In an embodiment, the base 11 is further provided with a supporting frame 13, and the supporting frame 13 is used for fixing the bottom die, and the bottom die can be directly fixed on the base 11. In this embodiment, the bottom die, the die head, the left side die, the right side die, and the top die 70 together form a pair of dies to form a blank. The support 13 is rotatably connected to the base 11, and the support 13 can be turned over relative to the base 11 to turn the blank out, so that the user does not need to manually turn the blank out. Specifically, a plurality of support rods are provided on the base 11, the support frame 13 is substantially flat, and the support frame 13 is rotatably connected to the support rods, so as to be rotatable relative to the support rods.
In the invention, since the up-and-down movement of the top die 70 is driven by the first driving member 40 and the transverse movement of the die head is driven by the second driving member 50, which is equivalent to that when the die is opened and closed, the movement of the top die 70 and the die head can be driven by the driving members without manually taking out the top die 70 and the die head, thereby ensuring the movement stability of the top die 70 and the die head and avoiding the damage of the blank caused by the collision of the top die 70 and the die head with the blank.
In one embodiment, the jacking members 20 are slidably mounted with one of the mobile frames 12. In this embodiment, the jack 20 is mounted on the movable frame 12, so that no additional mounting member is required on the base 11, thereby facilitating the simplification of the structure. In addition, the jacking members 20 can move along with the movable frame 12, so that the blocking of the blank by the top die 70 can be avoided when the blank is taken out.
Specifically, the jacking member 20 includes a mounting plate 21 and a support rod 22, the support rod 22 extending in the up-down direction and slidably mounted with the movable frame 12, the mounting plate 21 being fixed to the upper end of the support rod 22 and extending in the first horizontal direction for fixing the top mold 70. It is conceivable that the mounting plate 21 extends towards the other movable frame 12 to which the jacking members 20 are not mounted, so that the top die 70 can be secured between the two movable frames 12. Alternatively, the support bar 22 may be a triangular bar, which may provide improved stability and may enhance the stability of the movement of the jacking member 20. In this embodiment, the number of the support rods 22 is two, and the support rods are distributed at intervals along the second horizontal direction, so that a plurality of supports for fixing the mounting plate 21 are formed, and the stability of the mounting plate 21 can be further enhanced. In one embodiment, the pushing module includes two pushing portions 31, the die head includes two sub-dies, the two pushing portions 31 are respectively disposed on the two movable frames 12, and each pushing portion 31 is provided with a sub-die. In this embodiment, the push module is mounted on the movable frame 12, so that no additional mounting member is required on the base 11, thereby facilitating the simplification of the structure. Specifically, the pushing portion 31 includes a connecting strip 311 and two fixing strips 312 fixed on the connecting strip 311, the connecting strip 311 is fixed on the movable frame 12, the two fixing strips 312 are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting strip 311 and extend towards the direction of the other pushing portion 31, and the fixing strips 312 are used for mounting the sub-modules. In this embodiment, the sub-die head is located at the rear side of the pushing portion 31 and is fixed at the rear side of the fixing strip 312, so that interference between the pushing portion 31 and the blank body when the sub-die head moves forward to open the die can be avoided. By setting the pushing portion 31 to include the connection bar 311 and the two fixing bars 312, the upper and lower sides of the sub-die are fixed to the different fixing bars 312, and thus the fixing effect can be improved.
Referring to fig. 3 in combination, in order to avoid that the left and right movable frames 12 slide in a direction away from each other in the mold closing state, in one embodiment, the mold stripping device further includes a locking member 60, where the locking member 60 connects the two movable frames 12, and has a locking state and an unlocking state; in the locked state, the two movable frames 12 are close to each other and locked; in the unlocked state, both the movable frames 12 can slide in directions away from each other. The two movable frames 12 are locked by the locking member 60, so that the two movable frames 12 can be prevented from moving in opposite directions in the mold closing state; when the two movable frames 12 need to be pulled apart to open the left side mold and the right side mold, the two movable frames 12 can be separated by unlocking the locking member 60. Optionally, a locking member 60 is disposed on each of the front and rear sides of the movable frame 12, so that multiple fixing of the two movable frames 12 can be achieved, and the fixing effect is greatly improved.
In an embodiment, the locking member 60 includes a rotating portion 61 and a locking portion 62, where the rotating portion 61 and the locking portion 62 are respectively disposed on a movable frame 12, and the rotating portion 61 can rotate relative to the locking portion 62 to have a locked state locked with the locking portion 62 and an unlocked state unlocked from the locking portion 62. The mold stripping device as recited in claim 5, wherein the locking member includes a rotating portion and a locking portion, each of the rotating portion and the locking portion being provided on one of the movable frames, the rotating portion being rotatable relative to the locking portion to have a locked state in which it is locked with the locking portion and an unlocked state in which it is unlocked from the locking portion.
8. The mold stripping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a supporting frame is further provided on the base, the supporting frame is used for fixing the bottom mold, and the supporting frame can be turned over relative to the base.
