The upper part of the rear side of the stand is provided with a trolley handle 16, a brake handle 17 is arranged between the trolley handle 16 and the stand, the lower part of the rear side of the stand is horizontally provided with a pedal cross bar, the top of the rear side of the stand is provided with a control panel 15, a forward extending button, a backward moving button, a left moving button, a right moving button, a lifting button, a descending button, a vacuum pump button and a display are arranged on the control panel 15, when the device is operated, the trolley handle 16 is held by thumb and forefinger, then the middle finger and the ring finger are put on the brake handle 17, when braking is needed, the middle finger and the ring finger are held and pinched, and the brake handle 17 is pulled backward, so that the braking action can be realized; the middle finger and ring finger are loosened, and the brake handle 17 is automatically reset, namely, the braking action is released, and because the front side of the device is heavy, the device is preferably prevented from turning over by stepping on the pedal cross rod by one foot during operation.
Preferably, the supporting part 1 is a cabinet body, the vacuum pump and the controller are arranged in the cabinet body, a cabinet door is arranged at the rear side of the cabinet body, and the cart handle 16 and the pedal cross rod are arranged on the cabinet door; the number of the vacuum chucks is 8, and the 8 vacuum chucks are arranged in an array.
The upper side of the lower bottom surface of the rear end of the shovel hook 28 is provided with an anti-slip rubber mat which can prevent the cover plate from sliding off the shovel hook 28.
The power supply of the device is preferably a rechargeable lithium battery, and the controller of the device is preferably a PLC controller.
A method of prying a cable trench cover using the device;
1) Turning on a power switch of the device;
2) Pushing the device to a proper position above the cable trench cover plate, extending the lifting plate forwards and moving the lifting plate left and right to a proper position through the button, and descending the lifting plate to a proper height;
3) When the first cable trench cover plate is pried, the shovel hook is required to be taken down for operation. For the cover plate with the lifting handle, the lifting plate hook can be hooked on the lifting handle of the cover plate; for a cover plate without a handle, the vacuum sucker is closely attached to the upper surface of the cover plate (the surface of the cover plate is required to be flat), then the vacuum pump is turned on, and when the vacuum set value is reached, the cover plate can be pried;
4) The lifting button is clicked, the cover plate is slowly lifted, and after the interference phenomenon such as jamming and the like of the cover plate is confirmed, the cover plate is lifted to a proper height (note: in the whole process of lifting the cover plate, the cover plate is stepped on a pedal cross rod below the frame by a single foot, so that the device is prevented from tipping over and falling down;
5) Pressing a back button to retract the cover plate and place the cover plate on the table top;
6) A hand-pulling or pushing device for conveying the cover plate to a designated position (the speed is controlled by gripping the trolley handle and the brake handle by two hands when the cover plate is required to be decelerated and stopped in the moving process);
7) The extension button is pressed to extend the cover plate to the forefront end, and then the lowering button (note: in the whole process of descending the cover plate, the cover plate is stepped on a pedal cross rod below the frame by a single foot to prevent the device from tipping over, the cover plate is placed at a designated position, and the hook is taken down or the vacuum pump is shut down;
8) Returning the lifting plate to the middle part to finish the prying work of the first cover plate;
The subsequent prying operation of the cover plate (for example, the surface of the cover plate is flat, and the prying operation of all the cover plates can be completed by using a vacuum chuck, so that the operation is convenient):
9) Taking down the hook and installing the shovel hook;
10 Pushing the device to a position slightly before the cover plate above the cover plate, extending the lifting plate to the front end, moving the lifting plate to a proper position left and right, and then descending the lifting plate to a proper height;
11 Pulling the device back to place the target cover plate in the shovel hook;
12 If the lifting button is clicked, the cover plate is slowly lifted, and after confirming that the cover plate has no interference phenomena such as clamping stagnation, the cover plate is lifted to a proper height (note: in the whole process of lifting the cover plate, the cover plate is stepped on a pedal cross rod below the frame by a single foot, so that the device is prevented from tipping over and falling down;
13 A back button is pressed, and the cover plate is retracted and placed on the table top;
14 Hand pulling or pushing device to transport the cover plate to the appointed position;
15 The extension button is pressed, the cover plate is extended to the forefront end, and then the lowering button (note: in the whole process, a single foot is used to step on a pedal cross rod below the frame to prevent the device from tipping over, the cover plate is placed at a designated position (two cushion blocks such as wood strips are prepared for placement, and the shovel hook is taken out manually);
16 The lifting plate is returned to the middle part, a shovel hook is arranged, and the prying work of the cover plate is completed.
When the cover plate is restored, the operation method is identical to the method.

Cable trench cover prizing and transporting integrated device, its characterized in that: the lifting device comprises a frame, wherein the frame comprises a vertically arranged supporting part, a table top is vertically arranged at the bottom of the front side of the supporting part, bearing rods are vertically arranged at the top of the front side of the supporting part, two bearing rods are arranged, the two bearing rods are oppositely arranged left and right, the length of each bearing rod is longer than that of the table top, a three-dimensional driving mechanism is arranged between the two bearing rods, the bottom end of the three-dimensional driving mechanism is connected with a lifting plate which is horizontally arranged, the middle parts of the left end and the right end of the lower side of the lifting plate are respectively connected with a hook with an upward opening, the upper part of the lifting plate is provided with a sucker mounting plate which is opposite to the lifting plate, a threaded hole and a through hole are formed in the sucker mounting plate, a screw rod penetrates through the threaded hole and extends to the lifting plate, a plurality of vacuum chucks with downward openings are arranged on the lifting plate, holes are formed in the lifting plate corresponding to the positions of the vacuum chucks, the vacuum chucks penetrate through the holes of the lifting plate, the lifting plate or the lifting plate is hung with a shovel, the shovel mounting plate comprises an upper top surface, a lower surface and a front side surface, a front side surface and a front side surface are respectively connected with the lifting plate through the upper surface and the upper surface of the lifting plate and the lifting plate, and the upper surface of the lifting plate are respectively provided with a vacuum chuck through the upper and the upper surface and the lower surface of the lifting plate through the vertical lifting plate and the lifting device respectively;

The cable trench cover prying and transporting integrated device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the three-dimensional driving mechanism comprises a longitudinal carriage, a transverse carriage, a longitudinal electric push rod, transverse electric push rods, lifting electric push rods, sliding rails and sliding blocks, wherein the sliding rails comprise a first sliding rail and a second sliding rail, the sliding rails comprise a first sliding block and a second sliding block, the first sliding rail is respectively arranged on the top surfaces of two bearing rods, the first sliding block is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the longitudinal carriage, the first sliding block is matched with the first sliding rail, the second sliding rail is respectively arranged on the front side and the back side of the top surface of the longitudinal carriage, the second sliding block is respectively arranged on the front side and the back side of the bottom surface of the transverse carriage, the second sliding block is matched with the second sliding rail, the longitudinal electric push rods are arranged on a frame, the longitudinal electric push rods are arranged along the length direction of the bearing rods, the output ends of the longitudinal electric push rods are connected with the longitudinal carriage, the output ends of the transverse electric push rods are respectively arranged on the longitudinal carriage and are connected with the transverse carriage through connecting blocks which are vertically arranged, the middle parts of the longitudinal carriage are provided with holes, the lifting electric push rods are fixedly arranged on the bottom surfaces of the lifting electric push rods, and the lifting electric push rods are fixedly arranged on the middle parts of the bottom surfaces of the lifting electric push rods and are connected with the lifting electric push rods through the lifting holes.

The cable trench cover prying and transporting integrated device as defined in claim 2, wherein: the device still includes controller, forward button, back button, left shift button, right shift button, promotion button, decline button, vacuum pump button, vacuum pressure gauge and display, forward button, back button, left shift button, right shift button, promotion button, decline button, vacuum pump button, vacuum pressure gauge output link to each other with the controller respectively, the controller output links to each other with vertical electric putter, horizontal electric putter, promotion electric putter, vacuum pump, display respectively, the vacuum pressure gauge sets up at the vacuum pump output.

7. The cable trench cover prying and transporting integrated device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the number of the vacuum chucks is 8, and the 8 vacuum chucks are arranged in an array.
8. The cable trench cover prying and transporting integrated device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the upper side of the lower bottom surface of the rear end of the shovel hook is provided with an anti-slip rubber cushion.
