Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a technology for synthesizing a total accident signal of a power plant, in particular to a method and a system for synthesizing a total accident signal of the power plant for dispatching, which are used for synthesizing the total accident signal of the power plant according to various local signals of the power plant so as to be conveniently transmitted to a power grid dispatching control center.
Background
The accident total signal is a power failure of equipment caused by whether serious faults occur or not in the representation of a power plant and a transformer substation, and is generally synthesized according to certain logic according to local data information (such as switch trip information, a protection action signal, a switch position signal and the like). And the accident total signal is sent to a power grid dispatching control center, is used for overall dispatching and emergency treatment starting of the whole power system, and is very important information data in safe and stable operation of the power system.
The existing accident total signal synthesis method and system related to scheduling are fewer: for example, the chinese patent document No. 201410207606.2 discloses a method for rapidly positioning an interval fault of an accident substation, in which a protection opening outlet signal and a switch opening signal are logically synthesized into a total accident signal, but the method does not relate to a power plant, the unit interval of the power plant is greatly different from the substation, the protection opening outlet signal is likely to be sent out even when the power plant is stopped, and the method cannot avoid total accident missending during maintenance, so that the power plant cannot adopt the method; if the device is also disclosed in the patent document No. 201610428779.6, the device can automatically collect and release the power grid fault information, collect all the telemetering and remote signaling data to a central processing unit (a dispatching control center), and then analyze, judge and reverse-correct the data.
At present, the method for synthesizing the accident total signal of the power plant is simpler, and generally, the protection signal is directly 'and' is taken as the accident total signal to be sent up. The protection signals involved in the synthesis include protection trip signals, protection alarm signals and even protection starting signals. This results in that when the power plant is started/stopped and operated for switching, the grid dispatching control center receives a large amount of total signals of mishaped accidents, which seriously affects the overall dispatching and emergency disposal of the power system.
And a large amount of local data information (such as switch trip information, protection action signals, switch position signals and the like) is far beyond the power grid dispatching control center, and then the accident is identified. This is obviously unlikely. And more sensors and sampling devices are added on the spot, so that the data information amount is increased, and the accuracy of the synthesized accident total signal is improved. This is also less easy to implement from a cost point of view.
Therefore, a method and a system for synthesizing a total accident signal of a power plant for scheduling are needed, which can synthesize relatively accurate total accident signal data of the power plant on site only by using the existing local data information, so that a power grid scheduling control center can accurately master the operation condition of grid-connected power plant equipment, and the method and the system are favorable for the safe and stable operation of a power system.

The signal of the trip position relay TWJ is a signal which reflects that the protection action is in trip, if the protection action is in trip, the signal of the trip position relay TWJ is 1; the signal of the trip position relay TWJ is 0 if the protection is not acting on the trip. The operation state judgment signal is used for avoiding the error triggering of the interval accident signal when the generator set is stopped, and the overhaul state signal is used for avoiding the error triggering of the interval accident signal when the overhaul test is carried out.
