In China, aiming at coal mine all-rock tunnels or public and railway all-rock tunnels with the rock hardness f less than or equal to 12, a large-power heavy cantilever type heading machine is mostly selected. Because the tunnel environment is quite severe, the high-power heavy cantilever type heading machine has higher requirements on safety, stability and maintenance convenience, and particularly aims at the cutting heads participating in direct rock breaking, the cutting head connecting structure is required to be safe and reliable, the cutting heads are not easy to loosen in the use process, and the installation and maintenance are simple and convenient.
At present, a cutting head of a high-power heavy-duty cantilever type heading machine is generally axially connected with a cutting main shaft through two M30 or larger bolts, and the two bolts are screwed down according to a certain moment value to prevent loosening. In the practical use process, the connection mode has the following problems: firstly, the bolt tightening torque is larger and generally exceeds 1800N.m, while the bolt Zhou Weibu is provided with a pick box, a torque multiplier cannot be used, and the bolt tightening torque is time-consuming and labor-consuming only through a torque wrench; secondly, the two bolts are directly screwed by a torque wrench, so that enough and correct pretightening force is not easy to generate, the bolts are easy to loosen under the condition that a heading machine cuts rocks and vibrates greatly, and the connecting spline of the cutting head and the cutting main shaft is severely worn; thirdly, when the cutting head is dismounted once or the loose connecting bolt is replaced once, the connecting bolt is required to be directly screwed once, and excessive abrasion and scrapping of threads matched with the bolt on the cutting main shaft are easily caused.

the super nut comprises a nut body, pushing screws and a hard washer, at least 6 pushing threaded through holes are axially formed in the circumference of the outer edge of the nut body, the pushing screws are matched in the pushing threaded through holes, the length of each pushing screw is larger than that of each pushing threaded through hole, the hard washer is sleeved on the periphery of the double-end stud between the nut body of the super nut and the bottom surface of the counter bore of the cutting head, the hard washer is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the counter bore of the cutting head, and the tail ends of the pushing screws are propped against the outer side of the hard washer.
As the preferable technical scheme of the invention, one end of the stud matched with the super nut is coaxially provided with the outer hexagonal head of the stud, so that the other end of the stud can be conveniently screwed into the cutting main shaft by a tool.
The head end of the pushing screw is coaxially provided with an outer hexagon head of the pushing screw, so that the pushing screw can be conveniently screwed into and penetrates through the pushing threaded through hole by a tool.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a cover body through hole with internal threads is axially arranged at the center of the nut protective cover, a protective cover bolt is matched in the cover body through hole, and the nut protective cover is fixedly arranged at the outer end face of the stud through the protective cover bolt; the outer side of the cover body through hole is coaxially provided with a protective cover counter bore, and the protective cover bolt is screwed into the cover body through hole in a matched mode from the bottom of the protective cover counter bore.

According to the heavy-duty heading machine cutting head connecting structure, the detachable nut protective cover is used for preventing the super nut from being extruded and worn in the heading machine cutting process, the lubricating grease can prevent sludge, dust and the like from contacting with the super nut, an antirust effect is achieved, and threads matched with the stud on the cutting main shaft are not easy to wear.
