Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂,其由组份A和组份B按60~65:35~40的质量比在120~130℃条件下均质1~3h制成;所述组份A由以下质量组份的原料制成:玉米淀粉40份、双氧水2~3份、氢氧化钠2~3份、环氧氯丙烷改性脲醛树脂3~5份、丙烯酸脂1~3份、聚乙烯醇5~10份、水100份;所述组份B由以下质量组份的原料制成:钠基膨润土40份、碳酸钠3~5份、甘油2~3份、聚乙烯醇10~15份、磷酸三丁脂0.5~1份、水100份。本发明的复合粘合剂具有粘合强度高、分散性和速干效果好以及安全环保的特点,特别适用于食品、饮品、药品和化妆品的包装纸箱粘合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂,属于包装技术领域。
背景技术
瓦楞纸箱是常用的包装材料,瓦楞纸箱生产中粘合剂为必不可少的生产材料。所用的粘合剂主要有泡花碱、玉米淀粉胶和聚乙烯醇三种,泡花碱粘合剂因易受潮开胶和碱污已逐步淘汰;玉米淀粉胶粘合剂由于胶液较稀会造成吐楞和倒楞,且成本较高和受潮后易霉变;聚乙烯醇水溶液粘合剂由于粘结力强,因此得到广泛应用,但该粘合剂辊涂性差、成本高,而且同样存在吐楞、倒楞的问题,同样存在不足。
在现有技术中,通过向淀粉胶中添加其他成分来改善其性能,如添加甲醛以提高防腐能力,添加硼砂以提高防霉能力。但此类添加成分往往含有对人体有刺激性或有毒,存在安全隐患,特别是用于对食品、饮品、化妆品的纸质包装,存在不足。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂。本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂,其由组份A和组份B按60~65:35~40的质量比在120~130℃条件下均质1~3h制成。
所述组份A由以下质量组份的原料制成:玉米淀粉40份、双氧水2~3份、氢氧化钠2~3份、环氧氯丙烷改性脲醛树脂3~5份、丙烯酸脂1~3份、聚乙烯醇5~10份、水100份。
所述组份B由以下质量组份的原料制成:钠基膨润土40份、碳酸钠3~5份、甘油2~3份、聚乙烯醇10~15份、磷酸三丁脂0.5~1份、水100份。
所述的一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂,其制备方法包括:
(1)组份A的制备:取80份水将玉米淀粉制浆,依次加入双氧水和氢氧化钠在90~100℃条件下氧化、糊化后保温;再取20份水升温至100℃,降入聚乙烯醇制备聚乙烯醇溶液后保温;再将糊化后的玉米淀粉浆液与聚乙烯醇溶液混合后加入环氧氯丙烷改性脲醛树脂和丙烯酸脂,保温反应3~5h,得组份A。
(2)组份B的制备:取80份水将钠基膨润土制浆,依次加入碳酸钠和甘油制备钠基膨润土浆液;再取20份水升温至100℃,降入聚乙烯醇制备聚乙烯醇溶液后保温;再将钠基膨润土浆液与聚乙烯醇溶液混合搅拌反应1~3h后加入磷酸三丁脂消泡,得组份B。
(3)复合粘合剂的制备:按60~65:35~40的质量比取组份A和组份B,在120~130℃条件下均质1~3h,得复合粘合剂。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的复合粘合剂采用玉米淀粉和钠基膨润土双组份,通过聚乙烯醇和丙烯酸脂改性,具有初粘力强、粘合强度高、干燥速度快、分散效果好、耐候性好、易储存、遇潮不开胶和无有毒有害成份释放、安全环保的特点,特别适用于食品、饮品、药品和化妆品的包装纸箱粘合。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述:
实施例:
一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂,其由组份A和组份B按60:40的质量比在130℃条件下均质3h制成。
所述组份A由以下质量组份的原料制成:玉米淀粉40份、双氧水3份、氢氧化钠3份、环氧氯丙烷改性脲醛树脂5份、丙烯酸脂3份、聚乙烯醇10份、水100份。
所述组份B由以下质量组份的原料制成:钠基膨润土40份、碳酸钠5份、甘油2份、聚乙烯醇10份、磷酸三丁脂0.5份、水100份。
所述的一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂,其制备方法包括:
(1)组份A的制备:取80份水将玉米淀粉制浆,依次加入双氧水和氢氧化钠在95℃条件下氧化、糊化后保温;再取20份水升温至100℃,降入聚乙烯醇制备聚乙烯醇溶液后保温;再将糊化后的玉米淀粉浆液与聚乙烯醇溶液混合后加入环氧氯丙烷改性脲醛树脂和丙烯酸脂,保温反应4h,得组份A。
(2)组份B的制备:取80份水将钠基膨润土制浆,依次加入碳酸钠和甘油制备钠基膨润土浆液;再取20份水升温至100℃,降入聚乙烯醇制备聚乙烯醇溶液后保温;再将钠基膨润土浆液与聚乙烯醇溶液混合搅拌反应3h后加入磷酸三丁脂消泡,得组份B。
(3)复合粘合剂的制备:按60:40的质量比取组份A和组份B,在130℃条件下均质3h,得复合粘合剂。
本发明的复合粘合剂采用玉米淀粉和钠基膨润土双组份,通过聚乙烯醇和丙烯酸脂改性,具有初粘力强、粘合强度高、干燥速度快、分散效果好、耐候性好、易储存、遇潮不开胶和无有毒有害成份释放、安全环保的特点,特别适用于食品、饮品、药品和化妆品的包装纸箱粘合。

Claims (2)
1.一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂,其特征在于:其由组份A和组份B按60~65:35~40的质量比在120~130℃条件下均质1~3h制成;
所述组份A由以下质量组份的原料制成:玉米淀粉40份、双氧水2~3份、氢氧化钠2~3份、环氧氯丙烷改性脲醛树脂3~5份、丙烯酸脂1~3份、聚乙烯醇5~10份、水100份;
所述组份B由以下质量组份的原料制成:钠基膨润土40份、碳酸钠3~5份、甘油2~3份、聚乙烯醇10~15份、磷酸三丁脂0.5~1份、水100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱用环保型复合粘合剂,其特征在于:其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)组份A的制备:取80份水将玉米淀粉制浆,依次加入双氧水和氢氧化钠在90~100℃条件下氧化、糊化后保温;再取20份水升温至100℃,降入聚乙烯醇制备聚乙烯醇溶液后保温;再将糊化后的玉米淀粉浆液与聚乙烯醇溶液混合后加入环氧氯丙烷改性脲醛树脂和丙烯酸脂,保温反应3~5h,得组份A;
(2)组份B的制备:取80份水将钠基膨润土制浆,依次加入碳酸钠和甘油制备钠基膨润土浆液;再取20份水升温至100℃,降入聚乙烯醇制备聚乙烯醇溶液后保温;再将钠基膨润土浆液与聚乙烯醇溶液混合搅拌反应1~3h后加入磷酸三丁脂消泡,得组份B;
(3)复合粘合剂的制备:按60~65:35~40的质量比取组份A和组份B,在120~130℃条件下均质1~3h,得复合粘合剂。
