The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a material circulation management system and a design method facing to a group production base, especially between a main enterprise and a module accessory factory of a group, so that the management of the aspects of networked cooperative purchasing, logistics transportation, factory entry, warehouse entry and the like of the main enterprise and the module accessory factory of the group is realized, and thus, under the condition of small-batch and individualized production trend, the module accessory factory provides corresponding dynamic data to the main enterprise of the group through a system platform, the main enterprise of the group monitors the supply flow of the module accessory factory, grasps the in-transit information of materials, and is convenient for the management of factory entry and warehouse entry and arrangement of production.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a material flow management system, which includes a material information management module, a material application module, a material dispatching module, a entrance guard management module, and a material warehousing management module;
the material information management module is used for recording and editing a bill of materials and automatically updating and recording tool and material transportation state data according to the circulation condition of the bill of materials;
the material application module is used for auditing material application information, generating a material application detailed list, displaying all material application list lists and checking whether the sent material application list is accepted to be dispatched by an accessory factory or not;
the material dispatching module is used for displaying the goods and materials which are not transported or the goods and materials which are transported but are not transported completely in a list form;
the guard management module is used for taking out a corresponding material detail list and checking material information by scanning bar code records in a material transportation detail table when vehicles enter and exit a factory; after the vehicle is confirmed to pass, updating the information of the vehicle entering and exiting the factory and informing the consignee of the vehicle information and the corresponding material information;
and the material warehousing management module is used for checking the type and the quantity of warehoused materials according to the material application form.
Furthermore, the material flow management system also comprises a vehicle management module, a business management module and a report management module;
the vehicle management module is used for recording vehicle information and managing vehicle state information, generating vehicle notification records to associate information of vehicle loading materials, and recording delivery records of each vehicle and corresponding material information of different companies for transportation in different time periods;
the business management module is used for generating a corresponding discussion area for each material detail sheet and informing the auditing state of each material application sheet;
the report management module is used for confirming monthly delivery times according to the vehicle access records, counting data recorded by vehicle access records and generating a charge settlement list report; counting a material list report received by a main enterprise and a material list report sent by each module accessory factory according to the time node; and generating a material application failure list and a reason report.
Further, the vehicle information comprises the specific transportation carrying capacity of the vehicle and the cost information required by selecting the vehicle for once transportation to enter a factory and leave the factory; the vehicle state information includes an in-use state, a transport state, and a fault state.
Further, the material transportation state data comprises state data of issuing application, checking, passing checking, leaving factory, transporting, entering factory, confirming material receiving and material transportation completion.

responding to an audit passing instruction sent by an auditor according to the material application information, and generating a corresponding material application detail list;
receiving a negotiation passing instruction sent according to the corresponding material application detail list, and updating the corresponding material dispatching detail list;
responding to an audit passing instruction sent by an auditor according to the corresponding material delivery list, selecting a transport vehicle and sending a corresponding material transport application;
receiving an audit passing instruction sent by an auditor according to the corresponding material transportation application, generating a corresponding material transportation list, and informing a vehicle to load and transport the corresponding material;
responding to a checking passing instruction sent by a delivery entrance guard according to the material transportation list, and updating delivery information of the vehicle;

specifically, the material information management module 10 is used for recording all material lists of base main enterprises and module accessory factories, and has editing functions such as adding, deleting, checking, modifying and importing; the tools such as packages, cargo containers, cargo brackets and the like provided by a goods-issuing party for recycling are delivered by selecting one tool for delivery when the goods-issuing party applies for details, and the data of the specific transportation position of the tool can be automatically updated and recorded according to the circulation condition of the goods-issuing details; recording and tracking the state data of the issuing application, the auditing, the passing of the auditing, the leaving of the factory, the transportation, the entering of the factory, the confirmation of the material receiving and the completion of the material transportation of a certain material.
The material application module 20 is configured to review material application information, generate a material application statement list, display all material application list lists, and check whether the sent material application statement is accepted by the accessory factory for dispatch;

The entrance guard management module 40 is used for taking out a corresponding material detail list and checking material information by scanning bar code records in a material transportation detail table when vehicles enter and exit a factory; after the vehicle is confirmed to pass, updating the information of the vehicle entering and exiting the factory and informing the consignee of the vehicle information and the corresponding material information;
specifically, for the entrance guard management module 40, after the application for transporting the module accessory factory supplies passes, the entrance guard of the module accessory factory is notified, and the transport vehicle is ready to leave the factory. And the module accessory factory entrance guard scans the bar code record in the material transportation detail list through the entrance guard management function module, calls out the corresponding material detail list and checks the material information. And after the factory entrance guard is released through the module accessories, the entrance guard management function module informs the goods receiver. And the entrance guard of the main enterprise of the receiver group checks the information of the vehicles entering the factory, scans the bar code of the 'material transportation detail list', allows the vehicles to enter after confirmation, and the entrance guard management function module updates the information of the vehicles entering the factory and informs the corresponding receivers.
The material warehousing management module 50 is configured to check the type and quantity of warehoused materials according to the material request form.
Specifically, for the material warehousing management module 50, the consignee checks the material information according to the material application form, checks the quantity of the materials, and warehouses the materials if the check is passed; if the check is not passed, negotiation is carried out, the dispatching party module accessory factory updates the material transportation details, and the main enterprises of the applicant group check and confirm again.
In a specific embodiment, the material flow management system further includes a vehicle management module 60, a business management module 70 and a report management module 80;
the vehicle management module 60 is configured to record vehicle information and manage vehicle state information, generate a vehicle notification record to associate information of materials loaded in the vehicle, and record a delivery record of each vehicle and corresponding material information of transportation in different companies at different time intervals;
specifically, for the vehicle management module 60, vehicle information of the whole base is recorded, specific transportation carrying capacity of the vehicle is recorded, and cost required by once transportation of the vehicle to enter a factory and leave a factory is selected; vehicle state information management including in-use state/transport state/failure state, etc.; after the designated vehicle transportation audit is passed, generating a vehicle notification record and associating the information of the vehicle loading materials; recording the factory leaving record of a certain vehicle, and recording the corresponding materials transported by different companies in different time periods of each vehicle.
The commerce management module 70 is configured to generate a corresponding discussion area for each material statement, and notify the audit state of each material application form;
specifically, for the business management module 70, each material list corresponds to a corresponding forum, and the main enterprise and the module accessory factory of the group can perform interactive notification, and the reason why the audit is completed or the audit is not passed and the audit is not passed needs to be filled; the module accessory factory operates in the business management function module and receives material delivery.
