In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 2, an end of the screw body 1 away from the feeding end is provided with a mounting cavity 14 with an opening at one end; one end of the screw shaft 2 is arranged in the screw body 1, and the other end of the screw shaft 2 extends into the installation cavity 14.
In this embodiment, through setting up installation cavity 14 for screw shaft 2 can stretch into in installation cavity 14, reserves the space for the installation of screw shaft 2, and then has promoted the occupation of food processor inner space, has reduced the holistic height of food processor.

In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the tub assembly includes: the crushing barrel is arranged on the main machine component 8 and comprises a crushing barrel shell 5 and a spiral head, and the spiral head is arranged in the crushing barrel shell 5; the extrusion barrel is arranged on the host machine component 8 and is connected with the crushing barrel, the extrusion barrel comprises an extrusion barrel shell 6 and an extrusion device 7, and the extrusion device 7 is arranged in the extrusion barrel shell 6; wherein, the main machine assembly 8 comprises a first driving shaft 82 and a second driving shaft 84, the first driving shaft 82 is in driving connection with the screw head and is used for driving the screw head to crush food materials, and the second driving shaft 84 is in driving connection with the extrusion device and is used for driving the extrusion device to extrude the food materials so as to separate the food materials from juice and dregs.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the food processor further includes: the gap between the screw head and the side wall of the crushing barrel is reduced from the opening of the crushing barrel to the bottom wall of the crushing barrel.
In this embodiment, the gap between the screw head and the side wall of the grinding barrel is reduced from the opening of the grinding barrel to the bottom wall of the grinding barrel, so that the food processor can gradually grind the fruits and vegetables, and the juice yield of the food processor is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that a gap between the screw head and the sidewall of the pulverizing barrel is greater than or equal to 0.3mm, and less than or equal to 10 mm.
In this embodiment, through making the clearance be more than or equal to 0.3mm, and be less than or equal to 10mm, not only can avoid causing the condition that the fruit vegetables can't enter into in the working area of spiral head to take place because of the clearance undersize, can also avoid causing the unable cooperation of spiral head and the lateral wall of staving because of the clearance is too big to take place with the condition that the fruit vegetables rolled more meticulous, thereby realize entering into the fruit vegetables in the staving and push gradually in the working area of spiral portion 324, and roll the fruit vegetables into graininess gradually, thereby improve the working effect of product.

1. A screw head for a food processor, the screw head comprising:
a screw body comprising a feed end, the cross-sectional area of the screw body increasing from the feed end to the other end of the screw body;
the spiral rib comprises a first spiral rib and a second spiral rib, the first spiral rib comprises a spiral part and a cutting part, the spiral part is spirally arranged on the outer surface of the screw body, one end of the cutting part is connected with the spiral part, the other end of the cutting part protrudes out of the end surface of the feeding end of the screw body, and the second spiral rib is spirally arranged on the outer surface of the screw body;
the screw head further comprises a screw shaft, the cutting part comprises a first material guide surface and a second material guide surface, and the first material guide surface is inclined towards the screw shaft;
the top wall of the screw body is inclined downwards from one side connected with the cutting part to the other side.
2. The screw head according to claim 1,
a preset height H is arranged between one end, far away from the spiral part, of the cutting part and the end face of the feeding end of the screw body, wherein H is larger than or equal to 5.99mm and smaller than or equal to 50.99 mm.
3. The screw head according to claim 1,
one end of the screw shaft is arranged in the screw body;
wherein, the screw shaft is a metal shaft.
4. The screw head according to claim 3 wherein said screw body comprises:
an inner core;
an outer core coated on an outer surface of the inner core;
wherein the spiral rib is spirally arranged on the outer surface of the outer core, and one end of the screw shaft is arranged in the inner core.
5. The screw head according to claim 4,
the inner core is a metal inner core, a plastic inner core or a ceramic inner core, and/or the outer core is a metal outer core, a plastic outer core or a ceramic outer core.
6. The screw head according to claim 1,
the distance between two adjacent spiral ribs is reduced from the feeding end to the other end of the screw body, or the two adjacent spiral ribs are arranged in parallel; and/or
The thickness of the spiral rib is reduced from one end of the spiral rib close to the screw body to one end of the spiral rib far away from the screw body; and/or
The thickness of the spiral rib is reduced from the feeding end to the other end of the screw body; and/or
The height of the spiral rib is reduced from the feeding end to the other end of the screw body.
7. The screw head according to claim 1,
one end of the screw body, which is far away from the feeding end, is provided with one or more cleaning ribs.
8. The screw head according to claim 1,
the number of the first spiral ribs is at least one, and the number of the second spiral ribs is at least one; and/or
The distance between the end part of one end, connected with the spiral part, of the cutting part and the end part of one end, far away from the feeding end, of the screw body is smaller than the distance between the end part, close to the feeding end, of the second spiral rib and the end part of one end, far away from the feeding end, of the screw body; and/or
The distance between the end part of the second spiral ribs close to the feeding end and the end part of the screw body far away from the feeding end is reduced along the extending direction of the second spiral ribs; and/or
The number of the spiral ribs is less than or equal to 15; and/or
The angle of the included angle between the outer wall of the screw body and the central line of the screw body is greater than or equal to 1.5 degrees and less than or equal to 7.5 degrees.
9. The screw head according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
the included angle between the first material guiding surface and the second material guiding surface is larger than 90 degrees.
10. The screw head according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
the first material guide surface comprises a cutting edge; and/or
The cutting edge is an arc-shaped edge; and/or
The area of the first material guiding surface is increased from top to bottom; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the area of the second material guiding surface higher than the material guiding surface at the top of the screw body is increased from top to bottom;
the first material guide surface is an arc surface; and/or
The second material guiding surface is an arc-shaped surface.
11. The screw head according to claim 3,
an installation cavity with an opening at one end is formed in one end, far away from the feeding end, of the screw body;

12. A food processor, comprising:
a host component; and
a barrel assembly mountable on the host assembly, the barrel assembly comprising a screw head according to any of claims 1 to 11.

the crushing barrel is arranged on the main machine component and comprises a crushing barrel shell and the spiral head, and the spiral head is arranged in the crushing barrel shell;
the extrusion barrel is arranged on the main machine component and connected with the crushing barrel, the extrusion barrel comprises an extrusion barrel shell and an extrusion device, and the extrusion device is arranged in the extrusion barrel shell;
