Abstract
本发明公开了一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,包括A组分、B组分和催干剂,按重量计其配方如下:A组分包括15‑35份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、45‑60份聚醚多元醇、1‑3份抗氧剂、1‑3份紫外线剂吸收剂;B组分包括15‑30份聚醚多元醇、3‑10份聚氨酯微球、2‑6份扩链交联剂、2‑4份植物油增塑剂、5‑12份聚酰胺增稠剂、5‑10份颜料、15‑38份填料和0.5‑3份防霉剂,本发明制得塑胶跑道不含颗粒,属自结纹塑胶跑道,因此不存在脱粒情况,大大减少了人工清扫等维修成本,极大的提高了场地的使用寿命;同时通过聚氨酯微球的作用,材料强度高、耐磨性好、同底层粘接力强,其耐磨性和使用寿命大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种跑道喷涂材料,尤其是一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料。
背景技术
塑胶跑道又称全天候运动跑道,由聚氨酯预聚体、混合聚醚、废轮胎橡胶、EPDM橡胶粒或PU颗粒、颜料、助剂、填料组成。塑胶跑道具有平整度好、抗压强度高、硬度弹性适当、物理性能稳定的特性,有利于运动员速度和技术的发挥,有效地提高运动成绩,降低摔伤率。塑胶跑道是由聚氨酯橡胶等材料组成的,具有一定的弹性和色彩,具有一定的抗紫外线能力和耐老化力是国际上公认的最佳全天候室外运动场地坪材料。其凭借杰出的运动性能和使用寿命在运动场所中的普及率已越来越高,其发展空间巨大。 塑胶跑道根据其施工的结构、用料可分为:预制型塑胶跑道、全塑型塑胶跑道、混合型塑胶跑道、复合型塑胶跑道、透气型塑胶跑道。预制型塑胶跑道与全塑型塑胶跑道造价成本高,因此在市场上很少见到。复合型与透气性虽然造价较低,但其使用寿命较短。混合型塑胶跑道很好的平衡了性能与造价的关系,因此在广大运动场所中大量使用。目前混合型塑胶跑道表面止滑层主要有两种施工工艺:撒颗粒和用塑胶混掺颗粒喷在底层上。其也存在的缺点就是:前者表层颗粒易脱离和磨损;后者表层过薄,同样易磨损。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,包括A组分、B组分和催干剂,按重量计其配方如下:A组分包括15-35份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、45-60份聚醚多元醇、1-3份抗氧剂、1-3份紫外线剂吸收剂;B组分包括15-30份聚醚多元醇、3-10份聚氨酯微球、2-6份扩链交联剂、2-4份植物油增塑剂、5-12份聚酰胺增稠剂、5-10份颜料、15-38份填料和0.5-3份防霉剂。
优选地,所述A组分与B组分的配比为1:(1-2.5)。
优选地,所述催干剂为稀土催干剂、锌催干剂中的一种或两种的混合。
进一步,所述催干剂为稀土催干剂和锌催干剂的混合物。
进一步,所述稀土催干剂和锌催干剂按重量比为1:(2-5)。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制得塑胶跑道不含颗粒,属自结纹塑胶跑道,因此不存在脱粒情况,大大减少了人工清扫等维修成本,极大的提高了场地的使用寿命;同时通过聚氨酯微球的作用,材料强度高、耐磨性好、同底层粘接力强,其耐磨性和使用寿命大大提高。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,包括A组分、B组分和催干剂,按重量计其配方如下:A组分包括15份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、45份聚醚多元醇、1份抗氧剂、1份紫外线剂吸收剂;B组分包括15份聚醚多元醇、3份聚氨酯微球、2份扩链交联剂、2份植物油增塑剂、5份聚酰胺增稠剂、5份颜料、15份填料和0.5份防霉剂;催干剂为稀土催干剂和锌催干剂的混合物,稀土催干剂和锌催干剂按重量比为1:2。
实施例2:一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,包括A组分、B组分和催干剂,按重量计其配方如下:A组分包括20份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、50份聚醚多元醇、2份抗氧剂、2份紫外线剂吸收剂;B组分包括20份聚醚多元醇、5份聚氨酯微球、4份扩链交联剂、3份植物油增塑剂、8份聚酰胺增稠剂、8份颜料、25份填料和2份防霉剂,催干剂为稀土催干剂和锌催干剂的混合物,稀土催干剂和锌催干剂按重量比为1:3。
实施例3:一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,包括A组分、B组分和催干剂,按重量计其配方如下:A组分包括35份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、60份聚醚多元醇、3份抗氧剂、3份紫外线剂吸收剂;B组分包括30份聚醚多元醇、10份聚氨酯微球、6份扩链交联剂、4份植物油增塑剂、12份聚酰胺增稠剂、10份颜料、38份填料和3份防霉剂,催干剂为稀土催干剂和锌催干剂的混合物,稀土催干剂和锌催干剂按重量比为1:5。
本发明制得塑胶跑道不含颗粒,属自结纹塑胶跑道,因此不存在脱粒情况,大大减少了人工清扫等维修成本,极大的提高了场地的使用寿命;同时通过聚氨酯微球的作用,材料强度高、耐磨性好、同底层粘接力强,其耐磨性和使用寿命大大提高。

1.一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,其特征在于:包括A组分、B组分和催干剂,按重量计其配方如下:A组分包括15-35份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、45-60份聚醚多元醇、1-3份抗氧剂、1-3份紫外线剂吸收剂;B组分包括15-30份聚醚多元醇、3-10份聚氨酯微球、2-6份扩链交联剂、2-4份植物油增塑剂、5-12份聚酰胺增稠剂、5-10份颜料、15-38份填料和0.5-3份防霉剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述A组分与B组分的配比为1:(1-2.5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述催干剂为稀土催干剂、锌催干剂中的一种或两种的混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述催干剂为稀土催干剂和锌催干剂的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自结纹塑胶跑道喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述稀土催干剂和锌催干剂按重量比为1:(2-5)。
