Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly.
Background
The household appliance brings convenience to daily life and simultaneously generates noise which can cause various damages to human bodies. However, the noise reduction mode of the household appliance is mainly passive noise reduction, and the noise reduction effect of the mode is not obvious.
Accordingly, there is a need for an improved means of noise reduction for household appliances.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the related art to some extent. To this end, it is an object of the present invention to propose a magnetostrictive noise reducing assembly. The magnetostriction noise reduction assembly is used for reducing noise of household appliances in an active noise reduction mode, and the noise reduction effect is obvious.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly generates a magnetic field according to the internal and external noise conditions of the household appliance by utilizing the alternating magnetic field generating piece, and the magnetostrictive sheet generates sound waves with the same frequency and opposite phases with the noise according to the magnetic field generated by the alternating magnetic field generating piece, so that the noise sound waves are counteracted, and the purpose of actively reducing noise is achieved. The magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly is used for reducing noise of household appliances, has obvious noise reduction effect, does not generate mechanical fatigue in vibration of the magnetostrictive sheet compared with the traditional metal vibrating piece, and does not need to provide an excessive vibration space.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly generates a magnetic field according to the internal and external noise conditions of the household appliance by utilizing the alternating magnetic field generating piece, and the magnetostrictive sheet generates sound waves with the same frequency and opposite phases with the noise according to the magnetic field generated by the alternating magnetic field generating piece, so that the noise sound waves are counteracted, and the purpose of actively reducing noise is achieved. The magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly is used for reducing noise of household appliances, has obvious noise reduction effect, does not generate mechanical fatigue in vibration of the magnetostrictive sheet compared with the traditional metal vibrating piece, and does not need to provide an excessive vibration space.
A magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 6:
according to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing bracket 100 has a mounting portion thereon. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting portion may be formed at the top and/or bottom end of the fixing bracket 100. Thereby further improving the mountability of the magnetostrictive noise reducing assembly. In particular, the magnetostrictive noise reducing assembly may be adapted to be installed on any device requiring noise reduction, or in any environment requiring noise reduction, and may thereby eliminate or cancel noise generated by the device or noise present in the environment.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting portion may include a hook 110 and a base 120. Wherein, the hook 110 is formed at the top end of the fixing bracket 100; the base 120 is formed at the bottom end of the fixing bracket 100, and double-sided tape may be provided on the hook 110 and the base 120 to fix.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the fixing bracket may be 1.0 to 3.5mm. Thereby providing a stable matrix for the magnetostrictive noise reducing assembly while improving the quality of the magnetostrictive noise reducing assembly.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the alternating magnetic field generating member 200 is provided on the fixed bracket 100, and the alternating magnetic field generating member 200 is adapted to generate a magnetic field. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the alternating magnetic field generating element is connected to an external controller (not shown in the drawings), and the external controller can detect and analyze noise parameters inside and outside the electrical appliance or inside the environment, and after analyzing and triggering the alternating magnetic field generating element 200, the alternating magnetic field generating element 200 generates a changing magnetic field, and after receiving the changing magnetic field, the magnetostrictive sheet 300 generates vibration with the same frequency spectrum and opposite phase to the noise so as to offset the noise, thereby achieving the effect of active noise reduction.
According to a specific embodiment of the invention, the alternating magnetic field generating member is adapted to generate a randomly varying alternating magnetic field.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the magnetostrictive noise reducing assembly of the present invention may further comprise: noise sound wave collection system. The noise sound wave acquisition device can be connected with the alternating magnetic field generation piece and is suitable for controlling the alternating magnetic field generation piece to generate a corresponding alternating magnetic field according to the acquired noise sound wave. And the magnetostriction sheet can generate vibration with the same frequency spectrum and opposite phase to the noise sound wave after receiving the alternating magnetic field so as to counteract noise and achieve the effect of active noise reduction.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, the alternating magnetic field generating member may be one selected from the group consisting of an electric coil, an electromagnetic generating member, and an IH coil disk. Thus, the applicability of the magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly can be further improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the alternating magnetic field generating member may be a magnetic induction coating, and the magnetic induction coating may be formed on one surface of the fixing bracket, so that the alternating magnetic field generating member and the fixing bracket are combined together, thereby improving the integrity and stability of the magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the magnetic induction plating layer may be 0.2 to 2.0mm. Whereby a sufficient magnetic field can be generated.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the magnetic induction coating has a pole welding point 210 and a negative pole welding point 220, and the pole welding point 210 and the negative pole welding point 220 can be connected with an external controller through an electric wire 230, when in operation, the external controller analyzes and analyzes noise parameters inside and outside the equipment or noise parameters in the environment by detecting and analyzing the noise parameters inside and outside the equipment, and sends corresponding magnetic fields to the magnetic induction coating on the fixed bracket, and after receiving the changed magnetic fields, the magnetostrictive sheet 300 fixed on the fixed bracket 100 generates sound waves with the same frequency spectrum and opposite phases so as to offset the noise, thereby achieving active noise reduction.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the magnetostrictive sheet 300 is disposed on the fixed bracket 100 and is adapted to induce a magnetic field generated by the alternating magnetic field generating member 200 to generate sound waves and cancel noise sound waves. Specifically, the magnetostrictive sheet can deform according to the magnetic field generated by the alternating magnetic field generating piece, and sound waves with the same frequency and opposite phases with noise sound waves are generated through deformation, so that active noise reduction in household appliances or environments is realized.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the acoustic wave generated by the magnetostrictive sheet 300 may be a random wave or any wave, as long as the frequency is different from that of the noise acoustic wave. Therefore, the effect of disturbing noise waves can be achieved, and the purpose of noise reduction is achieved.
Magnetostrictive sheet 300 may be snapped or plug-in connected to fixed bolster 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Thereby making the magnetostrictive sheet 300 more convenient to detach, replace and clean.

The fixing mode is simple and easy to detach, so that the magnetostrictive sheet 300 can be conveniently replaced, or the magnetostrictive noise reduction assembly can be cleaned.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the magnetostrictive sheet 300 may be parallel to the surface of the fixed bracket 100 and spaced from the surface of the fixed bracket 100 by a distance of 0.5 to 3mm. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the magnetostrictive sheet 300 may be disposed on the same side or opposite sides of the fixed bracket 100 as the alternating magnetic field generating member 200. In particular, the same side or opposite sides can be selectively arranged according to the requirement.

the magnetostriction piece is arranged opposite to the alternating magnetic field generating piece and is positioned on the same side or opposite sides of the fixed bracket;
the magnetostriction piece is clamped or spliced with the fixed bracket;
the magnetostrictive sheet is parallel to the surface of the fixed support, and the distance between the magnetostrictive sheet and the surface of the fixed support is 0.5-3 mm;

4. The magnetostrictive noise reducing assembly according to claim 3, wherein the magnetic induction coating has a thickness of 0.2-2.0 mm.
5. The magnetostrictive noise reducing assembly of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the fixed bracket is 1.0-3.5 mm.
