本发明实施例提供了一种基于非授权频谱的无线通信方法,基站和终端设备。该方法包括基站以第一信道空闲评测CCA占用非授权频谱上的第一载波,第一CCA为单时隙CCA;基站向终端设备发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息用于指示终端设备在第一载波向基站发送上行信息;基站在第一载波接收终端设备发送的上行信息。本发明实施例能提供非授权频谱资源的利用率。
