硅橡胶广泛地应用于生产和生活的各个领域,但是由于硅橡胶的易燃性也是制约它发展的主要拦路虎,如何提高该产品的阻燃性一直是该行业技术人员研究的方向,在制作该产品的添加剂中加入阻燃性物质来达到阻燃目的的成功经验也很多,但是结果都不是很理想。随着该产品在电器、电子、航空和航天等高端领域的应用,对该产品材质的阻燃要求也愈来愈高。

发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种易加工,阻燃效果好的改进的硅橡胶添加剂用复合阻燃剂。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的改进的硅橡胶添加剂用复合阻燃剂,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)磷酸三苯酯 34-46份;
(2)硬脂酸镁 22-30份;
(3)双酚A 12-18份;
(4)三氧化二锑 6-10份;
(5)碳酸钙 2-5份;
(6)端羟基聚硅氧烷 15-23份;
(7)纳米蒙脱土 1-2份。
优选地,所述的改进的硅橡胶添加剂用复合阻燃剂,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)磷酸三苯酯 44份;
(2)硬脂酸镁 27份;
(3)双酚A 15份;
(4)三氧化二锑 8份;
(5)碳酸钙 4份;
(6)端羟基聚硅氧烷 17份;
(7)纳米蒙脱土 1.2份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的组分配比,各组分互相渗透,使产品阻燃效果好,本产品稳定性好,易加工,符合实际使用要求。

(2)硬脂酸镁 29份;
(3)双酚A 13份;
(4)三氧化二锑 7份;
(5)碳酸钙 3份;
(6)端羟基聚硅氧烷 20份;
(7)纳米蒙脱土 1.7份。
本发明通过精确的组分配比,各组分互相渗透,使产品阻燃效果好,本产品稳定性好,易加工,符合实际使用要求。
