Abstract

The cam 10 is preferably in an oval shape, the major axis of the cam 10 is 2 times of the minor axis, and when the cam 10 is just contacted with the yarn, the included angle beta between the connecting line from the contact point of the cam 10 and the yarn to the center of the oval and the major axis of the oval is pi/6.
In the yarn dipping equipment of the embodiment, the yarn is dipped in the dipping solution through the dipping tank and then is pretreated by the movable branching comb 4, the yarn passes through two rollers to enable the surface of the yarn to be freely and uniformly coated with the dipping solution, and a large amount of dipping solution is remained on the rollers because the yarn is not extruded, so that the glue solution on the rollers is wiped by two scraping plates (made of rubber materials) respectively, and the glue solution on the glue scraper falls into the lower end plate surface through the return plates at the two ends and flows back to the dipping tank for recycling.
