Through the terminal recovery device 100 recovers the valuation to the terminal, the automation degree of the equipment is improved, the working cost of personnel is reduced, the valuation efficiency is improved, and the parameter information can be prevented from being mistaken due to artificial reasons.

1. A terminal recycling apparatus, comprising:
the shell is provided with a pick-and-place port for the terminal to pass through;
the input device is used for a user to input the model of the terminal;
the placing frame is arranged in the shell and is positioned at the corresponding position of the taking and placing opening, the placing frame is provided with an inclined plane and a plane, the terminal is placed on the inclined plane, the bottom of the terminal is abutted against the plane, and the inclined plane is provided with a first contact switch;
the detection mechanism comprises a detection platform, a lifting mechanism, a first push rod mechanism and a second push rod mechanism, wherein a data connector is arranged on the detection platform, the lifting mechanism is used for driving the terminal to vertically move to a position corresponding to the data connector according to the received terminal model, the first push rod mechanism is used for pushing the terminal to be connected with the data connector, and the second push rod mechanism is used for pushing the terminal to be separated from the data connector;
the moving mechanism comprises a first moving assembly, a second moving assembly and a moving sliding table, the first moving assembly and the second moving assembly are arranged on two sides of the placing frame and used for clamping a terminal placed on the placing frame and conveying the terminal to a corresponding position of the lifting mechanism through the moving sliding table, and the first moving assembly and the second moving assembly are further used for clamping the detected terminal and moving the terminal to the placing frame through the moving sliding table; the movable sliding table is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell respectively, the first movable assembly and the second movable assembly respectively comprise a rotary cylinder, telescopic cylinders and clamping blocks, the rotary cylinder drives the clamping blocks to rotate through the telescopic cylinders, the two telescopic cylinders respectively drive the two clamping blocks to move relatively, and the clamping blocks are made of soft materials;
the photographing mechanism is suspended above the placing groove and used for acquiring a surface photo of the terminal;
the system comprises a camera, a camera mechanism, a data connector, a detection module, a wireless sending module and an evaluation module, wherein the camera mechanism is used for shooting a terminal appearance picture, the identification module is used for detecting the terminal parameters through the data connector, the detection module is used for obtaining the terminal appearance picture obtained by the camera mechanism and analyzing the terminal appearance picture, the identification module and the detection module are connected with the evaluation module, and the evaluation module carries out evaluation according to the parameter information and the appearance information of the terminal and sends out evaluation information through the wireless sending module.

The terminal recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the detection platform has a placement slot matching with the terminal, the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting cylinder and a placement plate for carrying the terminal, the placement plate is horizontally placed in the placement slot, a second contact switch is disposed on an upper surface of the placement plate, and when the second contact switch senses the terminal, the lifting mechanism drives the terminal to move to a position corresponding to the data interface.
3. The terminal recycling device according to claim 2, wherein the first pushing rod mechanism is disposed at one side of the placing slot and comprises a first pushing cylinder and a first top block, and the first pushing cylinder pushes the first top block to move.

The terminal recycling device according to claim 3, wherein the second pushing rod mechanism is opposite to the first pushing cylinder and comprises a second pushing cylinder, a pushing bracket, a second ejector block and a third ejector block corresponding to the second ejector block, and the second pushing cylinder drives the second ejector block and the third ejector block to move through the pushing bracket.

The terminal recycling device according to claim 4, wherein a joint assembly is disposed on the same side of the placement slot as the second pushing rod mechanism, the joint assembly is disposed between the second top block and the third top block, a data joint corresponding to a data interface of the terminal is disposed on the joint assembly, the data joint is used for reading parameter information of the terminal, and the data joint is connected to the identification module.

The terminal recycling device according to claim 5, wherein the joint assembly further comprises a joint mounting housing, and a joint mounting plate, a driving mechanism and a joint pushing cylinder disposed in the joint mounting housing, the driving mechanism can drive the joint mounting plate to move, the joint mounting plate is provided with a plurality of data joints, the data joints respectively correspond to different types of terminal data interfaces, the mounting housing is provided with a joint outlet, and the pushing cylinder drives the data joints to make telescopic motion relative to the joint outlet.

The terminal recycling device according to claim 6, wherein the driving mechanism drives the connector mounting plate to move according to the received terminal model, so as to move the data connector matching with the terminal model to a corresponding position, the connector pushing cylinder pushes a portion of the data connector to extend to the outside of the connector mounting shell, and the first pushing rod mechanism pushes the terminal, so that the terminal data interface is connected with the data connector.

The terminal recycling device according to claim 7, wherein a pressure sensor is disposed between the first pushing cylinder and the first top block, the first pushing rod mechanism pushes the terminal to move towards the data connector, and when a pressure detected by the pressure sensor reaches a predetermined value, the first pushing rod mechanism starts to return.

The terminal recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the photographing mechanism comprises a telescopic mechanism and a camera, the telescopic mechanism is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the housing and can drive the camera to move in a vertical direction, and the camera is connected with the detection module.
