Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a ratchet wrench structure, and more particularly to a ratchet wrench capable of adjusting to different sizes of workpieces.
Background
The general ratchet wrench is provided with a grab handle and a head part, wherein the head part is provided with a hollow operating part, when in operation, the hollow operating part of the head part is sleeved on a screw fastener, and the grab handle is wrenched to rotate the head part, so that the screw fastener can be rotationally locked or loosened; since the hollow operation portion has a fixed size and can only be used for screws with corresponding sizes, when screws with different sizes are to be locked or loosened, a ratchet wrench with corresponding sizes is required, which causes inconvenience in use.

Furthermore, the restoring device 80 is disposed between the movable member 60 and the sliding sleeve 90, in this embodiment, the restoring device 80 is a spring, two ends of the restoring device 80 are respectively abutted between the accommodating groove 64 and the sliding sleeve 90, and the restoring device 80 can keep the contact portion 921 in surface contact with the bottom 221.
In addition, in another embodiment, the ratchet 20 has two positioning members 40, the two positioning members 40 are respectively disposed on two sides of the installation surface 21, the movable member 60 is movably disposed between the two positioning members 40, the movable member 60 has a second locking portion 62 corresponding to two first locking portions 41 of the two positioning members 40, the movable member 60 has two receiving slots 64 corresponding to two sides of the two positioning members 40, and each receiving slot 64 has a reset device 80.
In the first state, the elastic tension of the reset device 80 makes the second engaging portion 62 of the movable member 60 and the first engaging portion 41 of the positioning member 40 keep engaging and locking along the axial direction of the rotation axis L, as shown in fig. 9.
In the second state, the movable element 60 can move along the direction parallel to the rotation axis L, in this embodiment, when an operator applies a force to the pushing portion 63 along the direction parallel to the rotation axis L, the movable element 60 can move along the force applying direction, so that the second locking portion 62 and the first locking portion 41 are no longer engaged and locked with each other; when the external force applied to the pushing portion 63 by the operator is removed, the elastic tension of the resetting device 80 automatically restores the movable element 60 from the second state to the first state.
In the third state, the movable member 60 can slide along the direction perpendicular to the rotation axis L to adjust the size of the tool groove 70, in this embodiment, after the operator moves the movable member 60 to the second state, the operator applies a force to the pushing portion 63 along the direction perpendicular to the rotation axis L to adjust the size of the tool groove 70, wherein the movable member 60 moves while driving the sliding sleeve 90 to move along the force applying direction, and the contact portion 921 of the sliding sleeve 90 is in sliding contact with the bottom portion 221, thereby increasing the strength of the movable member 60 and preventing the movable member 60 from being damaged by the external force, as shown in fig. 8 and 10.
Therefore, when an operator wants to lock or release the workpiece 1, the tool slot 70 is sleeved on the workpiece 1 by the sleeving surface 22, so that one side of the workpiece 1 is pressed against the fixed clamping portion 24, if the size of the tool slot 70 is not matched with the size of the workpiece 1, the operator can apply force to the pushing portion 63 in a direction parallel to the rotation axis L, so that the movable member 60 is changed from the first state to the second state; then, the operator applies a force to the pushing portion 63 in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis L to change the movable member 60 to the third state, so as to change the size of the tool slot 70, and to match the size of the workpiece 1, so that the workpiece 1 is clamped by the fixed clamping portion 24 and the movable clamping portion 61; then, the handle 2 is turned to rotate the ratchet 20 for locking or releasing the workpiece 1.
Therefore, the movable member 60 and the positioning member 40 are movably connected to move to adjust the size of the tool slot 70 according to the size of the workpiece 1, and the ratchet 20 is rotated to lock or release the workpiece 1 after the size is adjusted, so as to be used together with workpieces 1 of different sizes, and have the operation of quick screwing or releasing, thereby increasing the practicability and convenience of the present invention.

Claims (17)
1. A ratchet adjustable wrench, comprising:
the wrench comprises a wrench body, a handle and a handle, wherein the wrench body is provided with a head part and a handle part, the head part is provided with a first containing groove and a second containing groove, the first containing groove is communicated with the second containing groove, and the first containing groove is provided with a rotating axis;
a ratchet wheel, which is rotatably arranged in the first containing groove along the rotating axis, the outer periphery of the ratchet wheel is annularly provided with a plurality of ratchets, and the inner periphery of the ratchet wheel is provided with a fixed clamping part;
a ratchet wheel device which is arranged in the second containing groove and is used for meshing the ratchets;
a positioning member connected to the ratchet; and
the movable piece is arranged on the inner periphery of the ratchet wheel and movably connected with the positioning piece, the movable piece can move among a first state, a second state and a third state, the movable piece is provided with a movable clamping part, a tool groove is formed between the movable clamping part and the fixed clamping part to sleeve workpieces, and the movable piece and the positioning piece are mutually clamped and fixed in the first state; when the movable piece is in the second state, the movable piece moves along the direction parallel to the rotation axis; when the tool is in the third state, the movable member slides along the direction perpendicular to the rotation axis to adjust the size of the tool slot.
2. The adjustable ratchet wrench of claim 1, wherein the positioning member is disposed at an inner periphery of the ratchet wheel, the positioning member has a first engaging portion facing the rotation axis, the movable member has a second engaging portion corresponding to the first engaging portion, and the second engaging portion and the first engaging portion are engaged with each other in the first state.
3. The adjustable ratchet wrench of claim 1 further comprising a reset device disposed between the movable member and the ratchet wheel, the reset device enabling the movable member to move from the second state to the first state.
4. The ratchet adjustable wrench according to claim 2, wherein the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are rack-shaped, the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are engaged with each other, the first engaging portion is disposed along a radial direction of the rotation axis, the second engaging portion is disposed along the radial direction of the rotation axis, and a tooth section of the first engaging portion is longer than a tooth section of the second engaging portion.
5. The ratchet wrench of claim 4, wherein the first engaging portion has a plurality of first engaging teeth and a plurality of second engaging teeth, and the pitch of each first engaging tooth is greater than the pitch of each second engaging tooth.
6. The ratchet wrench of claim 5, wherein the first engaging portions are two and the second engaging portions are two, the first engaging portions are spaced apart from and parallel to the rotation axis, the second engaging portions are spaced apart from and parallel to the rotation axis, and the second engaging portions are not engaged with and staggered with the first engaging portions in the second state; in the third state, one of the second clamping parts is slidably arranged between the two first clamping parts.

The adjustable ratchet wrench according to claim 2, wherein the ratchet wheel has a receiving slot for receiving the positioning member, the ratchet wheel has a mounting surface at an end thereof facing the rotation axis, the mounting surface is connected to a stopper, a pushing portion of the movable member protrudes from the stopper, the positioning member is disposed between the stopper and the ratchet wheel, the stopper and the positioning member are engaged with each other, a protrusion is protruded from a side of the positioning member parallel to the mounting surface, a groove is recessed from a side of the stopper facing the mounting surface, and the protrusion is engaged with the groove.
8. The adjustable ratchet wrench of claim 3, wherein the ratchet has a mounting surface at an end facing the rotation axis, the positioning member is disposed on the mounting surface, a first engaging portion is disposed on a side of the positioning member facing the mounting surface, the movable member has a second engaging portion corresponding to the first engaging portion, and the second engaging portion and the first engaging portion are engaged with each other in the first state.
9. The adjustable ratchet wrench as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a sliding sleeve movably disposed on the inner periphery of the ratchet and sleeved on the movable member, wherein the restoring device is disposed between the sliding sleeve and the movable member, and in the third state, the movable member drives the sliding sleeve to slide along a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis.
10. The ratchet adjustable wrench according to claim 8, wherein the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are rack-shaped, the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are engaged with each other, the first engaging portion is disposed along a radial direction of the rotation axis, the second engaging portion is disposed along the radial direction of the rotation axis, and a tooth section of the first engaging portion is longer than a tooth section of the second engaging portion.
11. A ratchet adjustable wrench, comprising:
the wrench comprises a wrench body, a handle and a handle, wherein the wrench body is provided with a head part and a handle part, the head part is provided with a first containing groove and a second containing groove, the first containing groove is communicated with the second containing groove, and the first containing groove is provided with a rotating axis;
a ratchet wheel which is arranged in the first containing groove in a rotating way along the rotating axis, a plurality of ratchets are arranged on the periphery of the ratchet wheel in a surrounding way, and a fixed clamping part is arranged on the inner periphery of the ratchet wheel;
a ratchet wheel device which is arranged in the second containing groove and is meshed with the ratchets;
two positioning pieces respectively connected to the ratchet wheel;
the movable part is arranged on the inner periphery of the ratchet wheel and movably arranged between the two positioning pieces, the movable part can move among a first state, a second state and a third state, the movable part is provided with a movable clamping part, a tool groove is formed between the movable clamping part and the fixed clamping part to sleeve workpieces, and the movable part and the two positioning pieces are mutually clamped and fixed in the first state; when the movable piece is in the second state, the movable piece moves along the direction parallel to the rotation axis; when the tool is in the third state, the movable piece slides along the direction vertical to the rotation axis so as to adjust the size of the tool groove; and
and the resetting device is arranged between the moving piece and the ratchet wheel and enables the moving piece to move from the second state to the first state.
12. The adjustable ratchet wrench according to claim 11, wherein the two positioning members are disposed on two sides of the inner periphery of the ratchet, the two positioning members are respectively and transversely provided with a first engaging portion, each first engaging portion faces the rotation axis, the movable member is provided with a second engaging portion corresponding to each first engaging portion, each first engaging portion is disposed along a radial direction of the rotation axis, each second engaging portion is disposed along a radial direction of the rotation axis, and a radial length of each first engaging portion relative to the rotation axis is greater than a radial length of each second engaging portion relative to the rotation axis.
13. The adjustable ratchet wrench of claim 12, wherein each positioning member has two first engaging portions, the two first engaging portions of each positioning member are spaced apart from and parallel to the rotation axis, and each second engaging portion is slidably disposed between the two first engaging portions of each positioning member in the movable position.
14. The ratchet wrench of claim 12, wherein each of the first engaging portions has a plurality of first engaging teeth and a plurality of second engaging teeth, and the pitch of each of the first engaging teeth is greater than the pitch of each of the second engaging teeth.
15. The adjustable ratchet wrench according to claim 11, wherein the ratchet wheel has two receiving slots for the two positioning members, the ratchet wheel has an installation surface at an end thereof facing the rotation axis, the installation surface is connected to the two blocking members, the pushing portion of the movable member is protruded between the two blocking members, and the two blocking members are engaged with the two positioning members respectively.
16. The adjustable ratchet wrench according to claim 11, wherein the ratchet has a mounting surface at an end thereof facing the rotation axis, the two positioning members are respectively fixed to the mounting surface, the two positioning members have first engaging portions at a side thereof facing the mounting surface, the movable member has second engaging portions corresponding to the first engaging portions, each of the first engaging portions is disposed along a radial direction of the rotation axis, each of the second engaging portions is disposed along the radial direction of the rotation axis, and a radial length of each of the first engaging portions relative to the rotation axis is greater than a radial length of each of the second engaging portions relative to the rotation axis.
17. The adjustable ratchet wrench of claim 16 further comprising a sliding sleeve movably disposed on the inner periphery of the ratchet and sleeved on the movable member, wherein the restoring device is disposed between the sliding sleeve and the movable member, and in the third state, the movable member drives the sliding sleeve to slide along a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis.
