Abstract

本发明公开了一种便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器,包括框体,框体的顶部固定连接有固定板,固定板的顶部固定连接有进气柱,进气柱的个数为4个,并且4个进气柱均匀地分布在固定板的顶部,进气柱内壁的底部固定连接有固定管,固定管的顶端贯穿进气柱并延伸至进气柱的内部,涉及生活用品技术领域。该便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器通过第一滤网、第二滤网、活性炭、紫外线消毒灯以及反射镜的配合设置,使空气进入到固定管内部的时候分别经过活性炭的吸附再经过紫外线的杀菌和消毒,让空气达到一个很高质量的处理,避免了现有空气净化器净化不完善的现状,更加有效地保证了空气净化处理的质量。

技术领域本发明涉及生活用品技术领域,具体为一种便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气;常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等;现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。
现有的空气净化器基本都是单一对空气进行处理,对空气的净化不彻底,不能达到系统完整的处理和净化,还有部分空气净化器不能对空气进行有效的消毒,使空气净化的后依旧伴有毒性。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器,解决了空气净化后依旧伴有毒性的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器,包括框体,所述框体的顶部固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的顶部固定连接有进气柱,所述进气柱的个数为4个,并且4个进气柱均匀地分布在固定板的顶部,所述进气柱内壁的底部固定连接有固定管,所述固定管的顶端贯穿进气柱并延伸至进气柱的内部,所述固定管内壁的顶部固定连接有第一滤网,所述固定管内壁的顶部且位于第一滤网的顶部设置有第二滤网,所述第一滤网的顶部放置有活性炭,所述活性炭的顶部与第二滤网的底部相接触,所述固定管内壁的两侧分别固定连接有紫外线消毒灯和反射镜,并且紫外线消毒灯和反射镜呈现交错排列,所述固定管的底端从上至下依次贯穿固定板和框体并延伸至框体的内部,所述固定管延伸至框体内部的一端固定连接有抽气泵。
优选的,所述框体内壁顶部的两侧之间固定连接有支板,并且支板的表面通过固定块与抽气泵的表面固定连接,所述框体的底部固定连接有底座。
优选的,所述固定板的顶部且位于进气柱表面的一侧固定连接有开关,所述框体内壁的底部固定连接有垫板,并且垫板的顶部固定连接有消毒箱,所述消毒箱的内部放置有过氧化氢消毒液。
优选的,所述消毒箱顶部的表面螺纹连接有箱盖,所述消毒箱内壁的两侧之间固定连接有隔板,并且隔板的内部开设有出气孔。
优选的,所述抽气泵的出气口连通有竖管,所述竖管远离抽气泵的一端从上至下依次贯穿箱盖和隔板并延伸至隔板的底部,所述竖管延伸至隔板底部的一端连通有网球,并且网球的底部与消毒箱内壁的底部相接触。
优选的,所述箱盖的顶部连通有出气管,并且出气管远离箱盖顶部的一端与固定板的底部固定连接,所述出气管的表面开设有小孔。
优选的,所述消毒箱内壁的两侧之间固定连接有加热棒,并且的个数为4根。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器。具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器,通过框体的顶部固定连接有固定板,固定板的顶部固定连接有进气柱,再通过第一滤网、第二滤网、活性炭、紫外线消毒灯以及反射镜的配合设置,使空气进入到固定管内部的时候分别经过活性炭的吸附再经过紫外线的杀菌和消毒,让空气达到一个很高质量的处理,避免了现有空气净化器净化不完善的现状,更加有效地保证了空气净化处理的质量。
(2)、该便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器,通过进气柱内壁的底部固定连接有固定管,固定管的顶端贯穿进气柱并延伸至进气柱的内部,再通过消毒箱、箱盖、隔板以及出气孔的配合设置,使空气中带有容易水的杂质得到过滤,进一步完善了空气净化的洁净程度,使空气的净化程度又上升到一个新高度。
(3)、该便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器,通过固定管内壁的两侧分别固定连接有紫外线消毒灯和反射镜,再通过网球、出气管以及加热棒的配合设置,使从过氧化氢中冒出的空气得到干燥,除去空气中含有的水蒸气,降低了空气的湿度。

请参阅图1-6,本发明实施例提供一种技术方案:一种便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器,包括框体1,框体1的顶部固定连接有固定板2,固定板2的顶部固定连接有进气柱3,进气柱3为外表网状的圆柱体,进气柱3的个数为4个,并且4个进气柱3均匀地分布在固定板2的顶部,进气柱3内壁的底部固定连接有固定管4,固定管4的顶端贯穿进气柱3并延伸至进气柱3的内部,固定管4内壁的顶部固定连接有第一滤网5,固定管4内壁的顶部且位于第一滤网5的顶部设置有第二滤网6,第一滤网5的顶部放置有活性炭7,活性炭7的顶部与第二滤网6的底部相接触,活性炭7有效的吸附空气中的杂质,固定管4内壁的两侧分别固定连接有紫外线消毒灯8和反射镜9,并且紫外线消毒灯8和反射镜9呈现交错排列,固定管4的底端从上至下依次贯穿固定板2和框体1并延伸至框体1的内部,固定管4延伸至框体1内部的一端固定连接有抽气泵10,框体1内壁顶部的两侧之间固定连接有支板11,并且支板11的表面通过固定块与抽气泵10的表面固定连接,框体1的底部固定连接有底座12。
固定板2的顶部且位于进气柱3表面的一侧固定连接有开关13,框体1内壁的底部固定连接有垫板14,并且垫板14的顶部固定连接有消毒箱15,消毒箱15的内部放置有过氧化氢消毒液,消毒箱15顶部的表面螺纹连接有箱盖16,消毒箱15内壁的两侧之间固定连接有隔板17,并且隔板17的内部开设有出气孔18,出气孔18便于过氧化氢中冒出的气体排出。
抽气泵10的出气口连通有竖管19,竖管19远离抽气泵10的一端从上至下依次贯穿箱盖13和隔板17并延伸至隔板17的底部,竖管19延伸至隔板17底部的一端连通有网球20,并且网球20的底部与消毒箱15内壁的底部相接触,箱盖16的顶部连通有出气管21,并且出气管21远离箱盖16顶部的一端与固定板2的底部固定连接,出气管21的表面开设有小孔22,消毒箱15内壁的两侧之间固定连接有加热棒22,并且22的个数为4根,加热棒22能够有效的对湿度大的空气进行干燥。
使用时,首先启动开关13,使抽气泵10以及加热棒22开始工作,空气从进气柱3的表面被吸收到进气柱3的内部,在经过第二滤网6、活性炭7以及第一滤网5的被吸收到固定管4的内部,进入到固定管4内部的空气经过紫外祥消毒灯8的消毒,从固定管4的内部通过抽气泵10进入到网球20中,最后从网球20的内部出来进入到过氧化氢溶液中,气体再从过氧化氢溶液中冒出进入到竖管19中,最后通过加热棒22的加热从框体1的四周溢出来,完成对空气的处理以及消毒,最后不使用的时候关闭开关即可。

1.一种便于空气处理并带有消毒功能的空气净化器,包括框体(1),其特征在于:所述框体(1)的顶部固定连接有固定板(2),所述固定板(2)的顶部固定连接有进气柱(3),所述进气柱(3)的个数为4个,并且4个进气柱(3)均匀地分布在固定板(2)的顶部,所述进气柱(3)内壁的底部固定连接有固定管(4),所述固定管(4)的顶端贯穿进气柱(3)并延伸至进气柱(3)的内部,所述固定管(4)内壁的顶部固定连接有第一滤网(5),所述固定管(4)内壁的顶部且位于第一滤网(5)的顶部设置有第二滤网(6),所述第一滤网(5)的顶部放置有活性炭(7),所述活性炭(7)的顶部与第二滤网(6)的底部相接触,所述固定管(4)内壁的两侧分别固定连接有紫外线消毒灯(8)和反射镜(9),并且紫外线消毒灯(8)和反射镜(9)呈现交错排列,所述固定管(4)的底端从上至下依次贯穿固定板(2)和框体(1)并延伸至框体(1)的内部,所述固定管(4)延伸至框体(1)内部的一端固定连接有抽气泵(10)。
