As shown in fig. 1, the child safety seat 100 comprises a seat body 10 and a base 20, wherein the seat body 10 is mounted on the base 20, and the seat body 10 can rotate and adjust the pitching angle relative to the base 20.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the footrest device 200 of the child safety seat comprises a supporting leg assembly 30 and a footrest assembly 40, wherein the supporting leg assembly 30 comprises an adapter 31, a supporting main rod 32 and a supporting bottom 33 which are sequentially connected with the seat base 20 from top to bottom, the upper end of the supporting leg assembly 30 is connected with the seat base 20, the footrest assembly 40 is fastened on the supporting main rod 32 in a clasping manner, and the footrest assembly 40 is used for placing feet when a child sits on the seat.
The foot rest device 200 is composed of a supporting leg assembly 30 and a foot rest assembly 40, wherein the upper end of the supporting leg assembly 30 is connected to the seat base 20, the bottom of the supporting leg assembly 30 is supported on the floor of a carriage so as to strengthen the stability of the automobile seat, the foot rest assembly 40 is fixed on the supporting leg assembly 30, so that the foot rest assembly 30 has better firmness, the foot rest assembly 40 is tightly held on the supporting leg assembly 30, the structure is relatively stable, and the compactness is better.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the foot rest assembly 40 includes a left foot rest 41 and a right foot rest 42, after the left foot rest 41 and the right foot rest 42 are folded, a through hole 1 through which the support main 32 is tightly fitted is formed in a central region of the foot rest assembly 40, the foot rest assembly 40 is fastened to the support main 32 in a surrounding manner, and no additional connection part between the foot rest assembly 40 and the base 20 is required, so that the foot rest assembly 30 is fully utilized for installation and fixation, and the overall structure of the foot rest assembly 40 and the foot rest assembly 30 is simplified. The support boom 32 is typically made of metal steel tubing with good support rigidity and strength, which provides support for the reliable strength of the footrest assembly 40. The footrest assembly 40 is injection molded from plastic and is lightweight, and is secured to the support foot assembly 30 for stability, with the majority of the child's weight still being carried on the chair, and only the child's feet resting on the footrest assembly 40.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 7 and 8, a horizontal clamping groove 421 extending horizontally is formed on the inner side of the interface of the right pedal plate 42, a horizontal clamping part 411 matching with the horizontal clamping groove 421 is formed on the interface of the left pedal plate 41, a vertical clamping part 422 extending vertically is formed on the interface of the right pedal plate 42, a vertical clamping groove 412 matching with the vertical clamping part 422 is formed on the interface of the left pedal plate 41, the horizontal clamping part 411 is inserted into the horizontal clamping groove 421, and after the vertical clamping part 422 is inserted into the vertical clamping groove 412, the left pedal plate 41 and the right pedal plate 42 form a whole. The left foot pedal 41 and the right foot pedal 42 are assembled through two pairs of clamping assemblies in different directions, namely, the transverse clamping part 411 is matched with the transverse clamping groove 421, the longitudinal clamping part 422 is matched with the longitudinal clamping groove 412, so that the left foot pedal and the right foot pedal form a whole, the structural connection is reliable, and the left foot pedal and the right foot pedal cannot be separated from each other. When the foot pedal assembly 40 is stepped on by the feet of the child, the force applied to the left foot pedal 41 and the right foot pedal 42 is downward, and the force applied to the left foot pedal and the right foot pedal does not cause separation of the left foot pedal and the right foot pedal. After the transverse clamping portion 411 is engaged with the transverse clamping groove 421, even if an unexpected horizontal opposite force occurs, the force is limited by the longitudinal clamping portion 422 and the longitudinal clamping groove 412. After the longitudinal clamping portion 422 is matched with the longitudinal clamping groove 412, even if unexpected opposite action in the longitudinal direction occurs, the acting force is limited by the transverse clamping portion 411 and the transverse clamping groove 421, so that the overall structural reliability is very good after the left foot pedal 41 and the right foot pedal 42 are integrated.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the upper wall of the transverse slot 421 is provided with a plurality of fastening posts 2 extending downward, and the transverse slot 411 is provided with a plurality of fastening holes 3 through which the fastening posts 2 pass. The orientation of the fastening post 2 is perpendicular to the engaging direction of the lateral engaging portion 411 and the lateral engaging groove 421, and further limits the separation of the lateral engaging portion 411 and the lateral engaging groove 421.
The front end of the fastening post 2 is provided with a foldable expansion end part 21, the expansion end part 21 is compressed when passing through the fastening hole 3, and after the expansion end part 21 passes through the fastening hole 3, the expansion end part 21 is restored to the outside diameter larger than the caliber of the fastening hole 3 so as to limit the fastening post 2 from being separated from the fastening hole 3. After the fastening post 2 is passed through the fastening hole 3, the expansion end 21 can limit the fastening post 2 from being separated from the fastening hole 3, and further limit the separation of the transverse clamping portion 411 from the transverse clamping groove 421.
The side wall of the longitudinal clamping groove 412 is provided with a screw cap 4 in advance, the screw 5 transversely penetrates through the longitudinal clamping part 422 and the screw cap 4 respectively and then is screwed into one of the threaded holes 6 which are longitudinally distributed on the support main 32 and used for adjusting the height of the pedal assembly 40, and the direction of the screw 5 is perpendicular to the side wall of the longitudinal clamping groove 412. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the foot pedal assembly 40 is fixed at different heights of the support boom 32.
Screws 5 pass through left foot pedal 41, right foot pedal 42 and support main 32 respectively and then are fixed, and high strength screws 5 prevent foot pedal assembly 40 from sliding on support main 32. Further, the extending direction of the screw 5, the extending direction of the longitudinal clamping groove 412 and the extending direction of the transverse clamping groove 421 are three directions perpendicular to each other in a three-dimensional space, and the left foot rest 41 and the right foot rest 42 are limited and fixed by multiple dimensions, so that not only the left foot rest 41 and the right foot rest 42 are not easy to separate, but also the foot rest assembly 40 is integrally fixed on the supporting leg assembly 30.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pedal surface f of the left foot pedal 41 has a higher level than the upper surface g of the lateral clip portion 411.
The transverse clamping portion 411 is provided with two clamping portion support arms a and b, and the support main lever 32 is positioned between the two clamping portion support arms a and b.
