本发明公开一种隔离开关动触头转动角度检测方法,在动触头的下端设置角度检测装置,所述角度检测装置包括设置在动触头转轴上的编码器,所述编码器与主控器连接,主控器与天线连接;所述主控器由电池组或太阳能电池组供电;所述编码器采集动触头的转动角度信号输送至主控制器,主控制器通过天线将信号传输至接收装置。本发明的优点是:采用角度检测功能的结构,可以远程判断开关接触不良产生的原因,避免了大量的人工操作。

本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,具体说是一种隔离开关转动角度的检测方法。
背景技术
现有的隔离开关一般采用整体结构的动触头组和静触头组,通过动触头组的移动或旋转实现电路的连通或断开;该结构的缺点是:由于动触头是由驱动结构的电机驱动,电机驱动动触头往往采用齿轮的啮合传递动能,由于隔离开关一般设置在野外,受到野外恶劣气候影响,齿轮的啮合常常发生异常,有时,开关接触不好时无法判断是由于驱动机构的原因还是动触头与静触头的接触位置不正确所带来的接触不良。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有角度检测功能的隔离开关,具体技术方案如下:
一种隔离开关动触头转动角度检测方法,在动触头的下端设置角度检测装置,所述角度检测装置包括设置在动触头转轴上的编码器,所述编码器与主控器连接,主控器与天线连接;所述主控器由电池组或太阳能电池组供电;所述编码器采集动触头的转动角度信号输送至主控制器,主控制器通过天线将信号传输至接收装置。所述主控器采用西门子公司的786ES7350系列PLC。
本发明的优点是:采用角度检测功能的结构,可以远程判断开关接触不良产生的原因,避免了大量的人工操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图所示,本发明包括上横担1、下横担2;上横担1与下横担2间为两组静触头8及一组动触头9;所述动触头9及静触头8的转轴5上设置绝缘子4,动触头9的转轴5的下端与下横担2下方的驱动机构连接;所述动触头9的下端设置角度检测装置6,所述角度检测装置6包括设置在动触头转轴上的编码器,所述编码器包括两部分,一部分为固定在转轴5上活动端61,另一部分为固定在下横担2上的环形固定端62,活动端与固定端同心设置;所述编码器与主控器63连接,主控器63与天线65连接;所述主控器63由电池组或太阳能电池组供电,主控器63检测太阳能电池组的电量输出,确定供电方式,白天以太阳能电池组供电为主,夜晚由电池供电;所述编码器采集动触头的转动角度信号输送至主控制器63,主控制器63通过天线65将信号传输至接收装置。
所述主控器63采用西门子公司的786ES7350系列PLC。
