本发明公开了一种多功能篷布，所述篷布包括有依次设置的前透明耐磨层、荧光层、篷布层、防火层、反光层、后透明耐磨层，其中前透明耐磨层和后透明耐磨层均由聚丙烯材料制成，荧光层由带有荧光粉的透明胶水涂覆在篷布层上形成，前透明耐磨层通过该胶水与篷布层的一面粘接，所述防火层由防火胶水形成，反光层由铝箔制成，反光层通过防火胶水粘接在篷布层的另一面，后透明耐磨层通过透明胶水粘接在反光层上。本发明的多功能篷布，在晚上等光线暗的环境下使用，可以将荧光层一面朝上遮盖物体，能够起到提示作用。在阳光强烈等高温环境下，将具有反光层的一面朝上，可以有效隔热。前透明耐磨层和后透明耐磨层有效提高了篷布的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于篷布技术领域，具体涉及一种多功能篷布。
背景技术
篷布是一种高强度、具有良好韧性及柔软程度的防水材料，常被用作帆布（油画布）、带聚氨酯涂层的涤纶或制作成聚乙烯类塑料。篷布通常在角部或边缘有坚固的索环，以方便用来穿绳索捆绑、悬挂或覆盖。在工业、农业、交通运输业等领域具有广泛的应用。现有的篷布只有单纯的遮盖防水功能，在光线不足时，人民很难将被篷布盖住的物体与周围环境区别开来，经常导致误撞、误碰，尤其是骑车或者开车时，普通的篷布很容易导致意外产生。在烈日下，深色的篷布容易吸热，被篷布盖住的物体很难散热。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种多功能篷布，所述篷布包括有依次设置的前透明耐磨层、荧光层、篷布层、防火层、反光层、后透明耐磨层，其中前透明耐磨层和后透明耐磨层均由聚丙烯材料制成，荧光层由带有荧光粉的透明胶水涂覆在篷布层上形成，前透明耐磨层通过该胶水与篷布层的一面粘接，所述防火层由防火胶水形成，反光层由铝箔制成，反光层通过防火胶水粘接在篷布层的另一面，后透明耐磨层通过透明胶水粘接在反光层上。
篷布的四周具有包边，前透明耐磨层的四周均具有折边，折边朝篷布内侧折叠后与后透明耐磨层粘接密封。
折边通过热压粘接的方式与后透明耐磨层粘接密封。
荧光层中的透明胶水预先涂覆在篷布层上，再在该透明胶水上涂覆荧光粉，形成荧光层。
在胶水上涂覆荧光粉时荧光粉形成特定图案。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的多功能篷布，在晚上等光线暗的环境下使用，可以将荧光层一面朝上遮盖物体，能够起到提示作用。在阳光强烈等高温环境下，将具有反光层的一面朝上，可以有效隔热。前透明耐磨层和后透明耐磨层有效提高了篷布的使用寿命。

现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种多功能篷布，所述篷布包括有依次设置的前透明耐磨层1、荧光层2、篷布层3、防火层4、反光层5、后透明耐磨层6，其中前透明耐磨层1和后透明耐磨层6均由聚丙烯材料制成，荧光层2由带有荧光粉7的透明胶水涂覆在篷布层3上形成，前透明耐磨层1通过该胶水与篷布层3的一面粘接，所述防火层4由防火胶水形成，反光层5由铝箔制成，反光层5通过防火胶水粘接在篷布层3的另一面，后透明耐磨层6通过透明胶水粘接在反光层4上。
前透明耐磨层1的四周均具有折边8，折边8朝篷布内侧折叠后与后透明耐磨层6粘接密封。
折边8通过热压粘接的方式与后透明耐磨层6粘接密封。荧光层2、篷布层3、防火层4、反光层5均包覆在聚丙烯材料内部，提高其防水性能，提高篷布四周的耐磨性能。
荧光层中的透明胶水预先涂覆在篷布层3上，再在该透明胶水上涂覆荧光粉7，形成荧光层。
在胶水上涂覆荧光粉7时荧光粉7形成特定图案。可以是LOGO、警示语等。

1.一种多功能篷布，其特征在于，所述篷布包括有依次设置的前透明耐磨层、荧光层、篷布层、防火层、反光层、后透明耐磨层，其中前透明耐磨层和后透明耐磨层均由聚丙烯材料制成，荧光层由带有荧光粉的透明胶水涂覆在篷布层上形成，前透明耐磨层通过该胶水与篷布层的一面粘接，所述防火层由防火胶水形成，反光层由铝箔制成，反光层通过防火胶水粘接在篷布层的另一面，后透明耐磨层通过透明胶水粘接在反光层上。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能篷布，其特征在于，篷布的四周具有包边，前透明耐磨层的四周均具有折边，折边朝篷布内侧折叠后与后透明耐磨层粘接密封。
3.如权利要求2所述的多功能篷布，其特征在于，所述折边通过热压粘接的方式与后透明耐磨层粘接密封。
4.如权利要求1所述的多功能篷布，其特征在于，所述荧光层中的透明胶水预先涂覆在篷布层上，再在该透明胶水上涂覆荧光粉，形成荧光层。
5.如权利要求1所述的多功能篷布，其特征在于，所述在胶水上涂覆荧光粉时荧光粉形成特定图案。
