本发明是一种瓷白玻璃,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%膨润土,10~35%复合维生素,1~10%复合矿物质,0~3%氯化胆碱,0~2.5%晶体赖氨酸,5~20%啤酒酵母,10~20%微生物添加剂,30~60%磷酸二氢钙,通过本方法制备的产品,既能有效降低熔化温度、降低能耗,又能节约原材料,减少资源浪费,降低生产成本。

乳浊玻璃作为一种半透明乳白色的玻璃,外观类似玉器,其具有明显的玻璃特征,一般用于照明器材和需要透光而不见物体的设备,但不适合用来制造对外观要求较高的化妆品瓶、酒瓶和酒杯等玻璃制品。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种瓷白玻璃,既能有效降低熔化温度、降低能耗,又能节约原材料,减少资源浪费,降低生产成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种瓷白玻璃,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%膨润土,10~35%复合维生素,1~10%复合矿物质, 0~3%氯化胆碱,0~2.5%晶体赖氨酸,5~20%啤酒酵母,10~20%微生物添加剂,30~60%磷酸二氢钙。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,既能有效降低熔化温度、降低能耗,又能节约原材料,减少资源浪费,降低生产成本。

一种瓷白玻璃,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%膨润土,10%复合维生素,1%复合矿物质,1%氯化胆碱,1%晶体赖氨酸,5%啤酒酵母,10%微生物添加剂,30%磷酸二氢钙,此时耗能降低不足。

一种瓷白玻璃,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%膨润土,35%复合维生素,10%复合矿物质,3%氯化胆碱,2.5%晶体赖氨酸,20%啤酒酵母,20%微生物添加剂,60%磷酸二氢钙,此时生产成本较高。

一种瓷白玻璃,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%膨润土,23%复合维生素,5%复合矿物质, 1.5%氯化胆碱,1.25%晶体赖氨酸,13%啤酒酵母,15%微生物添加剂,45%磷酸二氢钙,此时既能有效降低熔化温度、降低能耗,又能节约原材料,减少资源浪费,降低生产成本。

1.一种瓷白玻璃,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%膨润土,10~35%复合维生素,1~10%复合矿物质,0~3%氯化胆碱,0~2.5%晶体赖氨酸,5~20%啤酒酵母,10~20%微生物添加剂,30~60%磷酸二氢钙。
