很多人禁不住美食诱惑，进食过多，腹胀难受，这时候就需要理气消胀了。最理想食物，莫过于鸡内金了。鸡内金性味甘凉，归肺、胃经，能消食化积、下气宽中、清化热痰、散瘀止血；宜于食积胀满，消化不良，反胃吐酸，积滞泄泻，瘀血胃腹痛。
