本发明涉及一种本发明的不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料及其制备方法,所述丁腈橡胶胶料包括以下重量百分比的原料:丁腈橡胶50.4,碳黑N33910.61,碳黑N65018.59,微细碳酸钙7.96,二辛脂5.31,氧化锌2.52,硬脂酸1,2,2,4‑三甲基‑10.5,N‑环己基‑N'‑苯基对苯二胺0.5,二硫化四甲基0.76,N‑环己基‑2‑苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.91,2,2'‑二硫代二苯并噻唑0.71,硫磺0.25。本发明的不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料具有很好的耐油、耐热、抗拉、耐磨性能,弹性极好,不易扯断,在用于生产压膜制品时不产生雾气,容易脱模,而且制备方法简单,适宜大范围推广应用。

Description

一种不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料及其制备方法。
背景技术
丁腈橡胶主要用于制作耐油制品,如耐油管、胶带、橡胶隔膜和大型油囊,常用于制作各类耐油模压制品,如O形圈、油封、皮碗、膜片、活门、波纹管等,也用于制作胶板和耐磨零件,在汽车、航空、石油、复印等行业中成为必不可少的弹性橡胶,混炼胶实在丁腈橡胶的基础上,加上硫化剂、促进剂等化学物,使丁腈橡胶可以直接用于生产模压制品。其缺点是胶料弹性较差,直接用于生产压膜制品时,易粘模具,不易脱模并产生雾气,令产品表面泛白,各项性能大幅降低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料及其制备方法。
本发明的不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
丁腈橡胶 50.4;
碳黑N339 10.61;
碳黑N650 18.59;
微细碳酸钙 7.96;
二辛脂 5.31;
氧化锌 2.52;
硬脂酸 1;
2,2,4-三甲基-1 0.5;
N-环己基-N'-苯基对苯二胺 0.5;
二硫化四甲基 0.76;
N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺 0.91;
2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑 0.71;
硫磺 0.25。
本发明的不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将以下重量百分比的原料搅拌均匀:丁腈橡胶50.4,碳黑N33910.61,碳黑N65018.59,微细碳酸钙 7.96,二辛脂5.31,氧化锌2.52,硬脂酸1,2,2,4-三甲基-10.5,N-环己基-N'-苯基对苯二胺0.5,二硫化四甲基0.76,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.91,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.71,硫磺0.25;配比成半成品混炼胶;
2)将半成品混炼胶投入密炼机,温度不超过90℃;
3)将经过步骤2)处理后的半成品混炼胶投入开炼机,温度不超过55℃;
4)将经过步骤3)处理后的半成品混炼胶停放24小时;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的半成品混炼胶投入小开炼机进行反炼;
6)将经过步骤5)处理后的半成品混炼胶进行打三角包;之后根据产品要求出片。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:本发明的不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料具有很好的耐油、耐热、抗拉、耐磨性能,弹性极好,不易扯断,在用于生产压膜制品时不产生雾气,容易脱模,而且制备方法简单,适宜大范围推广应用。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
丁腈橡胶 50.4;
碳黑N339 10.61;
碳黑N650 18.59;
微细碳酸钙 7.96;
二辛脂 5.31;
氧化锌 2.52;
硬脂酸 1;
2,2,4-三甲基-1 0.5;
N-环己基-N'-苯基对苯二胺 0.5;
二硫化四甲基 0.76;
N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺 0.91;
2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑 0.71;
硫磺 0.25。
本发明的不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将以下重量百分比的原料搅拌均匀:丁腈橡胶50.4,碳黑N33910.61,碳黑N65018.59,微细碳酸钙 7.96,二辛脂5.31,氧化锌2.52,硬脂酸1,2,2,4-三甲基-10.5,N-环己基-N'-苯基对苯二胺0.5,二硫化四甲基0.76,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.91,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.71,硫磺0.25;配比成半成品混炼胶;

N-环己基-N'-苯基对苯二胺 0.5;
二硫化四甲基 0.76;
N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺 0.91;
2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑 0.71;
硫磺 0.25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不粘模的高性能丁腈橡胶胶料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将以下重量百分比的原料搅拌均匀:丁腈橡胶50.4,碳黑N33910.61,碳黑N65018.59,微细碳酸钙 7.96,二辛脂5.31,氧化锌2.52,硬脂酸1,2,2,4-三甲基-10.5,N-环己基-N'-苯基对苯二胺0.5,二硫化四甲基0.76,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.91,2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.71,硫磺0.25;配比成半成品混炼胶;
2)将半成品混炼胶投入密炼机,温度不超过90℃;
3)将经过步骤2)处理后的半成品混炼胶投入开炼机,温度不超过55℃;
