本发明提供了一种带有监控装置的球磨机，包括支架及转动设置在该支架上的料筒，所述料筒筒壁升设有进料口和出料口，所述进料口和出料口分别设有封盖，所述料筒上设有外齿圈，所述料筒在其一侧侧壁内表面中心处设有摄像头，该摄像头为360°防爆摄像头。本发明所述的一种带有监控装置的球磨机，通过在料筒内设置摄像头，实施观察料筒内物料生产情况，并且由于位于料筒中间位置，因此，上升的磨球很难触碰到，保证了摄像头的使用寿命。

本发明属于球磨机盛生产领域，尤其是涉及一种带有监控装置的球磨机。
背景技术
球磨机生产中，粉状浆料的制造是将物料放于料筒内然后通过磨球击打完成，其原理是料筒转动时，带动磨球上升，磨球升至一定高度后落下进而对筒内物料实施击打，由此完成浆料的制造，实际生产中，因料筒设为封闭型，操作人员需通过打开出料口观察内部物料状态，因此影响生产顺利进行。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明旨在提出一种带有监控装置的球磨机，以适时观察料筒内物料生产状态。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种带有监控装置的球磨机，包括支架及转动设置在该支架上的料筒，所述料筒筒壁升设有进料口和出料口，所述进料口和出料口分别设有封盖，所述料筒上设有外齿圈，所述料筒在其一侧侧壁内表面中心处设有摄像头，该摄像头为360°防爆摄像头。
进一步的，所述料筒筒壁内表面凸出设有数条筋板，该筋板沿料筒长度方向设置。
进一步的，数条所述筋板均匀设置。
进一步的，所述进料口和出料口分别位于料筒中间部位。
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的一种带有监控装置的球磨机具有以下优势：
本发明所述的一种带有监控装置的球磨机，通过在料筒内设置摄像头，实施观察料筒内物料生产情况，并且由于位于料筒中间位置，因此，上升的磨球很难触碰到，保证了摄像头的使用寿命。

1.一种带有监控装置的球磨机，其特征在于：包括支架(1)及转动设置在该支架(1)上的料筒(4)，所述料筒(4)筒壁上设有进料口(5)和出料口(7)，所述进料口和出料口分别设有封盖，所述料筒(4)上设有外齿圈(3)，所述料筒(4)在其一侧侧壁内表面中心处设有摄像头(2)，该摄像头为360°防爆摄像头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有监控装置的球磨机，其特征在于：所述料筒筒壁内表面凸出设有数条筋板(6)，该筋板(6)沿料筒长度方向设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有监控装置的球磨机，其特征在于：数条所述筋板(6)均匀设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有监控装置的球磨机，其特征在于：所述进料口(5)和出料口分别位于料筒中间部位。
