技术领域
本发明属于新材料技术领域，涉及一种阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布。
背景技术
窗帘布主要起到遮阳的作用，并附带一定的美观效果。
为了提高阻燃效果，现有的窗帘布成本比较高的阻燃面料。为了提高吸音效果，现有的窗帘布厚度通常制作得比较厚。
可以看出，针对阻燃和吸音分别具有对应的技术方案。但是，需要同时克服上述缺陷时，现有技术并没有给出对应的解决技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题，提供一种兼备稳定性高且结构紧凑的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：
一种阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布，其特征在于，包括基层、阻燃层和隔音层，上述基层为亚麻面料，所述阻燃层为芳纶纤维面料，所述隔音层包括外层和隔音结构，上述外层、基层和阻燃层通过线迹缝合在一起，上述隔音结构位于外层与阻燃层之间。
本装饰布中通过基层保证整个装饰布具备比较高，芳纶纤维面料的阻燃层有效的提高了整个装饰布的阻燃性能。在隔音结构的作用下还能保证整个装饰布的吸声性能。
同时，由于隔音结构位于外层与阻燃层之间，因此，其结构还比较紧凑。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述隔音结构包括呈片状的加固层，所述加固层上具有若干贯穿的定位孔，隔音层包括一柔性的塑料膜，所述塑料膜上具有若干内部为空腔的气泡，所述气泡内部为空腔且密封，气泡与上述定位孔一一对应设置。
这样的结构能将气泡稳定定位，同时避免气泡受到过度挤压。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述加固层的数量为两个：加固层一和加固层二，上述塑料膜被紧压在加固层一和加固层二上。
这样的结构能将塑料膜上的气泡稳定定位，其定位简便且稳定性高。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述加固层一和加固层二均为棉布。
棉布厚度比较厚，这样能保证气泡稳定的位于加固层内。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述定位孔呈圆形，上述气泡与定位孔相匹配。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述加固层一包括若干呈长条状的布条一和布条二，所述布条一横向设置，所述布条二纵向设置，布条一与布条二之间的若干栅格孔形成上述的定位孔。
加固层二也采用类似的结构且布条一和布条二均是通过线迹缝合的方式与装饰布中的其它层结构相固连。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述塑料膜包括膜片一和膜片二，上述膜片一和膜片二通过胶水相固连。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述膜片一上具有凹入的凹口一，所述膜片二上具有凹入的凹口二，上述凹口一与凹口二对应且凹口一与凹口二之间形成上述内腔封闭的气泡。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述膜片一和膜片二的材料均为聚乙烯材料。
在上述的阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布中，所述塑料膜呈长片状，塑料膜的中部弯折后相扣合，弯折处上部的塑料膜为膜片一，弯折处下部的塑料膜为膜片二。
与现有技术相比，本阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布在基层、阻燃层和隔音层的作用下，能保证整个装饰布具备良好的阻燃性、吸音性和足够的强度，因此，其稳定性比较高。
同时，加固结构和隔音层位于阻燃层和外层之间，因此，其结构还比较紧凑，具有很高的实用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本阻燃吸声窗帘装饰布包括基层1、阻燃层2和隔音层3，上述基层1为亚麻面料，所述阻燃层2为芳纶纤维面料，所述隔音层3包括外层6和隔音结构，上述外层6、基层1和阻燃层2通过线迹缝合在一起，上述隔音结构位于外层6与阻燃层2之间。
所述隔音结构包括呈片状的加固层，所述加固层上具有若干贯穿的定位孔，隔音层3包括一柔性的塑料膜，所述塑料膜上具有若干内部为空腔的气泡3c，所述气泡3c内部为空腔且密封，气泡3c与上述定位孔一一对应设置。
所述加固层的数量为两个：加固层一4和加固层二5，上述塑料膜被紧压在加固层一4和加固层二5上。
所述加固层一4和加固层二5均为棉布。
所述定位孔呈圆形，上述气泡3c与定位孔相匹配。
所述加固层一4包括若干呈长条状的布条一和布条二，所述布条一横向设置，所述布条二纵向设置，布条一与布条二之间的若干栅格孔形成上述的定位孔。
所述塑料膜包括膜片一3a和膜片二3b，上述膜片一3a和膜片二3b通过胶水相固连。
所述膜片一3a上具有凹入的凹口一，所述膜片二3b上具有凹入的凹口二，上述凹口一与凹口二对应且凹口一与凹口二之间形成上述内腔封闭的气泡3c。
所述膜片一3a和膜片二3b的材料均为聚乙烯材料。
所述塑料膜呈长片状，塑料膜的中部弯折后相扣合，弯折处上部的塑料膜为膜片一3a，弯折处下部的塑料膜为膜片二3b。
本装饰布中通过基层保证整个装饰布具备比较高，芳纶纤维面料的阻燃层有效的提高了整个装饰布的阻燃性能。在隔音结构的作用下还能保证整个装饰布的吸声性能。
同时，由于隔音结构位于外层与阻燃层之间，因此，其结构还比较紧凑。
