采用EVA弹性体外护套,可有效提高数据电缆的抗拉和抗弯曲等性能。
实施例中,所述的铝箔屏蔽层5通过激光冷焊接方式包覆于对线组外侧,与各个绝缘线芯6的发泡型聚四氟乙烯绝缘9和pp撕裂带填充绳7的外侧面相切,因绝缘线芯6较细,激光冷焊接可避免烫伤绝缘线芯6,同时焊接工艺可保证铝箔屏蔽层5完全密封,较重叠包覆铝箔屏蔽具有更加优异的屏蔽抗干扰性能且节省制造成本。

1.一种高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,包括弹性体外护套(1)、凯夫拉扎丝(2)、十字骨架(3)和四组屏蔽型对线组(4),其特征在于,所述的弹性体外护套(1)设置于整个高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆的最外层,所述的凯夫拉扎丝(2)螺旋绕设于弹性体外护套(1)的内侧面,所述的十字骨架(3)设置于整个高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆的最中间,四组屏蔽型对线组(4)分别嵌于十字骨架(3)的四个线槽中,所述的屏蔽型对线组(4)由铝箔屏蔽层(5)和对线组组成,所述的铝箔屏蔽层(5)饶设于所述的对线组外侧,所述的对线组由2根绝缘线芯(6)与2根pp撕裂带填充绳(7)通过星形绞合制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯(6)由铜导体(8)外侧挤塑发泡型聚四氟乙烯绝缘(9)制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,其特征在于:所述的对线组包含的2根绝缘线芯(6)与2根pp撕裂带填充绳(7)呈几何对称结构绞合,同时绝缘线芯(6)采用预扭进行退扭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,其特征在于:所述的凯夫拉扎丝(2)螺旋绕设于四组屏蔽对线组的外侧,以固定四组屏蔽型对线组(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,其特征在于:所述的外护套(7)采用EVA弹性体外护套。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝箔屏蔽层(5)采用皱纹铝箔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高带宽屏蔽类100Ω数据电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝箔屏蔽层(5)通过激光冷焊接方式包覆于对线组外侧,与各个绝缘线芯(6)的发泡型聚四氟乙烯绝缘(9)和pp撕裂带填充绳(7)的外侧面相切。
