本申请提供一种休眠机制的确定方法、装置及设备,该方法包括:第一设备生成唤醒消息,唤醒消息包括先导,先导中包括第一指示信息、第二指示信息和第三指示信息,第一指示信息包括唤醒消息指示,第二指示信息用于指示第一设备属于第一网络;第三指示信息用于指示第一网络中的接收设备接收唤醒消息所使用的第一休眠机制信息;第一休眠机制信息用于接收设备确定接收唤醒消息的第一苏醒窗口;第一设备发送唤醒消息,以使第二网络中的第二设备根据先导为第二网络中的设备设置第二休眠机制信息,可以使不同网络中的无线通信设备将发送唤醒消息的苏醒窗口错开,以减少不同网络之间发送唤醒消息的冲突概率。
