A cable trench cover lifting device according to claim 2, wherein: the two rollers at the rear side of the device are universal wheels, the two rollers at the front side of the device are directional wheels, positioning blocks with holes in the middle are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the directional wheels, the top of each positioning block is fixed on the device, a sliding block penetrates through the holes of the two positioning blocks and the gap between the directional wheels and the device, a brake block is fixed on the sliding block between the directional wheels and the positioning blocks at the front side of the directional wheels, the rear end of the sliding block is connected with an adapter block, a force application rod is rotatably arranged on the bottom surface of the rear end device of the adapter block and is inclined towards the middle front direction of the bottom of the device, the free end of the force application rod is rotatably arranged on a steel wire rope connecting plate, the steel wire rope connecting plate is slidably arranged on the bottom surface of the device, the rear end of the steel wire rope connecting plate is connected with a brake handle through a rope, the free end of the spring is fixed at the front end of the bottom surface of the device, the free end of the force application rod is provided with a strip-shaped groove corresponding to the adapter block end, and the free end of the adapter block is slidably arranged in the strip-shaped groove, and the brake handle is arranged on the upper part of the rear side of the frame.

6. A cable trench cover lifting device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein: the lower part of the rear side of the frame is horizontally provided with a pedal cross rod.
7. The cable trench cover lifting device of claim 6, wherein: the output end of the vacuum pump is provided with a vacuum pressure gauge, the output end of the vacuum pressure gauge is connected with a controller, and the output end of the controller is connected with a display.

The cable trench cover lifting device of claim 7, wherein: the top of the rear side of the frame is provided with a control panel, and the forward extending button, the backward moving button, the left moving button, the right moving button, the lifting button, the descending button, the vacuum pump button and the display are arranged on the control panel.

A cable trench cover lifting device as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the support part is a cabinet body, the power supply and the controller are arranged in the cabinet body, a cabinet door is arranged at the rear side of the cabinet body, and the cart handle and the pedal cross rod are arranged on the cabinet door.
10. A cable trench cover lifting device as claimed in claim 9 wherein: the number of the vacuum chucks is 8, and the 8 vacuum chucks are arranged in an array.
