The display 13 is used for displaying information processed in the electronic device 1 and displaying a visual user interface, such as the order of the billing priority of each service system, a preset queue, real-time dynamic electronic invoice billing, etc. The components 11-13 of the electronic device 1 communicate with each other via a system bus.
The electronic invoice bulk invoicing system 10 includes at least one computer readable instruction stored in the memory 11, which is executable by the processor 12 to implement embodiments of the present application.
The electronic invoice batch billing system 10 is executed by the processor 12, and comprises the following steps:
step S1, after receiving electronic invoice invoicing requests sent by a plurality of service systems, analyzing the invoicing priority of each service system according to preset rules;
step S2, sequentially adding the electronic invoice invoicing requests of the business systems into a preset queue according to the analyzed order of the invoicing priorities of the business systems;
And step S3, a plurality of threads are started concurrently, and the electronic invoice making requests of all the service systems in the preset queue are processed by the started threads to make electronic invoice making.
In this embodiment, the electronic invoice batch billing system receives electronic invoice billing requests including information related to a service system sent by a plurality of service system users, for example, electronic invoice billing requests sent by users through terminals such as mobile phones, tablet computers, self-service terminal devices and the like, for example, electronic invoice billing requests sent by users on clients pre-installed in the terminals such as mobile phones, tablet computers, self-service terminal devices and the like, or electronic invoice billing requests sent by users on browser systems in the terminals such as mobile phones, tablet computers, self-service terminal devices and the like. The service system related information includes, but is not limited to, service system name, number, importance level, billing window time, etc.
After receiving electronic invoice invoicing requests sent by a plurality of service systems, analyzing the invoicing priority of each service system according to preset rules. In an alternative embodiment, the billing priority of each service system may be analyzed according to preset importance levels of different service systems, where the higher the importance level of the service system, the higher the billing priority of the service system. For example, if the importance level of the financial service system is preset to be higher than the importance level of the insurance service system, when an electronic invoice invoicing request of the financial service system and the insurance service system is received at the same time, the invoicing priority of the financial service system is analyzed to be higher than the invoicing priority of the insurance service system. The importance level of the business system may be a system default or user-defined setting. Therefore, the electronic invoice can be issued according to the importance of different service systems, and the electronic invoice issuing request of the service system with higher importance is processed preferentially, so that the influence on the service of the important service system is avoided.
In another alternative embodiment, the billing priority of each service system may be analyzed according to preset billing window times corresponding to different service systems. Corresponding billing window time can be customized in advance according to the requirements of different types of service systems, the billing window time can avoid the service use window time or the service busy time period of the service system, and the electronic invoice is billed at the billing window time, so that the influence on the service system is minimal. When receiving electronic invoice invoicing requests sent by a plurality of service systems, acquiring preset custom invoicing window time of each service system, comparing the preset custom invoicing window time of each service system with current time, wherein the current time is within the preset custom invoicing window time range of the service system, the invoicing priority of the service system is highest, and secondly, the closer the preset custom invoicing window time of the service system is to the current time, the higher the invoicing priority of the service system is. For example, if the preset custom billing window time of the service system a is 9:00-9:30, the preset billing window time of the business system B is 10:00-11:00, when the electronic invoice making requests sent by the service systems A and B are received when the current time is 9:10, the making priority of the service system A is higher than that of the service system B because the current time (9:10) is within the preset making window time range (9:00-9:30) of the service system A. Therefore, the electronic invoice can be made according to the customized billing window time of different service systems, and the service system currently in the billing window time range is preferentially processed, so that the influence on the service caused by the electronic invoice billing in the service use window time or the service busy time period of the service system is avoided.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the importance level and billing window time of different kinds of service systems may be comprehensively considered to analyze billing priorities of the respective service systems. For example, according to the time priority M1 and the importance level priority M2 of the billing window of each service system, the billing priority M of each service system can be comprehensively determined, and the following formula is adopted:
M=a*M1+b*M2
wherein a is a weight coefficient of a preset billing window time priority M1, and b is a weight coefficient of a preset importance level priority M2.
In this embodiment, the priority values of the time priority M1 and the importance level priority M2 of different billing windows and the corresponding weight coefficients may be preset, so as to adjust the influence degree of the billing window time and the importance level on the billing priority of the service system according to the needs of practical applications. If the service system with the current time within the billing window time range is prioritized, the priority value of the billing window time priority M1 and the corresponding weight coefficient a can be improved, and if the importance level of the service system is prioritized, the priority value of the importance level priority M2 and the corresponding weight coefficient b can be improved. Through a large number of cases and experimental data, this embodiment provides an optional coefficient ratio, where a and b can be set to 0.65 and 0.35, respectively. When the current time is within the preset custom billing window time range of the service system, the billing window time priority M1 is 2.5, and when the current time is outside the preset custom billing window time range of the service system, the billing window time priority M1 is 1.5. The closer the billing window time is to the current time, the higher the billing window time priority M1 value can be sequentially adjusted. The priority value corresponding to the M2 is 2 when the M2 is the key core service system, and the importance level priority value corresponding to the M2 is 1.5 when the M2 is the non-key core service system. Therefore, the influence of the importance level and the billing window time of each service system can be balanced, the most reasonable billing priority is calculated for each service system, so that the electronic invoice billing request of the service system which is important and is suitable for the billing time at present is preferentially processed, the billing efficiency of the electronic invoice is improved, the influence of the electronic invoice on the service operation of the service system is reduced, and service growth is supported.
After the billing priority of each service system is analyzed, the electronic invoice billing request of each service system can be added into a preset queue according to the analyzed billing priority order of each service system, a plurality of threads are started concurrently, and the started plurality of threads are utilized to process the electronic invoice billing request of each service system in the preset queue, so that electronic invoice billing is performed. For example, 1 to 99 processing threads can be started as required, and the processing threads can sequentially grasp the electronic invoice invoicing requests in the preset queue, so that the concurrent processing efficiency is higher, and batch electronic invoice invoicing processing is realized.
According to the embodiment, the billing priority of each business system sending out the electronic invoice billing request is analyzed through a preset rule; sequentially adding the electronic invoice billing requests of the business systems into a preset queue according to the analyzed billing priority orders of the business systems; and simultaneously starting a plurality of threads, and processing the electronic invoice making requests of the business systems in the preset queue by using the started threads to make electronic invoice making. The electronic invoice is issued according to the high-low order of the invoicing priorities of the service systems, personalized electronic invoice issuing management can be performed for different service systems, the service operation of the important service system is not affected, a plurality of threads can be started concurrently to sequentially process the electronic invoice issuing requests of the service systems arranged according to the high-low order of the invoicing priorities, batch electronic invoice issuing is realized, and the electronic invoice issuing efficiency is improved.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, the electronic invoice bulk billing system 10 further comprises the following steps when executed by the processor 12, based on the above embodiment:
When the electronic invoice making failure corresponding to the electronic invoice making request of the service system in the preset queue is monitored, automatically reprocessing the electronic invoice making request.
In this embodiment, when the electronic invoice making requests of each service system in the preset queue are processed by using a plurality of started threads, if the electronic invoice making operation corresponding to the electronic invoice making request currently processed is monitored to fail, the electronic invoice making request is automatically and immediately reprocessed, so that an automatic re-making function of the electronic invoice making failure is realized, missing electronic invoice making is effectively avoided, and the electronic invoice making efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of an embodiment of the method for batch invoicing of electronic invoices according to the present invention, which includes the following steps:
Step S10, after receiving electronic invoice invoicing requests sent by a plurality of service systems, analyzing the invoicing priority of each service system according to preset rules;
step S20, sequentially adding the electronic invoice invoicing requests of the business systems into a preset queue according to the analyzed order of the invoicing priorities of the business systems;
and step S30, a plurality of threads are started concurrently, and the electronic invoice making requests of all the service systems in the preset queue are processed by the started threads to make electronic invoice making.
M=a*M1+b*M2
wherein a is a weight coefficient of a preset billing window time priority M1, and b is a weight coefficient of a preset importance level priority M2.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, based on the foregoing embodiment, the method further includes the steps of:
