inputting the chip-containing cutting fluid into a dirty fluid cavity of a negative pressure circulating belt filter, wherein the dirty fluid cavity is provided with a filter paper filtering mechanism and a circulating filter belt filtering mechanism, filtering metal chips and partial waste oil in the chip-containing cutting fluid, enabling filtered clean fluid to flow into a clean fluid cavity, pumping out clean fluid in the clean fluid cavity by a clean fluid suction pump, and sending the clean fluid into a fluid tank of a machine tool through a clean fluid conveying pipe so as to recycle the filtered cutting fluid;
when the liquid level in the liquid purification cavity reaches the following height, a liquid return pump is started: the liquid level of the liquid purification cavity is higher than the barrel opening of the inner barrel; the vertical distance between the liquid level of the liquid purifying cavity and the opening of the inner barrel is larger than the thickness of the bottom of the outer barrel; the vertical distance between the liquid level of the liquid purification cavity and the bottom of the inner barrel is smaller than the axial length of the wall of the outer barrel;
when the liquid return pump is started, the space surrounded by the outer barrel and the inner barrel is filled with liquid, and the floating plate is in a state of being supported by the liquid;
after the liquid return pump is started, the liquid return pump continuously pumps liquid from the inner barrel through the liquid outlet pipe, the floating plate moves downwards, and floating oil on the liquid surface of the liquid purification cavity continuously flows into the outer barrel through the through hole on the top surface of the floating plate, so that the recovery of the floating oil on the liquid surface of the liquid purification cavity is realized; the recovered floating oil is sent into the dirty liquid cavity of the negative pressure circulating belt filter through the liquid return pipe and is filtered again by the filter paper and the circulating filter belt.
