The operation process is as follows: the whole module rises, and the expansion sleeve and the pull rod are inserted into the small hole; the pull rod cylinder pulls the pull rod, and the pull rod extrudes the expansion sleeve to block the small hole; after the test is completed, the pull rod air cylinders are reset in sequence, and the whole module descends and resets.
The working principle is as follows: the vertical driving structure drives the module installation seat to ascend, the pull rod and the expansion sleeve penetrate through the small hole of the vacuum pump, then the pull rod cylinder drives the output end to descend, the pull rod is pulled to descend, the expansion sleeve deforms and blocks the small hole, the expansion sleeve is pulled downwards through the pull rod to compress the expansion sleeve, and the expansion sleeve transversely deforms, so that the small hole of the vacuum pump is sealed.
