背景技术
心力衰竭是由于任何心脏结构或功能异常导致心室充盈或射血能力受损的一组复杂临床综合征，其主要临床表现为呼吸困难和活动耐量受限，以及液体潴留(肺淤血和外周水肿)。心衰为各种心脏疾病的严重和终末阶段，发病率高，是当今最重要的心血管病之一。
西医治疗多采用提高心肌供氧和降低心肌耗氧的药物减轻病症，只能缓解，不能根治，且往往损耗人体根源。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，将中西医进行了有效结合，西医治标，中医治本，相辅相成。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，包括西药剂组分和中药剂组分；按质量比计，所述西药剂组分含量为5%~10%，所述中药剂组分含量为90%~95%；所述西药剂组分由血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和β-受体阻滞剂构成；所述中药剂组分由以下重量份的原料制备而成：
肉桂20～30份、炙甘草5～10份、 茯苓10～20份、生南星5～10份、芍药5～10份、山萸肉20～30份、补骨脂10～20份、蜘蛛香15～20份、大枣8～10枚、干姜5～10份、丹参10～20份、牵牛子10～20份、三棱5～10份、莪术5～10份、元参10～15份。

S1、将肉桂、炙甘草、 茯苓、生南星、芍药、山萸肉、补骨脂、蜘蛛香、丹参、牵牛子、三棱、莪术、元参切块/段后置于低温破壁机中，在-5～5℃、CO2气体保护下进行冷冻破壁，得到破壁的中药粉；
S2、将大枣去核后与干姜置于超微粉碎机中粉碎，得超微粉；
S3、将中药粉置于提取罐内，以料液比1：10（g：ml）的比例加入浓度为90%的乙醇溶液，摇匀，放入微波提取器中，微波功率400w提取420s，过滤，乘热加入所得的超微粉，搅拌2min，回收乙醇，喷雾干燥，即得。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
将中西医进行了有效结合，西医治标，中医治本，相辅相成，方中肉桂归肾、脾、心、肝经，具有补火助阳、温经通脉的功效，与干姜、丹参配伍，极大发挥救治心衰冠心病的作用；以山萸肉、补骨脂、生南星配伍为臣，具有救脱回阳厥逆之功效；以茯苓、牵牛子、三棱、莪术、蜘蛛香、芍药为佐药，泻水利尿，健脾，宁心；以元参、炙甘草为使药，辅以红枣，以上诸药，协同配伍，对于治疗心脏衰竭、冠心病和心绞痛等疗效显著。

实验例
选择慢性心衰患者260例，纳入标准：(1)符合西医慢性心力衰竭的 诊断标准；(2)符合中医心悸诊断标准，辨证基本病机为气阴两虚者；(3) 年龄在40～70岁之间。病例排除标准：(1)不属于纳入标准的其它类型心律失常；(2)近期参加其它临床试验的患者。其中男性120例，女性140 例，年龄最小45岁，最大69岁，平均年龄为53.2±7.6岁，病程为0.4～6.3年，平均3.7±1.8年。疾病类型：冠心病病人120例，高心病病人80例，风心病病人40例，心肌病病人20例。
治疗方案
口服实施例3中所述的药剂，一日两次，每次一袋。连续治疗2个月。

显效：心悸症状消失，动态心电图明显改善；有效：心悸症状大部分消失，动态心电图有所改善；无效：心悸症状和动态心电图无变化或加重。
治疗结果：
经过一个疗程的治疗，发现全部患者的心悸症状消失，动态心电图明显改善，因此均符合显效的标准。

Claims (8)

1.一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，包括西药剂组分和中药剂组分；其特征在于：按质量比计，所述西药剂组分含量为5%~10%，所述中药剂组分含量为90%~95%；所述西药剂组分由血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和β-受体阻滞剂构成；所述中药剂组分由以下重量份的原料制备而成：
肉桂20～30份、炙甘草5～10份、 茯苓10～20份、生南星5～10份、芍药5～10份、山萸肉20～30份、补骨脂10～20份、蜘蛛香15～20份、大枣8～10枚、干姜5～10份、丹参10～20份、牵牛子10～20份、三棱5～10份、莪术5～10份、元参10～15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和β-受体阻滞剂的质量比为2:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂为缬沙坦。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述β-受体阻滞剂为盐酸普萘洛尔。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述中药剂组分由以下重量份的原料制备而成：
肉桂20份、炙甘草5份、 茯苓10份、生南星5份、芍药5份、山萸肉20份、补骨脂10份、蜘蛛香15份、大枣8枚、干姜5份、丹参10份、牵牛子10份、三棱5份、莪术5份、元参10份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述中药剂组分由以下重量份的原料制备而成：
肉桂30份、炙甘草10份、 茯苓20份、生南星10份、芍药10份、山萸肉30份、补骨脂20份、蜘蛛香20份、大枣10枚、干姜10份、丹参20份、牵牛子20份、三棱10份、莪术10份、元参15份。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述中药剂组分由以下重量份的原料制备而成：
肉桂25份、炙甘草7.5份、 茯苓15份、生南星7.5份、芍药7.5份、山萸肉25份、补骨脂15份、蜘蛛香17.5份、大枣9枚、干姜7.5份、丹参15份、牵牛子15份、三棱7.5份、莪术7.5份、元参12.5份。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗心衰的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述中药剂组分通过以下方法制备：
S1、将肉桂、炙甘草、 茯苓、生南星、芍药、山萸肉、补骨脂、蜘蛛香、丹参、牵牛子、三棱、莪术、元参切块/段后置于低温破壁机中，在-5～5℃、CO2气体保护下进行冷冻破壁，得到破壁的中药粉；
S2、将大枣去核后与干姜置于超微粉碎机中粉碎，得超微粉；
S3、将中药粉置于提取罐内，以料液比1：10（g：ml）的比例加入浓度为90%的乙醇溶液，摇匀，放入微波提取器中，微波功率400w提取420s，过滤，乘热加入所得的超微粉，搅拌2min，回收乙醇，喷雾干燥，即得。
